Great timely service. We had our sunroof calibrated, cleaned out, and serviced. It had stopped closing so that it was flush to the roof. When it rained really hard, it started leaking into the car. I contacted Key Auto and he was able to get me in the next day.

Bought my first car last week (a used Subaru Outback) only to get it home and realize the drivers seat had this huge rip in the upholstery (I hadn t noticed it cuz I was sitting on it).Took it to the dealership, but their leather guy didn t think he could fix it without messing things up. Dropped the car off at Key the next day. They got it back to me in less than 24 hours; looks great and the service/process was easy and fairly priced. 10/10 would recommend.

The service they offer is top notch and very affordable. I brought them my 2006 Honda accord and they worked their magic. I'll definitely recommend this to all my friends and family. Thanks again for the great experience.

Very satisfied with the results!! Expert craftsmanship used to repair a hole in my seat caused by my rambunctious new puppy. Since I was getting that repaired, I went ahead and decided to go all in and accent my seats upholstery to match the paint color of my FJ Cruiser. Together we chose a perfect matching color and fabric and I could not be more pleased with the results. You will be in good hands with Key Auto Upholstery.

Put a new top on my low mileage 2006 Nissan 350z more than a month ago. Price was very good compared to other places even much farther away and these guys really know what they are doing. 1450 was good price. Some places wanted 2100. The only reason for 4 stars is that after my top install one of the side tension straps ripped. Car didn't seem to care, top went up and down. But they acted like it was a warranty item and didn't tell me until I picked it up and surprise charged me another 160 bucks. Could have saved me two trips out there and just replaced it with the top as it was 16 yrs old. I am not sure that was out of dishonesty because the guy doing the work and running cards his English isn't the best and they don't talk much. Owner who answers the phone, Daw, speaks very well and his service is great. He always schedules things and their estimates are accurate. I'd go to this place again in a heartbeat because their skill level is quite high and price is reasonable for this area.

Key did a great job on the door panel for my 08 Mustang at a very affordable price. New door panels are unavailable and his work looks like new. He has all of my future interior work.

Key Auto Upholstery did not meet my expectations. I took my car in for a new carpet installation and for them to reupholster my two front bucket seats. The job took longer than the estimate they provided. Their carpet installation left the carpet loose and bulging around the transmission tunnel. They did not reinstall my transmission shifter boot correctly, nor did they reinstall my firewall carpet guard correctly. Further, the fasteners on the carpet guard were loose. They misplaced a customized speaker grill. They did not paint my seat springs even though they agreed to do so. My seats no longer latch back in their upright positions. I will need to cut away some of new upholstery near the latch mechanisms.Service: Upholstery repair

Beautiful work!!! I took my 2004 Acura MDX to Key's based on a recommendation from a good friend. My driver's side seat was torn and worn out. Mr. Park and Mr. Kim are the best! My seat now looks new! They matched my leather perfectly, it looks so professional and seamless. The price was very fair, and well worth it for the expert work the Key's team performed. My folks were so impressed with the work, they plan to drive their car up from North Carolina to get their seats upholstered also.Service: Upholstery repair

As a caveat, I did not physically go here. I only called for an estimate. For context, I have a 1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass convertible that I bought a pre-cut, front seat, upholstery replacement kit for through Original Parts Group. I called to see how soon Key Upholstery could get my car in for work, an estimate of how much it would cost, and how long it would take? I also called four other places. Key Auto Upholstery estimate was by far the highest ($1,200 to $1,400) and would take the longest (two to three weeks). This is to install a pre-cut, front bench and two flip-forward seat. I appreciate this would include adding additional foam as needed. However, three other upholstery installation businesses provided much lower ($450 to $800) estimates and said they would provide the same or more service (i.e. install foam and replace springs) as necessary. I have ruled out going to Key Upholstery.

I call this place for a leather repair and drove from DC just to be told they only replace for $1000's just to replace two small pieces of leather. What a waste of time

Moon and Kim are nice people but do have have a business concept. I came to replace my Jeep top and they asked to be paid in cash. I did. When I picked up the Jeep they neglected to install the foam inserts and asked that I come back after 4 weeks to allow the new top to stretch. I came back with the foam inserts and now they refused to install and said I can do this myself. Lesson learned - do not pay in cash or retain some cash to complete installationsService: Upholstery repair

I needed to get my convertible top fixed as the hood started detaching from my back window. After finding out that I needed to replace the whole thing (shoutout to Volkswagens being a pain), I called Key Auto Upholstery and they helped me understand why that was the case and took the time to explain the repairs. Then, they offered my the BEST deal I could find in the area, $2k less than what my dealership wanted me to pay. The part came in earlier than we expected, and they fixed my car in less than a day! It looks better than it ever did before. Very kind people that work here! 10/10 experience.

