I was in need of a tire repair. It turned out I had a screw in the side wall it was unepairanble. The staff were very nice and although they didn't have the type of to fit my car it was ordered and I came back the next day to have it installed. My experience was pretty seamless. My dealership was surprisingly booked for a month (just for an oil change). So I came here. This place was great! In and out no problems. Employees here are far more friendlier and pleasant than at the dealership, so that was an added bonus.No complaints, would Definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service and exceptional technicians! We were able to drive right up for an oil change and the guys got right to work. They were all friendly and very warm. We waited for our vehicle in the lobby. Everything was clean and neat. They vacuumed our car, changed the oil, and went over recommendations all in under 30 minutes. Thanks guys!!!

I have visited this shop 2 times and every time my service was great. I was able to get in and out in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and patient with. The manager Charles was very helpful in giving me insight on my car and offered other services in which I didn t even know I needed! I will be retuning.

This is Our Jiffy Lube! There are 2 other JLs closer to us but we still drive to this one. Everyone here is professional and very knowledgeable about their jobs. They take pride in their work and care about the vehicle and the driver. . That speaks volumes about the Manager and the people he hires. Keep up the great work!

These guys were fantastic! They were super kind, built great customer rapport, fast and efficient! I felt no pressure like I have from other places to add on or pay for more than what I need. Prices were great too. Will definitely return!

They had recommended that I replace the valve cover gasket and spark plugs, showing me the degradation of the gasket and spots of oil leakage. They said it would take about 1.5 hours, so I agreed and dropped the car off a couple of weeks later. 6 hours later it still wasn't complete, as among other things they didn't have the appropriate adhesive and had to order it. When they eventually got the gasket installed and were running the car to test it, a bolt on the engine block cracked. I had to leave the car overnight so the bolt could be replaced. Fast forward to this week, which is two months after the gasket was replaced, I took my car in to a different shop to get a tire looked at for a potential air leak. While inspecting the car, they determined that there was an oil leak as well, which they traced back to the valve cover gasket. I'm having them replace the gasket, despite the duplicate cost, as I have more faith in them than I do if I were to try to have Jiffy Lube fix it. I recommend avoiding this Jiffy Lube for anything more complicated than an oil change.

Had Atiba helping me. Hopefully I spelled that right. Everyone was so nice they go over everything including price before they do the service which makes me feel comfortable and give recommendations. They also open the doors everyone you go in and out of a door. So nice will definitely be using again.

This was the fastest oil change I ve ever received. The workers were extremely polite, and I ve always experienced this type of customer service every time I go to this jiffy lube. Always pleased with their service, which is why I continue to come back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

As always, Jiffy Lube take cares of my family s and my cars like a baby in daycare, they always recommend you want your baby needs, but it s up to you to choose; if you care for your baby you would follow their recommendations and you will see your car thrive for ages.Thank you CJ, Jackson and Mike for always looking up.

I was at this establishment last week and was amazed at the customer service skills of the store manager Charles. Even as the customer became very unruly and loud, not once did he lash out. Not only did he show great professionalism with that customer but he was also very accommodating with the rest of us waiting and the service was additionally speedy

Very welcoming, lots of smiles and laughter despite the necessary waiting. The entire crew was very attentive and patient in their explanations. At no point did I feel like they trying to get one over the client and I appreciated their willingness to answer my numerous questions. Highly recommend and I intend to return. Never again! 1. Never let them drive your car. As I was in my car getting an oil change, I watched a young employee race the car out the door banging the front on the ground with a screech noise then slamming the breaks. Owner was not there. Couldn't have been me. None of the staff said anything to this young man. He got out with a smile. 2. I get the oil change. Polite service people there. Only to notice a day or two later a noise. When I get out, the entire right side of my engine cover is hanging off and the clips gone. I had to go back to the dealer to buy the clips ($103) and get my cover put back on my car. I never had that problem until here at this place.Yes I called the manager and shared the experience.He told me to come back. However, I would not trust any of them to touch my car again. Everyone is very polite and helpful (I watched an employee help a customer get change), but it is very slow going and you are discouraged from waiting in your car which I personally don t like.

Extremely low quality and service Jiffy Lube. Waited in car line for about 25-30 minutes for an employee to finally come out and inform me that there s a beyond 1 hour wait just for a simple oil change. Which is quite ridiculous considering normal Jiffy Lubes a routine oil change is just 5-10 minutes then you process the payment. Multiple guest were upset and complaining as all I did was mind my business and wait patiently. Ruined my schedule for the day and now I have to ether find another jiffy lube location or perhaps a better business to bring my vehicle just for a oil change.

As a senior citizen, I was not able to replace my right front tire with a screw in it with the temporary tire in the back of the car. I asked the staff if they could do it for me. They were very accommodating, and in a matter of minutes had made the change for me and I was on my way, for a small charge. I was very pleased with the service. I bring my cars to Jiffy Lube frequently and always feel good about the service I get. ThanksBobService: Tires

Came for an AC evac and recharge of a 10 year old vehicle. Timing was decent and service was immediate, but there was no line. The tech was nice and professional. My only complaint is I received a quote online from Jiffy Lube specifically for this location, for my vehicle, for the service for $150 and the actual cost was $205. The tech said the estimate didn't include labor to actually do X or something to that effect. Basically the estimate was misleading, or the location was not following the estimate. The $205 price was fine but makes all estimates lose all credibility. It's nice that these multicare locations perform a wide variety of services though. AC did come out working just fine.Service: Air conditioning

Got an oil change, that was fine. But they claimed I needed new brake pads because the brake pads were essentially gone, etc. and offered to replace them. I got a second opinion from a different reputable mechanic, who actually showed me my brakes, and my brake pads were not only fine but in good condition and didn t need to be replaced.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

technicians were very respectful and professional, the only issue that I got is the cost of a regular oil change, the price went from between $70 to $99 dollars. On my way home, when, what!!!, a flat tire. The staff were closing up it was 7:15pm. These men are angels sent from God. They fixed my tire, staying beyond closing time. What dedication and the pride they show in the work they do. Jiffy Lube, Sam, Terrance, Jackson, Sal and Byrd are truly an asset to your success. They are keepers!!!.
