My CD player was jammed. The dealer wanted to replace the entire radio assembly at a cost of $900. JM was so helpful and much more cost effective. I got same day service. Would highly recommend.

My car was flooded and the radio died. I tried to fix it by buying a new amp as the amp was in the flood zone. Didn't work! I brought it into JM and they had it fixed in a few hours for a great price. Quote from the dealer was 4x what JM charged me ($199)!

I asked Milton to install a new entertainment unit for my Jeep JK that he hadn't seen before. It is the first one with wireless CarPlay (Android or Apple). He did a phenomenal job with the installation and figuring out how this new system works. I also asked him to install a backup camera and a third brake light on the tire mount. I will be back here for the next upgrade I want to install on my Jeep.

If I could leave zero stars I would.Issue: misleading advice and waste of time and resourcesI spoke with representative/tech on two occasions. He confirmed they could do a automatic starter install and recommended I purchase an aftermarket product. After I purchased I called to set up an appt for the first opening. On the agreed upon day we arrived the JM electronics to drop the car off, but the tech didn t show up for work. We came back Tuesday and they refused to work on the car model.I will find another place, but save yourself the hassle of dealing with an unreliable and inconsistent business practice.They are probably cheaper, but I imagine if they make an error you ll spin twice as much somewhere else trying to fix it.If the owner reads this, feel free to comment and explain when I called why you hung up. After I asked if this was the correct number. I know it is since I checked my call log history. You were quite rude to hang up when I asked if you recommend a place that would do the work.

I needed a radio installation and I was in a bit of a time crunch, I called JM and they really took care of me! They were super fast and you CAN T beat their prices. Very pleased.

My speakers stopped working for some reason. I reached out to this business and wanted to replace all 4 speakers. After dropping my Jeep off I received a phone call from them stating it was the amplifier. They replaced the back two speakers as they were blown out.The repairs and two speaker replacement cost me $500. I didn t argue with the man but I felt ripped off. I would not recommend this place if you need audio repair. My vehicle was at their shop for around 2-3 hours and it cost me $500.

Made an appointment to have a subwoofer installed on Saturday morning when they opened. When I arrived, he says there are 3 other appointments for the same time and to come back at 4 or 5. Not a good first impression. I leave and call back at 4 and ask if he has time. He says he's still working on another car and can't do the install today, but he would be willing to come in on Sunday, his day off, and get it done for me. We agreed on Sunday at 10:30am. I show up at 10:30, and he says he has another appointment for the same time and can't work on it for a few hours.I bet the work this guy does is fine, but he doesn't know how to keep appointments. Be prepared to leave your car with him for the entire day if you need any work done. Don't trust him to keep your appointment.

Great job. I accidentally cracked the screen trying to get the thick glue off after the screen was delaminating on my dodge charger... So it set me back on price more than I'd liked but he salvaged it and it works perfectly without that dumb glue the dodge products use with their uconnect systems. I recommend.

Always great and good quick service anytime I need anything dealing with radio sound system I'm going here I love it this place is the one I'm telling you don't go anywhere else they perfect they will lookout for you best in the business and I almost always have something bad to say about places but not this place 109 percent good

I got a remote start a month ago. my battery recently died and my starter stopped working. i called to see if maybe they help by looking at my car maybe I did something when I installed the new battery. Milton was so rude I guess he was having a bad day but said so what do you want me to do well I paid almost $400 A MONTH ago and all I asked is to help me and check why my starter isn t working. I was recommended by a friend but I wouldn t recommend anyone to go here. Unfortunately I threw $400 down the drain. Thanks for nothing. BAD SERVICE. RUDE PEOPLE

Great service and the best install prices! Look for Milton, he did a great job on my 2016 Dodge Gran Caravan installing a new stereo, flip down dvd player and back-up camera! If you don't give this place a call you may be paying too much! It would have been the case for me.

Excellent quality and personalized service from a very knowledgeable and helpful small business -- Milton first tried to repair my car's 27-year-old CD player, and when he simply couldn't get the parts, he recommended the right replacement system that fit my needs and my car's space perfectly. He even had the right custom framing kit to make the replacement system look like it'd been built specifically for my car.

I ve had a great experience with JM Electronics, they installed everything quicker than most places. The price point is cheaper than anywhere in the DMV area. Exceptional work! Don t hesitate to stop by.

JM Electronics is fantastic. I showed up at 3pm on a weekday and 90 minutes later I drove off the lot with a new sound system in my car. The proprietors were attentive and polite. Strongly recommended!

Small shop big hearted worker. Had car stereo and remote starter installed there before. Now he repaired my church amplifier. I keep going back because these days good quality trustworthy shops hard to come by.

If you need any audio repair needs, you should definitely go see Milton. He repaired my radio fast and the cost was way below what the Lexus dealership was quoting me.

Not a bad little shop. The staff wasnt overly welcoming but I would atribute that to the language barrier. Went in early for an amp install and they got started right away. It took a bit longer than they quoted and there was an issue with a fuse that blew, causing the transmission to lock in park. In the end, they made it right. I would reccomend this shop for small jobs.

They are great at what they do I mean good work and low prices too they installed my radio and they fixed my door and my window that wouldn't come down I can go on about what they fixed but it would be too long but I will go to them for oil change anything they are good trust me

Very unprofessional. Milton gave me a quote for an installation, I made an appointment and then he didn't answer his phone. Unfortunately it was for a holiday present. Bad business practice.
