After my car got rear-ended, they worked with insurance and fixed the bumper. They did a great job, car came shiny and looking better than before!Daryl was especially helpful, he offered help with any other issues the car might have and to direct me to other trusted shops. I went back for another issue, and he gladly helped. A very trustworthy and attentive shop!Also, very convenient if you are going to get a rental after as there is a hertz across the street.

Best place I ve ever taken my vehicle for repairs. I had repairs done at 1 other place before, car broke down while leaving didn t want to return there obviously. Checked with 2 other places before finding this one, they were rude and dismissive. This place has been welcoming, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service since day 1. I highly recommend.

This auto body repair shop was recommended by my local car dealership to repair a minor scrape; I didn t need an appointment to get the estimate and they honored the quoted price when I finally booked the repair about two months later. Their proximity to rental car options was convenient, their time estimate was spot-on, and drop-off and pick-up went smoothly with less than 5-10 minutes of waiting. If only other businesses were this easy to work with! I d say I d recommend them and use them again, but I don t wish anyone (including myself), the need to require their services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

CARSTAR RS Collision Center on Picket St Alexandria Va was the worst Collision center I have ever been to in my life. They were not friendly and truly dishomest. They told me my Sons 2012 ford fusion had $6,940 of Damage. i took the car to another auto shop and they said the car only had $1,140 of damages. The manager Kenny acted very unprofessional and this Collision center is a fraud. I WILL NEVER VISIT OR SUGGEST THIS COLLISION CENTER TO ANYONE.. THEY RUN A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING.

CARSTARS RS did an awesome job with my car repairs! They work with you and your insurance for a hassle free process. They do quality work and have pride in what tjey do. It shows in the final product. CARSTARS is place you can trust and put your mind at easeI liked their regular updates via txt. They are in a great location too. It helped me go grab my rental and a cup of coffee

horrible place. stay away. it took them 3 weeks to fix a small accident. they never align my trunk, left my leather inter full of paint mark, airbag warnings are on now, exhaust was left hanging as well. if i could give negative stars i would. had to take my car to my local buick dealer they found a bunch of things that Carstar did wrong. run away

My car was stolen from here. Do not bring your vehicle here.I brought my car in on a Friday for some minor damage. I was told it would take about a week. On Monday night at 10:30 PM I received two phone calls from the shop owner s son (also an employee and partial owner) Daryl. He stated that earlier in the day, at about 3pm, my car was stolen by the manager s son (15 years old) who he had working there that day as punishment. He stated he took my key from the key rack and took my car to run away with his girlfriend. THE CAR WAS STOLEN AT 3PM AND THEY CALLED ME AT 10:30PM. They even called the police at 5pm and didn t bother to call me (seems like they were trying to hide this from me).My car was sold to someone else and eventually found several days later by Maryland police. Throughout this, the manager (who s son stole my vehicle) kept calling me to see if I had any information about where the vehicle was. Now he s telling police his son didn t take the vehicle, even though there were missing persons reports out and he posted that they were in my vehicle all over social media.The majority owner has never called me or offered anything to repay my costs or my now diminished value (since they caused more damage to the vehicle), and as far as I know the employee still works at the shop.Avoid at all costs.

Took my car here after being rear-ended. Service was friendly and easy to work with besides myself doing a lot of follow-up when they'd forget to contact me. The big issue was that they put on a bolt in the exhaust backward - I started hearing squeaking from my engine and took it to an auto repair shop to be fixed. I don't think I'd do business here again because of that mistake.Service: Body & Trim

Very pleased with the quality work by this team. They recently did a repainting job for me.The folks at RS Collision were very friendly, responsive, and honest (no "upselling"). They gave me a reasonable, competitive quote. It was nearly $200 less than the one I got from another reputable, highly-rated shop I've used in the past.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The guys at were great. They knew we had been waiting months to get our car back and were kind enough to wait for us, past closing time, due to us running late in traffic. Our car is in great condition considering it was parked for months as we waited for our missing part. It was clean and well cared for. Would highly recommend.

Good overall experience with work performed and knowledgeable staff. Only problem, when I picked up my car it was covered (literally) with bird droppings. Something about them parking cars under electrical wires that birds enjoy to sit on and when nature calls. . .Solution, don t park customers cars there, and if you do, offer a free carwash option.Service: Body & Trim

Overall, the service and quality was phenomenal. Kenny was amicable and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. I especially enjoyed how the whole team was present to provide me with my car and the work they did. They take pride in their work and it shows. The only thing I do hope they improve on is to be in communication about the status of the job as time goes by. Overall, I would recommendService: Body & Trim

Someone sideswiped my car and I chose this place for body repairs. The other person's insurance covered it fully. Overall a great experience here. Car repairs were satisfactory and my car was very clean when I got it back. They are SCAMMERS the worst experience ever they are THIEVES.. just Becareful what you sign they sneak papers to make it look your asking to fixed.. They are TRASH . The worst Experience it was a nightmare finally it s over.. and my car came out with a new damaged but let god do his work
