Carlos was extremely helpful! I was very impressed how professional and helpful the team was. I don t know much about cars but Carlos took his time explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. They were honest and timely! I recommend this location 100%!

Very knowledgeable associates. Provided excellent customer service and completed my services needed in a very short time. They even come to give me recommendations for my vehicle that I ll be working on. Definitely will be .

This place is trash! A friend went there with a screw in the tread. They tried to say it was in the sidewall so a new tire was needed. Then tried to say since the vehicle was AWD they needed two tires. GTFOH.

Keith, the manager, is the ideal person to work with. I don't know about that other guy (who didn't greet me, follow up with me, and asked me to go back outside for him to attain info that he could get once he got in the car). Both times I went I had great experiences because of Keith.

Went in to get a tire patched up after running over a screw. The gentleman at the counter took a look at it and said I would need to get a new tire as the puncture was too close to the sidewall. He then tried to show me that the tire was punctured in another spot, but that was just gravel wedged in the tread. I understand that some places won t do a patch in certain areas and this guy was nice enough, but I m leery of anyone that can t tell the difference between a rock and a screw. I took my vehicle down the road to J.C. and they patched my tire up in 15 minutes.

This place helped me when i needed it the most. Nothing like a well placed tire shop but couple that with great service and u really find a place that ll turn a bad day good! Super quick service thanks to the guys in the shop, only an hour and i was back on the road. Kudos for taking pride in what you do!

This store is very clean, and customer friendly. I had an appointment at another location at 8:00 am, which I arrived at 7:45am..at 8:27am no one had arrived..I decided to call this location and the Clerk..DC, let me know I could come here for my oil change.The mechanic Lewis was very helpful in letting me know about additional work needed on my car wheels. Jim was very helpful with making sure my appointment for Monday went smoothly, as well as the Mechanic Robert .I would like to give this store 20 stars for their professional help..and this will be my store to go to for all services on my car.

Very fast service, good pricing, and friendly staff. Especially the manager, I think his name is Dwayne. He took time in what appeared to be a really hectic day, to explain everything to me twice. I am far from being someone who works on cars, so he really had to break it down for me which I ve never gotten at a mechanics shop. I will be returning here for work on my car even though I live in Rockville. I probably pass 10 Just Tires to get here, doesn t matter, I d pass 10 more. Once I find honest service, I stick with it!

service is great . Nothing will ever get a 5 star unless its food hehe. Ya boy got his tire repaired due to the tire having been nailed . They was a bit slow but pulled out that nail and patched up and serviced it great. Would recommend.

Went here for an oil change. I called qnd they took me immediately. Customer service was excellant and my car was ready within a few hours. They even assisted a friend who dropped me off but noticed her tire was flat and helped her immediately.

I should have followed the advice of the reviewer who had the bad experience. I'm hoping the problem I'm having with them will be handled swiftly, without me finding damage to my car that wasn't there when I went in, and without my attorney. I'm very sorry to say that I would not recommend this company. Buyer beware. I went in without a problem, and left with a problem. And one of the main reasons I went was for a wheel balance, I paid for it, and they didn't do it. WTH?

With the work load they had that day, just before Thanksgiving I feel like they handled it well. With an appointment to get 4 new tires, it took longer than I expected, but they were busy. I'm satisfied with there service and pricing.

We got a flat tire immediately after arriving back from the airport as we hit a nail in the road. We flew from Arizona back to Arlington, VA and it was 5:30pm when we arrived not only did Dwayne and his team at Just Tires stay late to help change our tire they made it an immediate priority to help us get back on the road so we could get home. Great service. Great people. Highly recommend

Have been going here for years for oil changes. Helpful, explain issues well, and I have never felt like they were upselling. Have also stopped for random issues like needing air in tires - filled for free, quickly, and very gracious.

My personal experience here has been nothing but positive. I have been getting my oil changed here for about 2 years and recently bought new tires here. Side note, if you get tires here then definitely purchase the roadside assistance warranty. Worth it in my opinion.

I recently had unmatched customer service at this location! The whole team was welcoming and kind, especially Jim. Service was efficient and well priced, with no unnecessary upsells or gimmicks, which I appreciated. It's hard to find competent and trustworthy mechanics, but it's an easy choice for me to continue trust them with my car. Thanks again to Jim and the whole team at this location!
