You ever purchase a product. Use it for a little over a year, figure out it s not what you thought it was.In the process of selling it and asking for a refund for the Extended warranty they sold you and said it was fully refundable but then somehow the 4 year bumper to bumper warranty from the manufacturer was inadequate?According to them ?Every extended warranty I have ever purchased and disposed of the vehicle I have always received a full refund, no questions asked!Not at this dealership!They make you fill out a form on their website and wait months!They don t return calls at all unless you call BMW!They say they re a High Volume dealership and don t have time for you!Finally send out a check for some amount you never agreed to!This is 2023 !This is in my opinion a very disrespectful and disgusting dealership to play on consumers the way they have me.I am just telling my story because they have tried their best not to refund me anything on something I paid for, never used and they have been so dismissive of the fact they owed it to me.This review started out at 4 stars after I first purchased the vehicle, now it s at a one.It would be zero if possible.Now I am asking them to explain why the 48 month 50k mile bumper to bumper warranty was inadequate!I will post here their answer!The other question is how many other customers have they done this to?There is nothing legal about what they are doing!The warranty company, BMW or Rosenthal Auto Group!If you decide to purchase here at least you do so with open eyes.I personally have a very bad taste in my mouth that will be very difficult and expensive to get rid of.I really suggest reading all of their reviews! Especially the one star reviews!There are a ton of them!It clearly provides evidence of a company that could care less about its customers.You will save yourself a lot of heart issues by choosing somewhere else to purchase your car!What ethical person would sell you another warranty on top of the manufacturers warranty that is unusable for 4 years but still discounts its use?Only a crooked person!Only a crooked company!I suggest you google Geneva Enterprises Inc. For lawsuits.You will get an idea of the type of people you are dealing with.I am so fascinated that I will be going to the courts myself to research all of this stuff.Maybe I will start posting the most interesting court documents.Good luck!UpdateSo I went by to see the Finance Manager and I am still awaiting his response!Let s see how long he takes him to respond to their enigma!I am sure it will take several more personal visits to get the answer since it s not a good one!The car comes with a 4 year 50k mile bumper to bumper warranty!What could this other so called warranty cover during that time?I am open to others suggestions!The only time you can get help is before you buy your car!Afterwards?Good luck dealing with this company!You don t exist is closer to the truth!

I had a fabulous experience working with the entire BMW team at the Alexandria dealership. Their knowledge and professionalism was very impressive and they went above and beyond to earn my business. Especial thanks to Nicky, my salesperson who carefully took me through all the options and compared everything feature by feature to make sure I got the best deal on what I wanted. We had the most amazing experience at BMW of Alexandria. Luke was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and he took the time to work with us in our selection. In addition, he educated us on the electronics. Ida was also very helpful as well. Will definitely be back when we are ready to upgrade.

This is my second BMW from this dealer, and I m very pleased with the experience. Erin, my Sales Rep and the finance manager were very accommodating and really helped me out with my trade and the purchase of an M2.Great number on the trade Great number on the MSRP of new car Total hookup on some accessories Financing, they gave me a better deal than my bank! A special should put to the Director of Used Car Sales at Rosenthal corporate too!

This place has absolutely the worst service center I have ever used. Was in there in October. They ordered a part and said they would call when it was in. Never called. Today I took it in for maintenance. I was there at 7;00am. I looked at the dash cam. Car was done at 9:00 am. At 10:15, I went into the service center to inquire. After waiting 15 minutes, I was finally acknowledged. The advisor told me about two items that needed to be done, and not the third in the paperwork I received. While other service advisors were coming to the wait area to update their customers, mine did not. I declined the two. They asked me if I wanted the care washed. I said yes. 45 minutes later, the car is in the bay for pickup. I go over and wait another 10 minutes to get the key. The wash job looked like the work a ten year old would do. They sell top end cars but their service department quality the worst!! Avoid at all costs!!

