The work is good for my old car with a very competitive rate. Even though it took longer than expected to get done, it met expectation at the end. There was a few missing items here and there but Charlie took the effort to correct them. Charlie is very nice to work with. Will definitely consider them for future work.

Just had my vehicle repaired here and all I have to say is WOW. they had my vehicle picked up, dropped off and washed. my vehicle looks brand new! they waived my $500 deductible so it didn t even cost me $1. definitely give them a try. well worth it!!!

The most recommended place for your car! Be it a repair, inspection or anything, your car will be taken care in every aspect and a detailed step by step procedure will be mentioned. Charlie has been extremely helpful throughout the process. I had a bad front bumper which was fixed just in a day or two by him and his team at a very affordable rate. Without any doubt, Charlie will be my car doctor and this shop will be my go to place for anything required! Thanks a lot for all your help : )

The owner-Charlie tailors his services to meet the specific need of each customer and then delivers top-notch services to All customers.Once my car got to DMV Auto Body Shop, Charlie communicated with me from start to finish. He didn t try to cut corners when he did the job. He answered all my questions professionally and delivered outstanding customer service. I think this is the best mechanical and body repair shop in the DMV area because they care about their customers and take pride in their work and the services they provide to their customers. Taking my car here was the best decision I could have made when it comes To having your car fixed from a car accident and getting a back looking like it s brand new. let me tell you first of all I would have never found out about this place if it was not for Frank which by the way is awesome. But to top it off Charlie took absolute care of everything else very detailed very upfront communication was outstanding. The work was superb not to mention the incentives taking care of my copay and how much they help their prices are the most reasonable prices that I have come across yet and to receive this type of work I will take any car there any day. Charlie has been awesome in every aspect. He took care of my car, provided detail explanation step by step of the car process. My car looks amazing as if it was brand new again! My car was hit and they were able to pick up my car the same day that I called. It took about 1.5 weeks to repair the vehicle at a great price. The outside looked great after the repair, 4 stars bc my backseat had had lots of dirt when returned.

I went here after a car accident and it was wonderful. I had Charles take care of my car and he was wonderful. Great with keeping me up to date with my repairs and was 100% kind and professional. Decided to give them my car after having a minor accident.These guys added 2700 miles to my car in a space of 3 weeks. They dirtied the rugs and turned them over while claiming to have detailed the car, leaving it dirtier than how they received it. I got a toll ticket showing that they were driving the car across the state. Please do not patronize them for your own sake. This business is filled with liars and dishonest people, I wonder how they have such a good rating because their service is very bad.Services: Body & Trim, Welding

Charlie was incredibly helpful when my car needed some work. He kept me informed the entire time and did an amazing job. If you need to go to a body shop, I can t recommend Charlie and DMV Auto Body enough.

This business is not legitimate! They do not have a business license to operate and the shop in Maryland is abandoned which is very strange to ask a woman to bring her car to get it finished. They do insurance scams so watch out! I had to file a lawsuit and report them to the VA Office of the Attorney General all to get them to either finish the work on my car or give me my $900+ to get my car finished somewhere else. This is totally my fault for not doing my due diligence, but you live and you learn. These people threatened to call the police on a customer (me) who only wanted the results of what was paid for to start, and he told me on the phone he was scared of me because I am a black person . All an excuse to not have to finish my car. They got paid over $3000 from my insurance company only to do possibly about $1000 worth of work on my car. Take it from me do not do business with these people or you could be next in court and suing for your money.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was damaged on the driver side. An employee saw me driving and called out his window. I decided to give him a chance. Don t come here if you care about your car. The paint had no clear coat or clear. No sanding involved either. It has to be completely redone. They just sprayed the bumper and then tell you that they don t know what happen and that the paint was perfect when they left the shop.Even the guy in there said well you paid for economy paint , yeah that makes total sense when your guys offered the price. They offered to redo it but seriously don t waste your time and money. They took less than half considering they knew they did a shotty job. Again don t waste your time here.

I took my car to DMV auto body in Alexandria the service was very excellent quick they offered to drop off pick up my car offered me a full detail for free and repaired my car Charlie did excellent work very easy to deal with highly recommended if you have any sort of damage with your car I highly recommend this place it s excellent great easy to get in touch with

DO NOT GO TO THIS JANKY SHOP! They are scammers, they will not fix your car! They will take your money!!! THEY WILL NOT ANSWER ANYYY OF YOUR CALLS! I m currently in process of taking legal precautions!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP, IT IS NOT LEGIT!!!!!

It's a crowded place, but it's regular, and they do good, organized work, but it's slow, but I'd say it's excellent
