This was my first time buying a new car, and honestly it was so easy and stress-free. Pete helped with sales and Hakim was the finance manager and both were so friendly, helpful, and honest! The service was incredible and they gave me an honest assessment of what would be useful for me as a consumer vs. what wouldn't. Super helpful, dedicated team! And they gave me a great deal! I'd absolutely send someone here in a heartbeat.

The service department was fantastic. I bought my car there in '21 and go back for guard duty once a month-- during that time I got an engine oil low indicator !! I was stressed out and they did a wonderful job of getting me in and back on the road. Very thankful. Also the communication while they had Cindy ( my forester) Shay was great with open lines of communication!! Thank you for the great customer service !!

We were traveling and had an issue with our vehicle. Sandy, our service advisor, was awesome and helped me get a free loaner. The problem was diagnosed and Sandy worked with Subaru to get us a free battery. If I lived in the area this would be my go to dealership! Everyone at Beyer is friendly and helpful!

This is the only dealership in America I have ever dealt with that has integrity, honesty and morals. The sales team is honest (I have purchased a new Subaru in the past) and the service team is beyond incredible. The whole experience is the opposite of what you expect from normally getting screwed from dealers. We bought a used Jeep and the sales process was no pressure, it recently had some maintenance issues and Don Beyer Subaru handled it honestly and fairly. I am going back to Subaru from years of Honda just because of this dealership.

I 1000% recommend Beyer Subaru. This was the first Subaru that we purchased, but it will not be the last. The team, especially Pete, were so helpful. They were not only professional, but made us immediately feel like part of the Subaru family. We were greeted by Levi, who was adorable (once you meet him you ll know what I mean ). The process was smooth and we rolled out with exactly what we were looking for at the price we wanted.

A great experience overall. Shay checked me in quickly (even though I was a walk-in) and was able to get my car serviced even though I did not have an appointment. This is our first car from Beyer and I definitely plan to use your service department in the future based on this experience.

Sandy was so helpful and kind. I was waiting outside with my dog and I had to borrow a car as they needed to keep the car unexpectedly. My service dog and I were able to travel home and return the next day by four to collect the car. It was raining so they had me pull in the garage so the pup would stay dry. The nice man that helped me with the car pulled the car around talking to my dog the whole time. I don t know his name, but I wonder if you could thank him for me. It was a very pleasant experience rather than one fraught with tension with the worry about the car. The car is working smoothly, but I would please like to thank Sandy and the kind man that helped me.Thank you very much.

I had a great experience. I just want to mention Sandie, my service advisor. She was super helpful! Despite it being a very busy spring break week, she was kind and sent me frequent updates. Her level of customer service is very hard to come by these days. I hope there is some sort of award she can get-she is a stellar employee!!!!

This is the second time I ve gone to Beyer Subaru. First was with my boyfriend and this time it was for me. The courtesy that we received the first time was not a fluke! Pete was amazing as always. Welcoming, helpful, professional, polite, I could go on. The vehicle I bought is everything I wanted and they worked with me to get a price I felt great about paying. I ll always send my friends there and will come back when I m ready for a new vehicle.

I ve gone to a few Subaru Dealerships here, but none of them were able to fix the problem we ve been having the past 2 years. Beyer Subaru was able to fix it! The car runs great! I was pleasantly surprised with the sales service I received from Beyer Subaru.Pete, my sales consultant was excellent and well versed at his job. He had all the facts about the vehicles I test drove and ultimately pointed me in the correct direction on my vehicle purchase. I hope to have the same experience in future any future car I buy.

Excellent and upfront service, zero hassle. I was very pleased with the experience. Ron is a very easy going salesman and Chris the sales manager is a straight shooter. The vehicle I purchased, an Outback Wilderness, is absolutely fantastic and punches way above its weight in features and capability. 10/10 recommend.

I had a very nice experience from start to finish. I'm thankful to Pete and Mario for their welcoming spirits. The office is clean, and everyone in there is nice. I was comfortable with both Pete and Mario and I recommend them, if you are new buyer like me. I couldn't have decided good enough without Pete, and for Mario, he knows his cars and how they operate - I had a good overview the new features of my new car. Thank you all, Beyer Subaru!!

I have been using Beyer Subaru for some years, and never had a bad experience or an unfriendly employees, they are always happy to help and to make you feel at home. I had a busted tire on a Sunday.I called and asked if I can bring the car in, now remember it's a Sunday, most of the time people dont want to be bothered, on Sunday they want sales, but the said yes you can bring it in. The the next morning I received a call regarding the repair and it was done. I will recommend Beyer Subaru to all, very good service.

Beyer Subaru is unbelievable awesome!! Sandie, my Service Advisor is completely committed to providing the best, most professional customer service possible!! I suffer from chronic insomnia which really effects my cognitive skills. But Sandie knows me and my 2019 Forester Touring (best vehicle ever) so well that she reminds me of service that is needed and the service that has been done. Beyer always provides brand new loaners and Sandie always seems to have a Forester Touring for me to use. But I'm onto Beyer--they want me to buy a new one. When the 2025 Forester Touring comes out, I will probably get one!! So, it works. (2025 Foresters will have an 11.6 inch display with wireless android auto (or carplay) and wireless charging!! This will be my last car purchase.Anyway, if you want the best, head to Beyer Subaru and then try to get Sandie as your Service Advisor!! She truly makes the "Beyer" difference!!!

Beyer Subaru is the best dealership experience! I routinely take my Subaru in for service and the service team is efficient, thorough, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable (snacks, tv, bathrooms).I just decided to buy out my lease and had incredible customer service from Mr. B and Will in finance. They helped me with the decision over the past few months and made the actual purchase easy as can be.Also want to shout out Dave in the parts / service department. I had dropped one of my key fobs on the pavement and it smashed into pieces. I was certain it was broken and I'd have to pay hundreds to program a new key fob, but Dave put it back together for me, free of charge. Can't say enough good things about Beyer Subaru!
