First time customer here. I had my windshield replaced by this company- corresponding with Johnny was an absolute breeze. Highly professional, very courteous customer service, clear and direct communication about the process, availability, instruction, pricing and planning. The replacement was executed beautifully by Cesar at my home. Cesar was also very nice and courteous as well, was respectful of space, did the project in a timely manner, and did a wonderful job for my car. I would highly recommend this company as I will be calling them again in the future if I ever need another replacement done.

Cesar Chavez did an Amazing Job in fixing the Car's Windshield. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, patient and effective at his work. He also, helped in cleaning the glass pieces inside the car both front and back.I received a great service from Laura at the front desk as well as from Cesar at onsite location.Best Service Auto Glass were quick to respond and took good care to fix things. Appreciate the service provided.

Ismael is incredible and helped us repair an older model retractable sunroof (rock hit it) when even Safeglass couldn t repair it. Ismael was super collaborative and worked in partnership with our insurance to get the necessary approvals and expedite completion of the service. Caesar installed the sunroof and was also great to work and very thorough. Highly recommend this team! Thank you

We had a great experience. They fit us in the day after I called. They came to our house (which was great since I didn't have to bring the car to them and then sit around in a shop while they worked). They worked quickly and were patient with my toddler, who wanted to watch the whole time. They were professional and friendly. I would use them again.

After a little confusion with my correct address & phone number I was extremely grateful and pleased with the service. Everyone I spoke with was very nice & helpful. Roberto replaced my rear window in about 45 minutes. Their prices are very competitive several hundred dollars cheaper than at the dealer! Thank you!

Amazing service! They had same day appointments. Same price as anyone else. Came to my house- very convenient. On time - finished on time. Cleaned out all the glass from the break in. Love them

Best Service was about to special order the passenger quarter light on my Volt, but I found the glass at the Oakland Chevy dealer, so I dashed over there and then back to my house. Francisco and Rafael showed up early, installed the glass and swept up everything in 45 minutes. They made sure I double checked everything, and I tipped them 20% for doing a great job

None of the other shops could do the work next day. Several wanted me to wait 10 days. I incorrectly specified the pax side window instead of driver side. The installer immediately went back to base to get the correct window. Installation took 30 minutes. Very pleasant young man.

Just had my window service completed by Cesar and he was great! I had the "vent" small window broken into and he completed the cleanup and fix in about 25 minutes! Also the customer/logistics teams I spoke with to organize the appointment were very kind and efficient.

First of all, Thank you very much to the manager Jonathan who was so understanding, so kind and considerate.Excellent management.We are from Canada, our Tundra truck s driver rear window was smashed in the parking area of 400 north point in San Francisco near Fisherman s wharf area and my kids back packs and my back pack were stolen.We phoned Best Service Auto Glass, upon knowing our situation of what happened to our truck they put us in their appointment lists despite they are fully booked that day. They even did the replacement of the glass at my location in our hotel parking lot.Thank you for an excellent customer service to Ismael whom I talked to over the phone and book us for the glass replacement service.Best Service Auto Glass you are the BEST!Thank you again.

I am SO happy with BSAG. I had a window broken out over the weekend and they were able to come to my home and have it fixed by Monday morning! Tint and all. I will definitely save their number for any future issues.

I was extremely happy with Best Service Auto Glass. I paid less going through them than I would have if I had gone through my insurance and paid the deductible. Also, the technician Roberto was very friendly & prompt! Highly recommend them, I will definitely use them next time I need a window repaired.

Roberto, the installer, was timely, even a half hour early. He is competent, personable, mannerly and helpful. He went beyond the expected, cleaning accumulated leaves from the garage entry as well as window fragments in the auto He made sure all the windows functioned well. Such a nice person, such a good employee and representative of this company. I would not hesitate to recommend this company any time for any repairThe company quoted and stuck with a very competitive amount and came to us to do the repair. Update: Belter the GM called me and offered to comp me the difference. Top tier customer service.Phone operator quoted me $200, then upon service, said it was wrong window and told me it was $320. guy who came to fix it did a thorough job.
