I can take my car into the shop, get the work done and leave within the same day, all with an excellent service!They explain the problem in a straight forward way and give alternatives according to your budget.Shot outs to Gabe at the front desk and another gentleman who helped me with my BMW sensor reset!You guys are amazing. Totally recommended!

Very pleased with their service and handling of the repairs with my vehicle. Josi and the staff in general were communicative along the way, and quite supportive given the stress behind the situation. Everything was handled with care. This is 1 of 2 of my favorite shops. I pulled in today with my truck with a flat tire. After a hair raising drive from Annapolis, watching my air pressure dropping in traffic, the guys at Duke calmed my nerves and quickly fixed things. They were splendid.

Very honest shop. Stopped by for safety inspection and already had a pretty good idea of what would fail. As I suspected the mechanic brought me into the shop to show me what needed to be addressed and provided a quote for repair. I ll likely complete the repairs on my own, but I would trust them to do it as well if I didn t have time.

A W E S O M EIf I can give them a 10 Star Review I would. All I can truly say is that they are the best around town. I would recommend anyone in the DMV area to them. In fact no matter where I move to I will always go to Duke Street Auto Repair for my mechanical needs and advice. Not only they do a great job but they are extremely honest. If you suspect something is wrong with your car/vehicle I suggest you take it to Duke Street Auto first because things may not be as serious as expected. They are very kind, patient and professional. They definitely have the nine fruits of the spirit. I drive a red 2012 Kia Soul and this is my second time coming to them. It felt like I been coming to them for years. with the exception of Simon because I dealt with him in the past. I have another vehicle which is a blue 2001 Toyota Rav4 that has not ran in almost 5 years. I plan to also bring that to them real soon.Gabe, Simon, Hans, Josie and Muhammad you guys are all great I can't thank you all enough. You all go above and beyond. Keep up the great work and keep doing what you're doing.

Josi and Simon are amazing at any and all kinds of help you may need with your car. I just got my van fixed with them. My rear tires needed replacing and I was surprised at how quickly it was all done! That time also included oil and filter change and wheel alignment so I was wowed!Their salon is very cozy and welcoming with a TV screen and refreshments. I would recommend them 100%.

Simon and his crew are very good people very courteous and friendly but most of all they are honest and very specific they will tell you any problems they see they will show it to you discuss it and then they will work on itThey do a very good quality work !!!I would recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs or even as simple as oil change, they are very trustworthy!!!!

I had a nest of rats under my hood. They did an awesome job cleaning it up and fixing the chewed up wires. They also did a very good job fixing things I needed to pass inspection. My advisor, Gabe was great about keeping me informed as to the status of repairs. Their prices are also reasonable. Duke auto repair replaced my vehicle s radiator which was cracked and leaking. Fair price, on time and more over an amazing customer service. All the staff members are professional and thank you Gabriel Rubio for the wonderful service. Glad to get trusted mechanics in the neighborhood which is rare mostly. Keep it up Duke Auto!!!

I can't say enough good about Duke Auto Repair and Service! Simon, Josie and Gabe are so nice, helpful and they care about giving you good service. Most importantly, their work is professional and well done. They are fair and honest. I'm a woman and I'm not afraid of being taken advantage of with the price and work. I highly recommend this shop. You won't regret it!

I usually bring my family s car here for oil change and repair.The owner Mr.Simon is a very reliable person, However they charge for change only $56 and you can get fully synthetic oil brand.My car has broken windows issue,repair fees cost $420, other shop s estimate over $500! I grateful to have this place.

Came here to get a checkup on my Vehicle, since it was acting a bit weird. When I arrived, the state was so friendly and kind. Assisted me and got me into a checkup asap on my vehicle. One of the Staff members "Gabe" was so friendly and helpful. He did a checkup on my vehicle and told me what was the problem, as we follow through. He quickly helped me solve the problems on my vehicle and check everything, my tires, electric and the engine in the car. This place is so wonderful and amazing. It was fast and easy, staff members were friendly and caring. I will be coming back for sure, Thank you so much Duke Auto Repair and Gabe, It was a pleasure you working on my Car. I took my car to Duke Auto Repair & Service on Saturday 8/26/23 and their amazing mechanics got together and figured out exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. The problem was solved and my car drives like it did when it was new!! I went to the dealer and they indicated that they'd never seen this particular mechanical problem. If I could give 10 stars, I would give 10 stars!! I enjoy driving my car, again!! Thank you, Ahmed!!

Came to Duke to get a second opinion for work needed on the front end of my car. They explained how I was told the incorrect items were needing to be replaced and fixed the issue for thousands less than the previous mechanic offered. The owner/manager is Not Honest!! He Will not fix his mistakes and leaves the customer to pay without exchange or reimbursement. My item was broken when I got it home. Majority of the products didn't have price tags but the big ticket items costing $200 and $290, well you know! The proposition he says to my husband and my self is to come back at 7pm so we can all have a conversation. I've told you what happened we are not gong back and forth with the truth .

I have only had our new Hyundai Hybrid Tucson automobile for about 300 miles and noticed a slow leak in my left rear tire. While it appeared to be a slow leak, as the tire pressure was down from 36 psi to 28 psi. It was about 8:45 p.m. on a Friday night and remembered that there was an auto repair shop along Duke St., just past Picket St.. and immediatrely on the other side of the Shell Gasoline station on the corner. I drove over there, less than a half mile, but only the manager was available as the technicians had gone home. He advised that if it was a slow leak, then they would make sure I was the first customer to be attended to the next day. I drove my car home and it was only then down to 26 psi. I have my own electric air pressure device, so put it back up to 36 psi and kept my fingers crossed overnight. The next morning it was down to 25 psi so I drove it back to DUKE AUTO REPAIR & SERVICE mentioned above and at 5220 Duke St. True to his word, the manager, SIMON, was there and insured I was placed at the front of the line and had the tire inspected. He brought out a photo of a screw that somehow got wedged in the tread. I gave the go ahead and it was patched in 15 minutes.I found DUKE AUTO REPAIR & SERVICE to be very professional, focused and with a "can-do" atitude. While it was only the repair of a slow leak in my tire, with over 50 years of getting cars repairs not only in the US, the Asia as well, I can tell that these folks care about doing a job in a focused manner, and doing it right as one month later, the tire still holds at 36 psi. And these folks are easy to work with. As a lifetime federal investigator, it takes a lot to gain my trust and confidence, but the folks at DUKE AUTO REPAIR & SERVICE earned it in less than 30 minutes over all. I recommend thEm as honest professionals.Service: Tires

Fast, fair and affordable. I took my car in for a tune up and they were much cheaper than the dealership and other auto shops around. My car is running great!True to their word, work was done in time they said and cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises here. I ve been coming to duke auto repair and service for the last year since i got my car, the staff is amazing especially a gentleman named gabe, he is very knowledgeable about ins and outs of my vehicle and gives me the best prices in the area. i 1000% recommend this place to anyone make sure to ask for gabe!!!
