My family and I always bring our vehicles here to Ali when it comes to safety inspection and emission testing. He does a wonderful and meticulous job every time. Marvin and others service technicians are very hardworking and accommodating. Thanks for the pleasant experience as always!

Marvin and his team have taken great care of all of our family cars and trucks over the years. The team is professional, courteous and straightforward. They get my vehicles fixed right the first time. It s obvious that they know what they are doing. I no longer even ask about the prices because of the trust they have built with me. On Wednesday, August 31, 2023 I had my Virginia state inspection performed at liberty. I ve been there several times before to have my car serviced. And as always, they were professional, courteous, and timely. Prices were very reasonable. I plan to continue to use them in the future!

Friendly and professional!! Reassuring and we re a great help with prioritizing what needed to be done now - what was critical and what I could wait a week or two. The annoying check engine light was on. Also mindful of my busy summer work schedule and we re able to accommodate me.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had a very clean area and everyone helped me in a timely manner and made sure I knew what was going on. They got me in and out in a matter of 20 minutes and back on the road to do what I need to do and everyone was professional and kind. Definitely what I look for in a shop I take my vehicles to.

The service was so fast and easy to get in and out on my day off. I really needed an alignment, oil change and my inspection was almost expiring. Thanks to the service manager Willi for making the service flow easy. Thanks to Daniel for the oil change and for actually resetting the meter, and thanks for the alignment as well! Thank you Ali for the inspection! You guys really helped me out!

First time there and only had Emissions Inspection done but I was very impressed with how friendly and welcoming everyone working there was. Watched several interactions they had with customers and it seems they truly appreciate their customers and business.I will absolutely use them in the future for any automotive needs.

Initial drop on Tuesday pm was great, attendant was pleasant both on the phone and in person. I got the estimate Wednesday am labor was OK, but the parts were marked up 120-130%. When I asked Willie for the part numbers, he said "they don't give out part numbers". Got a 3200 estimate to a 1500 estimate for the same work with the same parts!!! Wow

Be very careful going here if you received a coupon/promotion.I recently received nearly $600 in repairs from Franconia Service Center. I received a valid coupon for this service center by mail, and the service center rejected it.I was repulsed from using this coupon three times. When I dropped my car off- I was told to bring the coupon when I picked the car up. When I picked my car up, I was told to call in the morning to get a refund for my transaction, when I called to get a refund, I was told I couldn t get a refund over the phone.Why are they mailing out fake coupons they won t honor? I don t know, but I don t think it s legal.

DO NOT go here.would give a 0 if possible. They will try to charge you $100+ just to tell you what might be wrong. Went for an emissions check. They popped my hood ??? And I failed? (Even though I knew whole heartedly that I was good and my car was fine.) after I leave the place my check engine light is on (never been on before in 7 years of driving this car) thankfully it went away a day later. Anyways STAY away. I took my car to two others to places for emissions and passed both. (Was still $60 cheaper than what they were trying to charge me to see what the problem was) Funny how that works. Marvin may be a good dude but the middle Eastern dude who does emissions is a CROOK.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at your mechanic's shop today. I arrived at the shop with a empty washer fluid level, and I was told by three young mechanics (a black man with a neck tattoo and two Spanish-speaking men) that they did not have time to add washer fluid. They were instead looking at TikTok on their phones.I asked them if they could please add the washer fluid, but they refused. They told me that I would have to come back in the morning if I wanted them to add washer fluid.I am very disappointed with the lack of respect that I was shown by these mechanics. They were rude and dismissive, and they did not seem to care about my needs as a customer. I believe that they given intense customer service training. I do not understand why they would trash someones s business by treating customers in this way.I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter and take appropriate action.Thanks

I went in for a inspection and although there were five cars in front of me, they got me on a text message list and I went next-door and was able to get some work done. Everyone was very pleasant and I was conveniently in and out of there with no issues whatsoever. Thanks!

Customer Service was excellent from the time I opened the door to the time I left. The service person at the desk on 7/16/22 was so pleasant and professional. The mechanic was very pleasant and polite. He was very knowledgeable. I live in Maryland, have been going all the way to the Liberty at the gas station on Franconia Road, Alexandria, VA for the past 4 years because I am so pleased with their service.Service: Auto maintenance

Obviously car repair/assessment is very hard, and when I showed up this particular establishment there was only one gentleman name Ali that was doing my emissions testing. But I got to tell you that man was more professional and commandeering to my time than I could ever want for my car. I would suggest that you arrive early, dress yourself with patience. This is definitely a great place of business for emissions testing.Service: Auto emissions testing

Good people doing good work! Somebody give these guys a raise.My most recent visit was on a busy Saturday morning. I came for an oil change without an appointment, but the team at Franconia service center were able to squeeze me in and have me in and out in 30 minutes. They even tightened my loose skid plate unprompted.Marvin is always very nice, polite and personable. It's always nice to meet people who enjoy cars as much as yourself. I haven't had a chance to meet the rest of the staff yet, but I have gotten the impression that they are just as nice as well.Keep up the great work.

They are really friendly, and the price is reasonable. I got estimated over $800.00 from other bodyshop. And i check the cost here on the phone, they gave me guarantee for $600.And they really charged me what they called with no changes at all. And it took only one and half hour to fix my car!I am not a car person, so i dont know about the car but i know they did the best for the customers.

Been getting work done here for 5 years now. They always honor their quotes even if they stand to lose money on the job. The staff is friendly and will take the time to explain the issue if you want to listen.The only poor experience I had was when I wanted four tires new tires mounted and aligned. I don't know how but it took them 3 hours (from when I could see them start the work) just to mount the tires, and when I said I needed to leave they hadn't even started the alignment yet. YMMV

Called in late Saturday afternoon needing some help with my car. It was shaking when I stepped on the brakes pretty bad. They offered me a car shuttle if needed but also had the ability to drop your key and car off until 11pm. I dropped it off on Sunday evening they called the right away the next morning (Monday) with what was wrong. They didn t push me to fix it, rather gave me a quote to make my decision. I agreed for them to do the work which was very reasonably priced, and I had my car back that Monday. Other places I called into had about a week turn around and I couldn t wait that long only having one vehicle. I will go back to them and highly recommend their service. They guarantee their work and did a great job.Service: Brakes

I'd give 10 Stars if I could. Went to Liberty this morning for emissions and safety inspections. safety passed just fine and the emissions test was incomplete. after talking to everyone in the shop I learned my front brakes were low they reccomended I get new front brakes amd rotors. at an Acura dealership that would have cost me easily $2,000. Liberty did my brakes amd got it done in one day!! amazingly fast turn arpund my brakes feel great now. I recieved the bill, and I was shocked that the price was far less than any Acura "stealership" in this country. Hats off to mechanic Donald who took such great care of my car. I will use Liberty for all of my automotive mechanical needs again and again. thank you Liberty for helping me out with my car today!!.

Staff were very helpful, especially Willie - he provided a lot of tips so I could get the safety inspection done quickly and easily, including times when it typically isn t too busy so there isn t a long wait and that they even have a discount! Unlike other places I called, Willie also took the time to answer all my questions instead of trying to hang up as quickly as possible. Based on the excellent customer service and willingness to offer a discount, this location will be my choice for all future inspections!

This was an overall good experience and I will use them again. The staff were were informative and helped make the transition smooth.Another big plus is that they told me I DIDN T need something. A lot of car people will sell you on services you don t need just to make an extra dollar. It means a lot that they were upfront on something that I did not need.My only complaint was that I had an appointment at ten in the morning and I didn t get my car back until 4:30 in the afternoon. It isn t the biggest problem, and I will still use them in the future.