I wanted to make sure i gave a huge shout out to Ina, Steve and most of all Eric. My car broke down out of no where and i left on the side of the road with no idea what had happened. I had to get it towed back to my house that is in Winchester Va which is about 1hr away from the closest dealership. I contact this dealership and the customer service was hands down the best i have ever got from a dealership. Eric is the lead technician and drove all the way out to my house at his own expensive just so he could take a look at what was going with it and was able to diagnose the issue on the spot. After finally getting it towed to the dealership Steve and Ina work with me and i was able to get everything resolved at a super reasonable price. Thank you again to this amazing team they have at the BMW of Alexandria.

Very smooth and professional process. Listened and worked to arrange a sale that we were happy with. The salesman (Andrii) was knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to work with. Finance (Dustin) was efficient and organized. The Genius (Aurny) was patient and thorough to make sure I was comfortable taking the car home. Of the 14 dealers I have bought from, they are among the best.

Ordered a new M3 from this location. When taking delivery, it had a noticeable paint chip on/near the driver's side door (roughly half an inch in length). They did not take responsibility and did not offer adequate remediation, despite several reasonable options I proposed.That said, they did get an allocation fairly quickly (within a month or two of placing my order). Nonetheless, I would suggest you take your business elsewhere if you are ordering a vehicle.

BMW of Alexandria's service department was unfortunately one of the worst experiences I've had with BMW, which should live up to be the luxury brand that it markets itself to be. I dropped my car off on Friday to be seen for an iDrive system malfunction which ended up drowning the battery. I was promised a loaner, then upon arrival was told the loaner wasn't available and they refused to drive me back to my home as it was an extra 2 miles outside the radius of their shuttle. Upon being firm, they provided me with an "older loaner." I left my vehicle and did not hear back until Tuesday, upon reminding them to get back to me, at which point I received a video from the technician and a repair estimate totaling over $5,500. In the video, the technician contradicted himself and said that the repairs were not guaranteed to fix the issues. It was obvious that the technician and service managers did not listen to my issues. Furthermore, I was told that my engine mounts were completely blown out and had to be replaced at a cost of $3,500. I picked my car up immediately, and took it to BMW of Silver Spring. There, the issue was diagnosed immediately and fully covered under warranty. The technician there double checked the engine mounts and found them to be completely fine, as they only go out at around 100,000 miles (my car is at 55,000). I ended up only needing to replace my battery, as everything else was covered under my warranty, which BMW of Alexandria wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for. Their service department blatantly tried to rip me off for thousands of dollars, which is immoral and possibly illegal. This is not what should be expected from a BMW dealership and I recommend to avoid this place at all cost.

Scheduled an online appointment and requested a loaner vehicle. Showed up 30 minutes early and had to wait 1.5 hours to be seen. They were short staffed and the service folks were super nice and apologetic but it was still incredibly frustrating to wait 1.5 hours to be seen. Then I m told that their online scheduling system doesn t talk to their systems so my loaner requests isn t in there (I was supposed to know to call which is absurd). So there was no loaner and at this point I ve been there 2 hours. I m told my car will take around 3 hours due to back up and I can wait or take shuttle no further than 12 miles. I agreed to the shuttle and then had to wait another 30 minutes and follow up multiple times. The staff were nice and I understand they were short staffed. This is on the management. Not what I expected from a luxury car service.

I want to thank VAFA the Finance Manager so much. He is so responsive and detailed oriented. He gets things done fast and he gave me the best prices on my Warranty extension and Maintenance agreement. He always responds to my emails and is always very informative. When I buy my next BMW I will go through him. One of the best in the business at BMW of Alexandria!!!