Needed my roof liner redone and it was fast and looks great. I would make sure you select the quality of the fabric though.l to get the level you want. Great small business with reasonable prices!

Another very happy customer here! Had my 2013 Silverado 1500 Front and back seats reupholstered with leather and the final result was flawless. The fit and finish is as if it came from the factory. Simply amazing! I can't describe any better than that. Now it feels like I have a brand new truck!The Owner and staffs are very friendly, the place is very clean, good social distancing from other establishments by having its own building and ample parking. I highly recommend this place for any auto upholstery you needed done. And lastly the the price is very competitive around Virginia. Thank you very much Key Auto Upholstery. Stay safe.

Great experience. Very quick in fitting me in for a headliner replacement for my 2002 Jaguar S-type. Great value and great service. Highly recommend! Very trustworthy. Dae who owns this place does great work and sets expectations properly.

Was willing to work with me on pricing for what I wanted but the quality and service was not good. I needed the leather seats in my car restored because they were fading; they gave me the best price but left my car a mess, debris everywhere (I MEAN NAILS..PINS CREWS...CLIPS AND PARTS TO MY SEATS EVERYWHERE), did not reconnect my seats, (LITERALLY REACH IN AND PICK UP MY DRIVERS SEAT AND REAR BENCH) did not reconnect the electrical components to the seats, and got paint dust everywhere. Not to mention the seats look better than they where but looks like a quick sprayed on job.Then when I called and asked them what happened to reconnecting the seats and the electronic seat adjustments not working now after driving home the owner said they don't know and that they didn't remove the seats.. REALLY... So how did you do the work then and have seat parts all over my car?! THEN I asked about why the seats are not bolted back in and he said it was already like that. The car is a one owner from my grand aunt and she hardly ever drove it so there's no way possible she bought a new car many years ago with no seats bolted down.I was not happy about the outcome, I was only happy that the seats themselves just looked better than before. Would I return here probably not without some mitigation from the owner with a promise that this wont happen again. But at this point I do not recommend and if you do, be sure to carefully inspect and hold them accountable at your own risk for work done

My experience with Key Auto was outstanding. They provided quick service, communication on service progress, and made sure that they explored all options for the lowest cost. The owner was very pleasant, honest and made me feel like he was looking out for my best interests. I highly recommend Key Auto.

It was my second visit this shop.First time, they repaired leather seat cover with excellent job.And this time, my car sunroof didn't work, so, I took it to them. Mr. Park recognized me and give me the good price to fix the problem. They did the excellent job at this time also.

Expertly fixed my leather seat in my 2001 Volvo V70. Matched leather color with my approval, told me exactly what the repair involved, and fixed the seat in less than 3 hours on the same day I walked in. A bit pricey, but the repair had to get done and I appreciate the honesty and skill of Key Auto Upholstery. Looks as good as new. I would recommend to a friend.

Ridiculous, told them over the phone what I need and when I drove 30min to get a cost for the work needed to be done they told me it s too hot and to come back in October / November , I thought he is kidding at first but no he was serious

I am highly pleased and satisfied at the outstanding work done by Key Auto Upholstery in replacing the headliner in my Mercedes Benz. My expectations were certainly exceeded with the exceptional work on the headliner. At first I was hesitant since the company was unknown to me but Dae had a very pleasant work attitude and made me feel special as a customer. He assured me that the headliner would look very good when completed. He was certainly a man of his word. I highly recommend this company to those seeking replacement of headliners. The quality of work is indeed indicative of the very high level of skill and expertise in this industry. The price was also significantly lower than the competitors. Thanks for the awesome job!

Key auto upholstery installed a new convertible top for our 2002 Cabrio. It was by far the best price I found and the customer service cannot be beat. Took such pride in their work and installation was a breeze. They worked with our schedule and delivered as promised. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had dangerous falling headliner and Keys Auto restored it to like new conditions. Beyond function the result is now pride in ownership. This shop is honest providing quality and value together. I recommend them.

Key did a good job, I only found 1 flaw with headliner. What I found strange was, while discussing the job with the owner, a white couple walked into the shop and the owner stop the conversation we were having and waited on them. While talking with them I overheard the owner offer the couple a 100.00 discount. After I was so rudely put on the back burner the owner engaged me again and I asked him can I receive a 100.00 discount? His retort was no, but I can have 50.00 off. So I paid 661.40 total for a headliner.
