I highly recommend bringing your car here- the people who work here truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely accommodating. I needed an oil pan replacement that required me to unexpectedly leave my car overnight, and they even offered to assist in paying for an Uber if need be. My car was ready even earlier than I expected, and I felt as though they made helping me a priority. Every single staff member I interacted with was so polite and helpful, but especially Cody and Manager Christian who answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and put my mind at ease!

Went yesterday afternoon @ 4:30PM & they took me right away. The guy @ the front desk was courteous & knew exactly what was needed for my CRV. The guys in the service area were fast a thorough. They even wiped the windshield & refilled the washer fluid. This was the second time I had been to this particular Jiffy Lube and will definitely be back. My Civic has also been there. The service was so fast that I barely had time to finish my McDonald s dinner. How convenient that the fast food restaurant was right next door. Good job to everyone.

The current manager is a very kind person who will always treat you well, I recommend this place to you as long as this manager is here , I always bring my car here, special thanks for current manager .

Changed 4 X tires and wheel balance all in less than 45 minutes. From reception to the mechanics, they are all good. They offered me coffee while I was waiting but McDonald s is also right next door and whole bunch of Ethiopian restaurants across the street making the wait less painful.

Great service and spent less than a half an hour there! Entered my information online and was seen as soon as I arrived. Didn t spend anymore than what I was quoted for and got exactly what I needed. Customer service was excellent and warm. I ll go back!

Last night was my second visit to Jiffy Lube in Van Dorn. I needed a quick oil change before an upcoming trip in my aging-but-still-solid Camry. The crew there were great! Service was timely, everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I drove away with a very happy sounding car! Thanks to the team for an excellent experience!

The oil change was fine. But, when I told them I had a coupon from the Jiffy Lube website they said they would honor it when I paid, but they didn't honor it - they said they were franchised differently. Would have been nice to know beforehand since it was a far more expensive ($104) oil change than where I usually go. I won't go back.

Lots of Respectful Young Men . I had to get Air in my Tires, and JORDI help me ,very nice Respectful young man , the second time I came , NAUN ( said he was helping from another JIFFY LUBE , on Richmond HWY , this guy was so Nice , and very Personable!! EXCELLENT service, Both time, I will be coming BACK !!!

Best one thus far, I love my car and I can neglect it at times when you work a lot. But knowing where to go to bring my car up to speed and health is relieving. Trusting hands is a blessing.

My favorite Jiffy Lube location for over 20 years. I never feel pressured, and always feel that the team is helping in a consultant role, not salespeople. My only issue is I wish the TV in the customer lounge had the volume off and captions on. Everyone there today had their headphones on listening to something else, and its kind of trash TV anyway - lowers the tone.

Walk in no appointment on a Saturday evening and was in & out. Mike the Manager was nice and informative and professional. Will return. Ohhh it was clean and the wait area had hot coffee & tea. Great customer service as well.

Gave appropriate updates, and actually did everything as advertised. IE vacuuming out my car, cleaning the windows, topping fluid excMost jiffy lubes forget to do that part.

I was in the area and needed a oil change, I found a Jiffy Lube location on Google maps and Renaldo answered the phone and told me that they would take my car. I pulled up about 10 minutes later and they changed my oil fast and efficient. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Recent update 01/19/24: went to another Jiffy Lube location b/c I happened to be in that area & they did not seem like they wanted to be bothered or wanted to assist (won t name them).Then went to the VAN DORN location instead and AGAIN - ON POINT SERVICE! Every time I come to this specific location - the team is friendly, professional, work together, inform you of what s going on, offer you additional maintenance services and do not get offended if and or when you decline at the time.They handle the car with care and do not disappoint! They listen to you and understand your car concerns. Prefer this location over most but usually service is the same across the board!

So, I didn't ever think I'd be posting a review for an oil change service visit, but these guys were top notch. I was in need of a past due oil change for my vehicle and happened upon the great guys at this Jiffy Lube location on Van Dorn.First and foremost for me was that the folks working that Saturday were the utmost representation of class. They were sweet spot of professional, kind, knowledgeable, smart workers and had great rapport with both colleagues and customers.They worked in such sync and flow that if I would say that I was there maybe 15 minutes it would've been a stretch (note that I arrived just as the other two cars departed, a normal expectation would be waiting 15-20 minutes to get into the bay then 10-20 for a basic service). That said they provided me with the full service oil change (full synthetic), topped off my fluids and adjusted the air pressure of all the tires.It was the most pleasant oil change experience I've ever had. I hope that management and ownership continue doing what they are doing, I always respect a workplace where staff is treated with respect and how that can truly impact everything and everyone else in the scope of things.Thank you to those who were working that day.

I ve been here a couple times. The guys are friendly and professional, and happy to explain why they recommend a service or an item in their quote without pushing it on you. They re also pretty quick unless you come at peak hours. Basically just what you want from a Jiffy Lube.

The customer service here is AMAZING!!! Each of the staff members greeted me when I pulled up. The technician showed me to the waiting area and assisted with selecting the correct options and looked for ways to save me money. Went in for Tire Rotation and Oil Change and had to wait 20 minutes just to be acknowledged. I was quoted $148 after tax and fees (which is pretty high for a conventional oil change.) I was already there, so I paid for the services. While in the parking lot, I ran over a nail. They then wanted $35 to patch the tire, so I said "No, I'd do it myself." Got it home to patch the tire and they overtightened the lugs for the tire, and lost 2 caps, It was impossible to get off with a tire iron.Overall, it was just a waste of time, money and effort going here.
