I have received the absolute best service today. I called last night as I was having issues at BJ s club in capital heights, md for a tire replacement. Frank told me to come in today after 2pm. I arrived a bit earlier and when I say they got me in and started my paperwork right away. Frank explained the warranty on my tires and then some. He was also able to provide me with the corporate number to file a complaint at the other location. I m beyond happy and satisfied with the service. I m definitely coming back here for future services of my tires. Sadly, Frank is leaving and I wish him the best of luck on his future endeavors.

Terrible service, and poor delivery and staffing.I ordered and paid for 2 tires and installation over 2 weeks ago and was told I would be called as soon as the 2nd tire is delivered.I received no call, and when I called no one picked up for me to schedule an appointment.I m disappointed because at the time of payment one tire was available for installation and they were happy to install it for me immediately so they could collect my money. But when I got there today at 9 am, opening time after trying to reach them multiple times for over 2 weeks to confirm if my tires had arrived and to book an appointment they refused to assist me and asked I schedule an appointment for another date and come back.Only one new staff was present and a manager from another Fairfax BJs, who arrived later and offered poor listening skills, no conflict resolution skills and poor service delivery management. I sat there for over 2 hours and missed another appointment I scheduled. During the week I m going to pick up my tire and have it installed else where because it s not worth the stress.I highly recommend you get your tires from other auto shops which deliver better service at a cheaper rate without installation fees and respect other peoples time. This is not a one time incident. Go through the reviews comments and see for yourself. My brother had the same experience and at the time I was ordered my car tires and paid I witnessed another customer going through the same dilemma. The associate assured me that would not be my experience. Today I saw someone with a 9am appointment also waiting for installation.Sad to see that it is and BJs management and corporate have no care at all.

Good tires, but terrible installation. I came here for an 11 o'clock installation and it took over 2 hours to get the tires on. There was only one person who was working on the cars, and also trying to simultaneously deal with any customers that came into the store. The mechanic admitted that he was having a really hard time getting the old tires off of the car. Unfortunately what I didn't realize until I got home is that he ended up damaging my rims trying to replace the tires. You can clearly see where the machine and tools he used scratched and scuffed the outside of my rims.I'm sure he was trying his best, but obviously the result was damage to my vehicle. I would not come here again, and would not recommend you get your tires here.

Understaffed. Mechanic works desk and shop. Prepare for a long wait, regardless of appointment. Great price on tires.

Frank was extraordinarily humble and helpful. I am a client of Bj s; this is my third time to obtained car services from Frank. He's a marvelous guy and proficient at who is ready to serve others; figure out the case with the cars. I recommend it to anyone who glimpsing for help to interact with Frank. Tremendously thank you; may the Lord bless you!

Frank was very helpful and an outstanding customer rep!! He truly helps you from the kindness of his heart and not a sleazy salesman looking to rip you off. Give this man a promotion and a raise, god bless this man!!

Terrible terrible terrible. Thought by going to BJs tire you wouldn't get ripped off, but while that was true, it is worth going elsewhere where you are treated like a human. I was in literally between two employees complaining about their boss showing up unannounced and found them sitting down playing on their phones. "It's BS" according to one. They then complained about how they're quitting soon, the work sucks, and don't want to deal with this "garbage" to put it politely. Took me 3 visits to get a flat repaired. Go elsewhere for your own sake. Also they don't answer the phone

Be forewarned they will not touch your car less you buy thete tiers. We had a tier just needed it on the car but were turned away less we baought one of there's

I know this is the PIN for the BJ's tires but I've never used it. I go to BJ's Wholesale and I love it! This location has a larger selection that is much better displayed and organized than other locations. And of course there's plenty of parking.

Their work and price are Good! But always busy with only person working (at least the days we've gone) and hard to get someone on the phone.

They only have one person available at one time if he s working in the workshop no one will be available to answer you, waisted my time here going back without having a single word

Employees are rude most the I don't want to be racist but it's more African people very rude to the customer
