Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Darnell and his team for their help this week! My car had broken down on my way to work and I left it at a different shop which gave me the run around and then told me there was a problem with my oil drain plug that would require them to do a costly fix. Since I last got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube, I gave them a call to see if they had ever seen this problem and Darnell went above and beyond to help me trouble shoot. He even offered to leave his own shop to go to where my car was and try to fix it. Ultimately, I was able to get my car from where it was to a Jiffy Lube up the street that is also a part of this franchise where they were waiting for me and helped me solve the problem. It's really nice to see business owners who care about their customers and community. I am so appreciative and will continue to frequent this location for all my oil changes!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Lies about putting air in tires, topping off fluids and cleaning. Didn't do any of that but still charge at a higher price! Don't go to this location it's a rip off. I would be surprised if they even did an oil change. This is the 2nd time they have done this!!!!

Went in for an oil change on the vehicle we just purchased. We noticed a "shuddering" of the transmission on a recent trip, and took it into a Cadillac dealership to get it diagnosed... They suggested a $12,000 new transmission... Yeah... we ain't gonna do that when we just paid $10,000 for the vehicle itself... The internet (don't judge me, please) said we should start with the changing of the transmission fluid... One of the videos said a "flush" was better than an drain and fill... Here at this location, they did offer the flush and we went with it - the price was reasonable and definitely / considerably less than the $12,000 ... Now, we haven't driven far since this change, but so far we haven't experienced the same issue, and if this holds, we will be EXTREMELY fortunate!!!! The staff at this location was ALL professional, talked us through the options on the oil change and went over all the other things they checked on it! 10/10 will visit this facility again!!!!

Dropped in after 4 pm during the week. Manager and the Staff were very friendly, answered all my questions, and got my vehicle's oil change done quickly and efficiently. I m comparing this to my always 5 star experience at the Vienna Jiffy Lube. I sat in my car for several minutes before someone came out to greet me (there were no other customers). Otherwise the service was fine.

They were wonderful! Helped me with a headlight that was out, made sure my tire pressure was where it should be, quick and great service! They were very kind and I appreciate my experience there.

Incompetent workers, broke my key fob, long wait times. Waited over an hour to even get in the bay. Dude that just arrived got in the bay a few minutes after me, got his oil change at the same time. There was an open bay for over 30 minutes while I was waiting. I checked in way before then. To top it off, they broke my key from my key fob and chipped the locking part so no it doesn t close. Go anywhere else, for your own sake.

Darnell and the crew onsite Friday, November 10, 2023 made my day. I overfilled my oil tank and slightly panicked as my car hiccuped into the Jiffy Lube driveway. Darnell was patient, knowledgeable, and he and the crew went the xtra mile to get my car into the bay (they pushed it in the rain!!!) and got me on the road again. This level of service is far and few in the DMV area and I will now be a repeat customer strictly because of Darnell and his crew!Service: Oil change

Love these employee they do such a great job I live 6 minutes from the jiffy lube on st Barnabas street and I rather drive 20 minutes to this location for the great service and I feel like I can actually trust them with my car .keep up the good work guys.

This was the least professional oil change I have ever received. Not only did they mix up my billing with that of another customer, but my fuel cap was stolen during my service. I couldn t recommend this place any less.

Understaffed, poor service, a simple oil change took over an hour. There should have been four people working there instead of two, and they automatically used more expensive oil than what I wanted (the car is going into storage when I ship overseas, so I needed higher viscosity) - I'd been sitting there for an hour, and they couldn't talk to me at all? (I got the lower price in the end, or this would be a one-star review, but it's still the wrong oil.)Service: Oil change

Had a great oil change at Duke St. Jiffy Lube - professional and prompt.The team knocked it out of the park. They fit my car in an hour before closing, made sure the service was done right, and jumped through hoops to honor a service voucher (after a prior bad experience at another store).Fantastic job to Samarq and Darnell. I couldn t be happier.

I went to this location a few months backs and the Manager Darnell and his team stripped my oil cap. I was not made aware of this until I went to another location to get an oil change and I couldn t because my oil cap couldn t be removed. I remember him telling me that he was having a hard time removing it but never told me he stripped it. Nor did he say because he stripped it he need to order me a new one and please bring it back once the cap comes in and because of this inconvenience I will also discount your oil change. That s great customer service. I made him aware a week ago and since then he will not answer my calls. I reached out to the district manager and he said he would get this resolved. I haven t heard back from him either. I reached out to him again via text this time without any answer. Now I must go to the regional or the owner of this location. Poor customer service, very disappointing when it s your own people. Do not go here, they over charge and break things on your car without telling you. Made me feel as though I was taking advantage of because I m a female.

They only vacuumed on one side of my car and didn't fill my washer fluid because it's still saying it is low.even though it says they did on my receipt. Oil change is more expensive now but u get less. And the coupon is only for 10 dollars off. How do I know if they actually did my fuel treatment?

Came in for a quick oil change on a Wednesday morning, June 12th. Probably waited 25 minutes for each car in front of me. They only had one lane open. Two cars ended up leaving behind me and although I was next in line, I ended up leaving too. Just unacceptable. Could have changed the oil faster myself. Ridiculous.

They do a great job, and I never feel like they are taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I have been going to the Jiffy Lube on Duke Street for many years, and I have found them to be fast, honest and reliable.

Just want the thank the manager Darnell and his employee for their quick and honest diagnosis on my 4runner. I ended up getting the coolant flushed. The job was done quickly. Both were professional and explained everything perfectly. Thank you!

This was I think the fastest oil change I've ever had- there was no wait to get in and no wait to get out, and the young man who did the service was incredibly polite and helpful. I will come here again.

I brought my car here for an oil change. The wheels on my car started to make a strange noise right after I picked my car up. They told me to bring the car back in so they could look at it, but when I did they could not explain the noise that was very likely caused after their service. Why else would my tires make a strange new noise immediately after the service?Also, when I called them to make sure they had the oil I wanted for an oil change - they confirmed that they did. But when I brought my car in they said they were out of the oil and tried to up charge me for the oil they did have.The noise my car is making and the poor communication is the reason why I won t be coming here any longer.

Please be respectful NOT rude , I just moved there and there s no car but mine I was trying to stop my car I came close to the gate and was trying to reverse then a black young gentleman came and said very aggressively back up go back I said ok I reversed and parked my car s front wheels were a bit crossed the white line I went inside same guy Said how can I help you ? I said I m here for the oil change , He said go out reverse your car more leave the keys in , come back inside and and sit there

Easy peasy oil change. They are quick and don t upsell on unnecessary charges. They will, however, be able to do most extra services like new wiper blades or mileage based regular service maintenance.Go to the Jiffy Lube Duke Street website for a coupon. Jiffy Lubes are individually owned and you have to have the right one for the discount.Also, every time I ve come in to this location the service staff have been excellent in explaining and answering questions. I appreciate that so much.

I went at this location for oil/filter change, but they couldn't open the things from bottom after shaking a lot my car from down then the tech said its' too tight and unable to open it. I went to back to Toyota Dealer they shown the things which was messed up the opener of oil from bottom. Very disappointed and be care of on this.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
