Best car shopping experience, yet. Our sales rep, Joe, was very nice, funny and honest. We did not feel pressured into anything and they gave us a fair price on our trade-in. Once we knew what we wanted, we pulled it out of the lot in less than 24-hours. Really great service that matches the quality of the product.

Friendly people, fast excellent service. Lots of parts on hand. I ve bought my four most recent cars from here. Three Subaru s and a Toyota. Highly recommended. Good coffee in the waiting room too.

Every thing was good except for their labor charges. They charge what the book says for any given repair job per hour and not what the actual time that it takes to do the repairs. Just a heads up to the customers. You may be paying up to double the time that it actually takes to do the repair. You may be paying up to $200 per hour for your repairs.

Had an "appointment" for my inspection, I'm new from out of state and that was different but NBD BUUUUT it'll be in a week . Again not ideal but not THAT big of a deal. I get there a week later and they tell me it will be 2 hours before I'm up, there are cars ahead of me. What?!?! I scheduled an appointment I had to wait a week for and now I have to wait two more hours in the middle of my work day? I told them no thanks I'd go to The Auto Clinic across town. I had called and they could take me right in and would be done in 30 min tops. So I tell them this and magically I'm next. Didn't stay.

Took three hours for them to break my wheel speed sensor wire and tell me they dont have another one. Went in for an engine light and left with no ABS, traction control, speedometer or four wheel drive. If your thinking about using this place. Think again unless you like headaches and amatures.

Bought a new Toyota 4Runner. Shane was great and helped get us into the new rig without a lot of hassle or BS. Very helpful staff and business manager. Great service department.

Bought a new Toyota Highlander here, in spite of the sales staff who are a bit overly-casual. I found the vehicle I wanted online, and when I asked to drive it, our salesperson couldn't locate the car. We trudged around in the parking lot and finally my friend found the car. The car was coated in ice, so we started the car and waited 20 minutes to see if it would melt. Finally I asked the salesperson to bring an ice scraper, which he used to clear a small hole on the front windshield. We let the car thaw another 15 minutes, but still couldn't see out the side windows. By then the salesperson had put the scraper back inside the dealership, so I used my bare hands to break off enough ice to get a limited view through the side windows and took a drive. After the test drive, I decided to make the purchase, but while we were signing the papers the salesperson informed me I wouldn't be able to leave with the car, though he had told me earlier I would. So I ended up driving back with a friend the next day (a 2-hour trip) to pick up the car.

Free state inspections when you buy a new vehicle. Friendly knowledgeable staff, reliable trucks. Makes you loyal!
