I had my SUV detailed by Geneva and they did the best job I have ever had! They even removed all the scuff marks on the exterior. My car looked better than when I bought it and it smelled amazing! I highly recommend Geneva Recondition Service! I am bringing my other cars to them immediately!

Geneva is definitely the Ultimate BMW, reconditioning center. After my neighbor, did not properly park his vehicle. And it rolled into and crashed the front end right passenger side of my BMW X6. I took it to Geneva for repair. After couple of weeks. My baby Bella came back perfect; like new again. It was a great experience working with Taichung cool guys at Geneva. The top notch customer service starts when you walk in the door with the office manager IAN who greets you and takes your information and the care of your vehicle like it was his own. He also helps you make the best possible decision for your vehicle repair . Five stars is all I can give them. If I could give more I would! Thank you again, Geneva Reconditioning Services. I could go on for days about the excellent customer service and quality work by the good folks over at Geneva Reconditioning. I ve taken my vehicle there no less than 5 times, even for the slightest of issues. Collision repair, curb rash, random scratch, etc. Willie s customer service is unmatched. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I d be remiss if I didn t give the guys in the shop a shout out too. They do excellent work and pay attention to every detail. In me, they ve a customer for life.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and their work is exceptional. I brought in my BMW X3 lease for an estimate and their estimate beat the others. The work was completed on-time and well done. Finding the address was easy but there is no big Geneva Reconditioning sign to guide you to the drop-off at the center of the building that can accessed on either side. If you persevere, you will be happy you did.

I had an amazing experience with Mohamed, and I hope I never need body work on my car again, If I ever do, Geneva Reconditioning Services will have me fixed up and back on the road at no time. It only took a couple of days, the work and attention to details were excellent. They charged me the best competitive rate in DMV area. Despite farther damages found underneath the driver door. It turned out the repair was more complex than they originally anticipated, requiring extra parts and another day of labor and they honored the first quote.I would highly recommend Geneva Reconditioning. Ask for Mohamed, They work with the LandMark Dealer, so they have years of experience on body shop and will do whatever job needs to be done.

Geneva handled the repair of my front bumper with great care as well as doing a great finishing paint job.It took about 2 weeks to get the job completed, but the end result looked very professionally done. I was extremely pleased with how my new bumper looked.They also handled the insurance paperwork, and that aspect of this repair job went very smoothly as well.I would highly recommend them for any bodyshop repair work that you might have need of, especially for high-end vehicles.�[ Rob Conway ]�Service: Body & Trim

Willie was fantastic at Geneva Reconditioning! He did a great job of communicating with me along the way as a status of my vehicle. we were working with insurance on the repairs, and while communication with insurance was less than stellar, will he did a great job of communicating with the insurance company, and making sure that I knew where things stood. I highly recommend Geneva reconditioning and sincerely, appreciate how excellent Willie was!

From beginning to end, Willie made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience of having my car repaired. From the initial conversation to the end when I wasn t sure about what to do with my rental. He assured me that everything would be taken care of and it was. No red tape no hassle and my car was ready sooner than expected. It s a win win with Geneva Reconditioning!

I called them because they were associated with BMW. Person Name Willie quoted me $2800 and told me my car will be ready in 1 week he also promised me he will recondition my wheel and will get the oil service done . After waiting for 2 months he handed me the car and charged me $4500 and told me my car had 2 miles of gas left, my key has no battery, no alignment done, no tire balance it done and oh sorry we could drop the car off to get the oil service done either from the BMW. Very unprofessional people. They will give you low price to rope you in and then once you are in they will drive the the price high. Stay away pleaseServices: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Look at the awesome job these guys did!!! It is my 3rd time service at this place and never got disappointed. Very reasonable prices and great quality! Their manager Victor always was given me accurate estimate with no surprises at the end! Recommend this place to all my friends!

Very ProfessionalMy experience with Geneva was amazing. They were very detailed oriented and thorough. The work on my car was completed in a timely manner and they even washed it. JR one of the associates then took time to discuss work I was thinking about getting done and sent me home with a proposal. Excellent service.

I was involved in a car accident and the ladies insurance wanted to take my car to a weird body shop, I told them NO WAY! I chose Geneva Reconditioning service to fix my new Honda! I was really nervous in the beginning because I wanted to make sure that my car looked brand new and was fixed. When I dropped it off the staff was all very friendly and professional. Willie and I believe the owner, I didn t get his name helped me out and they worked very hard to make sure I had ALL original parts in my car because the insurance company wanted to put aftermarket parts. They gave me a proper estimated time of when my car would be done and the kept me in the loop of everything going on. When I went to pick up my car it looked brand new! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Geneva Reconditioning Services! If I have any car issues again I know where to take my car! They deserve more than 5 stars!!!!Service: Body & Trim

This body shop has the worst customer service. The body shop kept my car for 4 weeks and did not do ANY bodywork on my car. I called them every week multiple times to check when my car will be ready, and they were lying to my face by saying "we are working on the car and it will be ready soon." After 4 weeks of waiting they told me that the body shop is not able to do any work and to come up pick up my car. I think 1 star rating is too much to give, they deserve 0 stars.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Geneva Reconditioning was recommended to me by my dealership. I used them to perform some paint and rim work on my Porsche and BMW. Willie was great to work with and was extremely professional every time I needed service. Horrible communication, completely wasted my time. Full disclosure: I did not end up using them for service so I can not not speak to the quality of their work. I requested an estimate for rust work and polish work. I gave specific information about the service needed and the size of my vehicle. No information was given back to me over email except to come in for an estimate.I ended up taking a personal vacation day from work to drive an hour each way to have them take a look only to be told 30 seconds after I arrived they don't do rust work, and their polishing prices were set by vehicle size (without ever looking at my vehicle). BOTH OF WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED OVER EMAIL and saved me a wasted vacation day, at least $25 in fuel, and wasted hours on the road.When I mentioned this could have been done electronically his only response was "yeah, I guess everything can be done over email these days." When I told him no, I specifically asked these questions (rust and pricing) on the email he deflected blame and said he wasn't the one that responded.Unresponsive, unsympathetic, unreliable.

Can t say much about the Alexandria BMW other than spend your money elsewhere. The guys at Geneva especially Victor and TJ are awesome and went out of there way to fix my car. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of auto body work. Customer service was exceptional which is hard to find these days.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I had two lip bends, one on each rim on my year old HRE wheels. Cosmetically they just look off but also performance wise, the steering wheel vibrated. Luckily, a customer over at BMW dealer gave me Shazard's number at Geneva Reconditioning. Easy communication over text and repairs to the bends were done right as expected. Both rims look good as new and ride well! And not to mention prices very reasonable.

This place is a nightmare. They tell you they will call you back to give you an estimate and never do. Your car will be in there for days. J.R. Is the most unprofessional rude person I ve ever dealt with in the car industry. It s a nonstop headache. You re better off taking your car to fairfax BMW and avoiding the headache all together.
