I will caveat the below with the fact that Edris was always super communicative, attentive, and professional.If you own a Tesla, I would not recommend this company for you. Stick with Safellite and Telsa Service Center.I had two damaged windows that needed replacement. This company installed non-OEM windows on my car. They claimed that they install non-OEM windows on Tesla's "all the time." After driving a day without the correct windows, the cabin noise was so loud and unbearable.Edris was very professional and attentive to my needs, he even answered my call when I was on a roadtrip experiencing window issues and attempted to help me resolve it on the phone.In the end, this company could not complete the work of installing OEM Tesla windows due to their price and we had to go our separate ways amicably.Overall, for a mobile-at-home service, they are very good and arrive on time and are very professional.
