I've called around to several places and Bernard called back and was incredibly friendly and professional. As someone who's never purchased an EV and had very little knowledge, Bernard was very personable and friendly. He answered all my questions and was the one that did the install at my house.There was a bit of a hiccup regarding scheduling, but he did his best to work around my schedule and was very prompt. His sales associate was also incredibly helpful and answered any questions regarding any potential tax savings and rebates.
