Chris and his Team always take care of my car. Anytime something happens, they are always kind personable and knowledgeable. They walk me through the problem and fix it within an ideal time frame.

The service center has never steered me wrong. Crist is amazing at what he does one of the best mechanics in Area he looks out for the people and gives great guidance to solve problems with your vehicle when your vehicle is sick. He helped with getting my vehicle back to good health in a quick and fast timely manner. The customer service here exceeded my expectations by far. Thanks Crist your the best.

Cannot say enough good things about Crist and the mechanics here! My manual car got stuck in gear after getting gas and not only were they patient and kind about it, but Crist got into my car and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem for free. You should definitely come support this local business and its excellent mechanics!

Warning! Card skimmer alert. Used their pump and 30 mins later the fraudulent charges started coming in. Four transactions went through before I shut down the card. Tried to call the business to warn them but no one will answer and their voicemail is filled up. Shady.

This is a great place for car repairs. Chris D is the manager is is honest and fair to a fault. They get the work done on time, and the cost is very reasonable.

Crist was gracious enough to come to my rescue after experiencing a flat tire in a parking garage. He succeeded in inflating the tire, but we were unable to identify the cause, so we returned to the Exxon shop. He found that the tire needed to be replaced since the inner had deteriorated. He supplied me with the exact size tire I needed for replacement (as a temporary until I got new ones I needed...and he gave advice on which tires to purchase). He was timely, considerate, and thorough. Exxon's entire staff goes above and beyond for their clients, and I will without a doubt take my car there for any repair and maintenance.

Crist is amazing!! He has been super helpful explaining everything that is wrong with our catalytic converter and helping us find solutions to fix the issue. We ve been having a lot of problems with our dealer and it s good to have a second opinion we can trust. Plus he s super nice!

I drove over a nail in Old Town and got a flat tire today, and I was so lucky to be near this service station to get it fixed. Even though they were swamped, they patched me up and had me back on the road within 30 min. Crist was so kind and helpful and even walked me through how to care for my tires moving forward. They quoted me a very fair price. Very grateful to them for saving the day!

I was parked nearby this location and came back to an almost completely flat tire. I drove very cautiously in and within 10 mins they had pulled out a giant screw from my tire, patched it, and had me on my way. They were very helpful and even gave me a few tips on how to fix a few small things myself that I knew needed done. Will definitely go back.

Went in to get a Tire Balance/Rotation, it cost me $90. When I got on the highway my steering wheel began to shake violently as if something was going to come apart. I took it back and spoke with the same guy, he told me I needed an alignment...then he said no, you need tires. I asked which one was it, he said he recommends both. I explained that my car did not act in this manner before bringing it here. He said they did everything correctly...he did not want to take a further look into the tires...he act is if I was troubling him with the matter. I asked if he could rotate the tires back and he said, we would have to charge you again. I left dissappointed in the lack of customer service and responsibility in their workmanship.

I took my fiance car (2010 BMW 650i) to Kelly's Exxon Service Center North to have a tire mounted and balanced and encountered issues with the TPMS and valve. The mechanic GERSON was very patient, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues, offered recommendations, mounted and balanced my tire. This was my first visit to Kelly's Exxon Service Center North but will definitely not be the last. I will be going back for any repair issues with my car. Two thumbs up and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE MECHANIC (GERSON) at Kelly's Exxon Service Center North! Franco

My fiance (Franco) and I (Gwen), had the pleasure of having our BMW 650i serviced at Kelly's Exxon Service Center North. The mechanic (Gerson) and the manger (Crist) delivered superb service to our car. They were very professional, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. Crist and Gerson treated us like. family. I highly recommend Crist and Gerson at Kelly's Exxon Service Center North for any and all vehicle repairs. I will be returning for any future repairs. Thank you Gerson and Crist.

I don t think I ve ever written a review before in my life, but Crist was incredible. I brought my car in for an oil change and inspection, and left with a trusted local mechanic. I often feel like garages can be a real boys club, and owners have tried to talk me into expensive, unnecessary repairs. Crist was fast and efficient even on a holiday weekend, and didn t try to talk me into additional work. Fair price and friendly owner! I ll be coming back for sure.

Got some work done on my car and Christ took care of me. Easily one of the most kind and honest mechanics i have ever been to. I would easily drive 150 miles to get my car taken care of with his work. He is an example of honest hard worker and he deserves a raise. Trust me go here and ask for him :)

I stumbled into Crist's Exxon after just getting my Volvo jump started. I went to a couple other nearby competitor's gas stations before ending up here. None of them seemed interested in helping me, probably because it was getting close to quitting time. The Shell station next door even told me "they don't charge batteries anymore" and that they could only sell me one, like I was born yesterday!! Anyway, after coming to understand what happened to the car and checking the car's symptoms (there weren't any) he said there wasn't anything really wrong with it and that I just needed my battery charged. He then jumped on getting the car in and hooked up to his battery charger box and said he'd be happy to stay a little late to make sure it had enough time to recharge. Now the car is all set, no issues! If you're looking for a honest place to get your car fixed, look no farther. I was genuinely surprised at the honesty and integrity I found here. Can't say enough good things about Crist and my experience here. Just kinda flabbergasted, really. I'll definitely be back for service in the future. 5 BIG stars!!!

Crist and Gerson saved our vacation! We pulled in with a flat tire at 5pm. Although the shop was closing at 5, Crist and Gerson were super friendly and helpful. Amazing service. Highly recommended especially for out-of-towners. Thank you!

Christ provides the best customer service of any auto repair shop I ve been in my entire life. He is incredibly honest and puts the customer first, going above and beyond to demonstrate how much he values putting the customer first. He saved me hundreds of dollars when another auto body shop tried to take advantage of a simple problem- cannot recommend this place highly enough.

In the middle of their busy, sweltering afternoon, Crist and his team attended to an unusual request I needed help with for my brother s Ford Explorer. Crist was attentive to the concern and went above and beyond to assure that he gave me the correct information on the vehicle. It was a huge weight lifted and I really appreciated being helped so quickly. Definitely recommend for a reliable neighborhood shop!

Thank you for being so kind Crist and Garrison! Great honest customer service. I came in late to buy oil for my car before taking a long trip with kids. I wasn t sure which oil to put in. The garage was closed but Crist came to see if I needed help. It was late and cold but he still checked my oil and checked and filled my tires to make sure they were safe. It was like going to my small town gas station and taken care of as if they knew me for years. No charge and no expectation of a tip. I will definitely go back for service/repair and future inspection. I highly recommend this gas station and very impressed with customer service. Thank you again Crist and Garrison!! Maura

I was driving my car when all of a sudden a bunch of lights came on for various things like ABS, oil temp, and other engine things. I pulled into the Alexandria Exxon North location since I was right there and they had big signs for engine diagnostics, inspections and emissions. The first guy I talked to was friendly and said I should talk to the manager.Crist, the manager, checked my car with an Auto link for free and there were some weird codes entered about the transmission. He was really kind and forthright about everything, will definitely go back for other basic auto things! Made me feel at ease and gave honest recommendations about taking my car to the dealership and also said I could call him for a second opinion.