I recently brought my BMW to the service center for routine maintenance, including an oil change and a new tire. Although the shuttle service provided excellent recommendations for nearby dining options during my wait, I was disappointed to find that upon my return, the tire had not been replaced as requested. Despite bringing this to their attention, it took an extensive six-hour wait for the services to be completed.The following morning, on my commute to work, I encountered a drive train malfunction warning. Subsequently, I promptly scheduled another appointment and dropped off my car for inspection. It was discovered that a valve plug had not been properly connected to the fuel pump by one of the mechanics.Regrettably, throughout these experiences, there was a lack of communication and accountability from the service center. Despite attempting to contact them for updates and to retrieve my vehicle, there was no response, even during regular business hours.While I appreciate the quality of BMW vehicles, I have decided to switch service centers to Fairfax. This decision comes after multiple instances of dissatisfaction, culminating in this latest issue.

If you want a BMW, come to this dealership. Hands down the best in the Northern Virginia area. Alp, my sales representative, was excellent. I walked into this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, and Alp worked out the best deal for me. Other dealerships were overcharging me for the same car. The lowest MSRP is at this location, and they want you to leave satisfied. This is my second BMW, and I made the mistake of not getting my first one here. I will be back and definitely see Alp!The service department is good as well.

He kept me informed, was always willing to answer my questions and concerns and I really felt he was on my side and I was his only client. He was honest and direct. I can t thank him enough. This place surely makes you feel like a number. Bending over backwards, kinda, until the intent of the sale is made then you wait until they get around to you. I made an out of state purchase. Salesperson and finance manager don't return calls or texts. Still haven't sent my paperwork to my bank after 2 months. I had to send copies of what I had to allow my bank to clear the check otherwise they had me in a corner to finance thru them at 3 points higher. There's a reason this dealership has so few stars. I'd stay away from them.

(Plus, the high pressure, time consuming purchase process was unpleasant.) Great car, but find another place to buy.

There isn t one time that he didn t call me through my build process & give me updates. He kept me up to date & made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Warranty Nightmare!!!!I purchased a 2019 BMW X3 from Carmax in September 2023 and 4 months later coolant was leaking everywhere ( Haven't even made it to my 1st oil change yet) So I took it to Carmax and let them know the issue without even checking the car out they told me to take it to BMW.I got to BMW and let them know what was going on and that I Purchased a warranty from Carmax and they said no problem. (Bella Diaz) Told me to call the warranty company to see if it's covered and I did just that.The warranty company let me know that parts and labor were covered and to have BMW send over the Paperwork. I let BMW know and weeks go by with no response. so I called maybe 20 times and left messages with BMW but no one returned my calls so I drove back up to BMW of Alexandria and talked to the service adviser (Bella Diaz) and she told me that the warranty would only cover part of the labor hours and I would have to foot the bill for the rest after telling me that it was fully covered and will only have to pay my deductible. Also let me know that they need their loner back for "Paying Customers" I went a step further by asking to speak to the service manager but was directed to the service director (Steve Ong) who stated that I had the loaner too long and would have to bring it back and pick my car up. I talked to the GM (Omar Stwodah) I didn't understand why how it was my fault for having the loaner too long and they had my car and didn't communicate with me until I asked to speak to the service manager.of the dealership and he was no help at all. when I let him know how the customer service was he said I stand behind my "Service Department" I said no problem! And told him I would just come get my car and drop their loaner off. Horrible Mis miscommunication, and poor customer service, if I could give this dealership "0" stars I definitely would without a question.They would call me every few days to bring the loaner to the dealership to inspect it, but wouldn't return my calls concerning the service I was getting on my car. I've been in this Loaner for almost 40 days now, the loaner is too small (BMW 330) compared to my BMW X3. I can't fit my equipment in the loaner so I'm losing money with the business I have. I've been humble the whole time.BMW Group was no help either when I let them know how the customer service was, they also said " We stand behind the service department" And through the whole process i tried to communicate effectively. Please skip this dealership and drive a few miles to another one. When I tell you they're rude oh wow! They don't even start off nice! Once you walk into the dealership that's when the poor customer service starts.Very unprofessional!
