The employees are very nice here. My windshield wiper stopped working during heavy rain. I managed to drive to this location. One of the managers came outside and checked it. The wiper wasn t broken, but the bolt was loose. The manager tightened it for me. No charge. Recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. Everyone behind the counter were super helpful and although they were still training, they were able to help me without any issues. Got my battery checked and replaced within 10 minutes! I will definitely be back next time I am in need of something for my car.Thank you!!

I visited this place so that I could pick up some oil for my BMW. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I accidentally dropped my engine cap when I lifted the hood to my car and couldn t get to the cap and neither could you see it. The staff was very diligent in helping me not only find the cap but also noticed additional repairs that would be helpful.The management and team went above and beyond to see that my issues were rectified. Exceptional service!!!!

Absolutely amazing service. Both of my headlights went out right before closing and the two gentlemen stayed and pulled my bulbs so I could run in and out and be able to safely drive home. 10/10 would recommend this location for the people alone.

11/10 Wish I could give it 10 stars. Best customer service I have ever received anywhere. Ever. If you go to any other place you are wasting your time. They had what I needed, helped with the install, went ABOVE AND BEYOND and it was all affordable. Will return for sure.

Best location in town. Gerald got me together yesterday. Checked my battery cleaned the terminals replaced it, then checked my alternator. Top tier service and he knows what he is talking about. He works hard and I appreciate that. Man earned that Manager title.

I called around to different places to find a battery. I called this location and Allison helped me via phone. I am a novice when it comes to cars. I stopped in and Axle and Allison helped me confidently make the right decision. They told me all the options available and let me decide! They were quick and efficient. I will definitely be back. This is my go to store for all auto needs! I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you for keeping us confident on the road!

Just wanted to thank Gerald for helping me find an oil filter for my 4runner. There was only one in stock. Gerald seemed to have the inventory memorized and said he thought he remembered seeing one...sure enough one left. Quick and efficient and friendly. Thank You!

The manager at this location (older African American man) was EXTREMELY rude to me. I came in to purchase Air Conditioning refrigerant. The item was located under a price tag that was advertised for $24.99. It rang up for about $35. The manager would not honor the advertised tag because someone was supposed to come in and change the tag. Then he continued to sarcastically say, I appreciate you for coming in anyway! And walked away!Although I will NEVER return to this location again, the Spanish guy who initially helped us, showed us what to get for our car and was extremely helpful. Thank you!

Great customer service! Always very knowledgeable! Even when they are busy they still maintain their professionalism. Would definitely and will always come back. I m sure this will be long lasting relationship with this company.Also parts seem to always be above OE specs. Majority of the parts I ve replaced on my car come with anti rust coatings which really help the products last a long time. The OE brakes I decided not to purchase we re definitely far worse than buying Duralast products.

I've have purchased several parts for my Dodge Charger here. Staff is very friendly and courteous. I have gotten parts here for around half the price that the dealer wanted. New front rotors and brake pads were $469.00 dollars from Dodge. I got everything needed from Auto zone for just alittle over $200.00

My two sons and I went to this store to buy a Jump starter to help my husband who is stuck in a parking garage. Mr. Michael, the store manager, informed me that the jump starter needs to be charged before I could use it and he went above and beyond to lend us his own battery. He even followed me with his own car and replaced my husband car battery. We will definitely get a new battery from his store. Thank you for showing exemplary deed for the kids THERE ARE GOOD PEOPLE OUT THERE

I don't find what I am looking for.Yesterday September 17, 2020.At around 5 pm I went there and the employee instead of helping me he ran to the back and sent me a big guy and told me of what you want. He was trying to intimidate me for no reason and I told him what I was looking for of a socket #27; 28 or 29.Immediately he sent me to the others store around the area but nothing in here.And I understand him I wasn't wearing a nice suit. But most of the customers specially the cars technicians we wear old clothing and I don't see any problem with that. I wanted to give him $20. Bucks for a dinner maybe he was hangry.But yeah that store they do have really bad staff.So. I don't know who to blame exactly.Sometimes they do have bad boss. Or bad store owner too. And that is another problem. If the owner or manager doesn't care about their employees. The employees won't care about your customers too. Simple as that....

So today I went In this store and there were 4 employees and 2 customers. All I wanted was a bulb which I picked myself and waited In line with. The female employee saw me waiting and called up two other gentlemen like if I wasn t standing there. When I made a comment out loud all of the employees just stared quietly. The customer service is poor and that female employee shouldn t be employed there for obvious poor customer service skills.

This location has always been my favorite! Always stocked on parts, reasonable prices and their customer service is exceptional! I don t know if they are just doing their jobs but it feels like they always go above and beyond. It s comforting to have someone who is knowledgeable and compassionate about each situation. Especially when you come in distressed using terms like thingamajig and whatcha call it . Thanks for make my life a little more easier!-Vicky
