Avoid the business, I went as it was listed as a preferred provider by State Farm. The staff was very friendly however, the quality of their work leaves a lot to be desired. I brought my car in for repairs to the front bumper and when I went to pick up the car the paint color did not match at all. The employee that I spoke with tried to tell me that it was "pretty close" and maybe it was because it was parked in the shade. He additionally informed me that the manager was gone for the day so I would have to wait until the following week to get assistance.After calls from State Farm they agreed to fix the mismatched paint, in a few weeks when they had an opening.When I brought the car back the manager tried to explain that the fenders and hood on my car were not the same color and that was the problem, unfortunately their repairs did not match either the fenders or the hood. (See attached pictures)Less than 24 hours later, I received a call that my car was done and could be picked up. I arrived and found my car dirty both inside and out. I don't know how they could paint it without cleaning it first. I guess they just painted over the dirt. And they had not even bothered to use the paper floor mats this time, instead they tracked paint debris all over the drivers side to include the floor mats and door panels.State Farm has the pictures and offered to contact East Coast again, but I declined as I am afraid to see what they will do next.I would definitely recommend avoiding this establishment!

Can t recommend this place enough! They handled the repairs to my car seamlessly. Customer service was amazing and my car looks great! The service was fast as well. 100% would recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

East Coast Collision is now my go-to referral for auto body repairs. The team is highly professional and responsive and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend East Coast! Their communication was courteous and professional and they proactively provided updates. The work was done faster than anticipated and I was happy with the quality of the repairs. East Coast also was very helpful with coordinating directly with the rental car company. Appreciate your help!

This is an honest repair shop that does quality work. Professionalism and communications were excellent. I've had two repairs at this shop. Both were handled on the schedule promised and they clearly pay attention to the details. One of my repairs is now over a year old and the paint has held up perfectly. Highly recommended.

I m honestly very impressed with this place. I came a week ago to drop off my car to get the bumper replaced and they did a fantastic job with it! The service is great. Very polite men working there and If anyone ever has to go get something done with their car, this body shop is the place to go. You can trust them, and I don t say that a lot about places. I also appreciate them cleaning the inside of my car and leaving me extra paint for my car. Again, very impressed. Not to mention the service was very quick. I was expected to have my rental for two days and exactly two days later my car was ready. Cannot repeat enough how fantastic this job was to my car.Service: Body & Trim

I give East Collusion a 5 star. The repair of my car was superb. The repair was done long before the planned date which was a pleasant surprise. Their staff are both friendly and professional and their office is neat and welcoming. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a repair.

I had a triple whammy with my car. In one week, I got rear ended, car keyed by some kids and what appeared to be a scooter ran into my passenger door and mirror but some drunken fool while my car was parked overnight. Thankfully State Farm was great and I found Peter and Raffi (spelling?). These two guys and the rest of their crew were amazing. They helped me navigate all the insurance stuff, made sure my rental was stress free and best of all took care of all of the above inside of 10 days and got her sparkling like new! I hope to never need body work again but if I do? Coming to East Coast!

I was very happy with my experience at East Coast Collision and would strongly recommend it. They did a great job repairing my vehicle, were very friendly and informative throughout the process, and also dealt with my insurance on the backend once I submitted a claim to State Farm.

I was in an accident where my rear bumper was broken and I was referred to East Coast Collisions. When I walked in and had my appointment set up they were helpful and talked me through the whole process. I would say they made the whole process seem less because I barely had to do anything besides drop off my car and pick it up. I would highly recommend their shop.

ECC was top notch! They were professional, friendly, punctual! They communicated the entire case step by step and would call with updates. I received my car back sparkling clean and smelling fresh. I will be working with ECC any time I need body work completed moving forward.

East Coast is THE BEST in the City. These guys have taken care of my car multiple times now and they're always kind, fast, and do a great job. This is the only pace i'll take my car to other than the Dealership. Rafi has been at East Coast for many many years and he's the nicest person you could meet. What a wonderful experience (not that my car got hit LOL) with East Coast, per usual!

Raffi and the team at East Coast Collision took impeccable care of my car and made it look like new. I appreciated the excellent communication, attention to detail, and support to make sure everything went smoothly with our insurance. I wish that pole hadn't jumped out at me at the parking garage, but am beyond thankful for the support and positivity of Raffi and his team to make it even better than before.

I had to find a body shop when someone did a hit and run and dented the front and side of my brand new car. East Coast Collision came recommended from my insurance company. It took only two days to schedule a visit, and when I brought in my car they were able to finish the repairs in under a week. My poor little car looks like it used to look again; they did a great job getting it back to as-new! Not only that, but they gave me a little bottle of touch-up paint for future use, which was great!Super friendly and Covid-19 compliant staff, who treated me like a valued customer and basically just took care of everything - including helping me get a rental set up/pick up from the rental place for while they kept my car. Pretty much as pain free as can be, and my car looks like nothing happened. Well done, highly recommended.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Five star service all around. From scheduling the call to inspect the vehicle right after I booked the shop on the insurance website, accuracy in estimation, they actually got done in one day, a day earlier than estimated, cleaning the vehicle, complimentary paint, professionalism and going the extra mile in customer service, and even calling in the rental reps to come pick me up, I highly recommend. understanding that this place is so busy and only taking insurance claims. They treated me so well, took care of my car that was destroyed by a tire on the highway. New bumper, side doors fixed, rear bumper and tail light were among the MANY parts that were replaced from the tire damage. I m so satisfied and when i picked my car up, the windows weren t working, i brought it to them, they restarted the car and what do you know, the windows are working. Most likely not an issue they caused but my car just being a Honda. Thank you all so much for the great service and i will only be recommending you all for future insurance claims.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

My car model is 2022 new but when I went to pick after almost two weeks due to a repair accident, inside was dirty. all back seats were dusty. the passenger seat had a big oil spot when I asked the manager. He told me that the shop is dusty but the oil spot he clean apparently didn t came out and he told that my car was like that . I am very disappointed I took to a deep cleaning and paid 100 dollars out of pocket. I would never take it back my car there. Be careful!!

Amazing shop! The service was always professional and helpful. Great communication and the work on my car was amazing!I had my driver s side door and mirror fixed and now it looks like nothing ever happened! And, to my surprise, they cleaned my floor mats! They even left my car super clean and shiny on the outside! AND left me extra paint for any touch-ups! They even touched up some paint that I had scratched off for years. They re truly great and you can tell they care about their work. I ve had a terrible experience at another car shop before so this was such a refreshing and relieving experience. If I ever need my car fixed again (fingers crossed that I don t) I will definitely come here and only here.

East Coast Collision was super professional, helpful, and kind throughout my entire repair process. I was nervous about taking my car in for repairs after two separate incidents; I'd never been in an accident before and the entire process was foreign to me. The team at East coast Collision was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable leaving my car for the week. I came back and it was absolutely good as new. I've neglected to leave these guys a great review. I drive a 2004 Focus SVT and had some damage to my rocker panel. I took my car to these guys and they were professional from the get go. The work they did was impeccable. They are outstanding. They even washed my car before I picked it up. I can't say enough about these guys other than if anyone I know, or myself, need any body work done, I will be sending them here!
