All went well. I told Scott what I was looking for. He found it in the price range I wanted, got it brought in and had it in a couple of weeks. We made an appointment to pick up the new Buick Enclave and signed the paperwork. Scott even had the new floor liners ordered ahead of time so they were ready when we arrived. I love that Scott took the time to listen to my request and check off my list of needs and wants. I love my New Buick Enclave. Thank you for making Capitol City GMC Buick the place that I want to always do business with.

Great dealership. Very responsive and fair. The only reason I didn t buy a vehicle from them is the 5 hour drive for me. Even with that, almost did. Thanks for your willing to help me try to locate my dream car.

The process to order a truck went very well and continual updates on the delivery date of the truck were provided routinely and the truck actually came in earlier than expected! Scott was also able to source another truck for us to meet our needs and specifications in a matter of hours which was highly appreciated. Overall things were very smooth and pleasant dealing . Advisor kept me informed of repair and Tech did a great job. Would be 5 stars ,but GM loses one for not being able to get parts. Truck was there 2 weeks and had to settle on putting used part in it.

Colby and Karl were amazing to work with! It was the smoothest vehicle transaction I ve ever had. My daughter never complained the whole time we were there as she was thoroughly entertained with Odie! I love my new Buick Envision! The best part is my heated steering wheel!

Great guys from sales to parts to service. Had to work with all departments this week from bringing my old truck in for service only to find out the cost of repair wasn t worth the money compared to the value of it, Karl found a great new to me truck and gave us a fair trade in. And the parts department worked hard to get us the necessary tires and plow mount to get me back up and running. Not to mention the nice Denali they let me use as a loaner.

First time customer - I Brought my new 2023 GMC truck in that I've had for 8 months for a scheduled oil change service. This dealership tried to tell me I needed $800 worth of repairs - brake pads, all filters needing to be replaced (fuel and air), and an additional $30 to rotate the tires. I said no thank you just the oil change is fine. The service representative (Gavin?) responded by saying I wouldn't be able to bring my truck anywhere else because only they can do the brake pads. I then called another local garage for a second opinion who said if the truck does in fact need pads they would be able to do it no problem. I then picked up my truck and was charged $200 for the oil change as well as a diagnostic fee to tell me about the brakes. Not worth the fight so I paid it. I won't be back!

I knew I liked the look of the car, but having Scott show me all of the accessories and answer all of my questions on the test drive was invaluable. Then, the process of purchasing the vehicle was smooth and efficient. Within hours I had a new vehicle and was back on the road! Thank you Capitol City Buick & GMC for getting me into my sporty Buick Encore GX. I love it!

I don't know where to begin to describe the exceptional guidance and service I received from Emma B. at Capital City GMC. I knew that I wanted the new '23 Canyon Denali, and Emma was there from step 1 to assist me through the ordering process to get me exactly what I wanted. Her follow-through and regular communication throughout was unlike anything I have ever experienced at other dealerships and I always felt like she had my back during the several month waiting process. I can't recommend Emma and Capital City enough for your next GMC purchase. For me it wasn't the closest dealership, but Emma and the rest of the team made it well worth the extra drive.

Good experience. This review is for the service department. The team is very customer oriented. I had my water pump fail badly. The repair process was seamless. They arranged the tow. I was assured it would be looked at as soon as possible. Two days later they had it done, including a needed oil change and multipoint inspection. That's impossible for some dealerships to accomplish. Not them! I'm not expecting this timeliness every time, but certainly more often than most. It's nice to have a dealer whose emphasis goes beyond just the sale.Thank you guys so much!

I'm from Rhode Island and had a difficult trip to Vermont with a breakdown of my car. I had the car towed to Capitol City Buick. I cannot express my gratitude to Capitol City Buick for resolving the issue quickly, professionally and at a reasonable cost. If my car ever breaks does again, I hope it is within towing distance of Capitol City Buick/GMC!

Day 1...looked at car. (thanks Joe) Day 2..test drove. Day 3...took it home. Joe and Karl Preus were great... No arguing price (reasonable) no arguing trade (it was great)... No B. S.. Gotta love a dealer that isn't gonna screw around or screw you over. (like previous dealer we dealt with).... Highly recommend.... A+++++++. When needed, will see them first!!!! Thanks Guys!.... (P. S. Don't go to the Buick dealer in Plattsburgh, NY)

I want to thank Emma and Colby at Capital City GMC for making my buying experience of my new 2023 Yukon Denali to be painless and ease to do business with. I had an order with another dealership in MA and when they could not full-fill the order, I found this truck on their inventory and the rest was history. They even drove the vehicle to Massachusetts to deliver the truck to me. Not many companies today will go out of their way to make your wishes come true.
