Very nice experience, after a lot of back-and-forth with multiple companies, and nobody offering any type of warranty on a product they built, Rev 6 said that they do offer a warranty was very relieving. After being let down by Polaris for a bad product. I sent them my old core, and within two weeks I received a new motor, after getting everything installed and filling with fluids the motor instantly started without hesitation. I ve spoken to Mike and Nathan multiple times and always got a quick response. their instruction guides and process braking steps for new motor are very helpful to anyone looking for a replacement motor for a side-by-side. I highly recommend using Rev 6. They also have a very good price on motors.

I needed to rebuild my 900xp as it had a failed rod bearing. I had my reservations on ordering here due to my never hearing of them, but after speaking with the salesman I was feeling much better about the experience. Included in the kit was a set of stock piston rings which I found out would not fit in the grooves. After a call to the company they transferred me over to the tech side and we went over all the measurements and came to the conclusion that I was sent the wrong rings. They didn t have any of the correct rings in stock so to make up for this they sent me a new piston set to make it right since they had made the mistake. Everything went together nicely and I was able to put 7 hrs on the rzr here this last weekend without any issues. Hopefully we can run it for a long time. Thanks for the great customer service I was worried about it being so close to the holidays but you guys made it happen.

Purchased parts to rebuild top end on my Polaris. Parts were quality materials. The support I received from the tech support (Jake) was worth gold, he knows his stuff. He is an asset to this company. They stand behind their parts 120% and that s unheard of in this day and age. I highly recommend Rev 6 to anyone hands down. Awesome public relations. Way to go guys!! Wonder to deal with. Did I mention that I was totally impressed.

Where do I begin the process has been horrible first I was promised they would be able to pick up the cylinder head that was over at Fastlane machine turns out weeks went by without it ever getting picked up I called multiple times didn't get any answers just got a run around finally after weeks and weeks of calling in I was told that they were waiting on the cylinder head so make some phone calls and was able to get that delivered. Next I get sent a motor that's not completely built was never told that I would have to pay to have the stator water pump and oil pan installed they send back the hardware missing all the sensors and incomplete. To top it off they ship the parts to a completely different address than they shipped the motor. Then I go through the bags of hardware and find that they didn't install certain Hardware That was supposed to be installed when a cylinder head was installed to the block not only that they give me an older block than the one I sent in. When I asked to speak to a manager I get nothing but empty promises. So now I'm out of pocket another 1500 bucks on top of the four grand I've already given them and it's been a 3 month debacle i would love to be able to revise this review with more stars and an update

Rev6 Process is quick and straight forward. I ordered an engine and had it in just a couple weeks. Sent the old one back and within a couple days of them receiving it I was refunded my core. Very friendly staff. No complaints.

I got them to rebuild my 2015 Kawasaki teryx4 LE motor, fantastic people couldn t ask for better customer service. I rebuilt in November, got it back in a week, I just got my machine back a month ago from the shop. So far so good. No complaints at all!

We recently blew up our engine in our 2015 RZR 1000 XP. Did some research and chose Rev 6 for getting a replacement. They were fantastic to work with and we liked the fact that the warranty was honored even if we did R&R ourselves! The motor is perfect The tech sheets were super helpful as well I recommend reading them. We are thinking about buying another machine with a blown motor just we can get another engine from Rev 6 and have a machine for the kids to use!

I purchased a Polaris general with a blown reverse chain, after several calls to vendors Mike was the only one to call me and offer his expertise. After telling him what I was looking for from my general he gave me excellent advice as to how to proceed. The gear reduction and super heavy reverse chain were installed. My general is amazing hauling firewood and retrieving game animals from some pretty tough places in the forest. Thank you Mike

These guys are Awesome to work with and very kind and full of Knowledge! The engine runs Beautiful better than original. They make doing business with the costumer so easy. Engine was so well packed and delivery was Quick. FedEx comes to your door to pick up your core with no issues. All you see is negative reviews in this world so I would like to put a very Positive review! Thank you Rev 6 and your team keep up the Great work!

One word about Rev 6 customer service and their products. WOW. AMAZING. GREAT. PHENOMENAL. (You pick one!). Heather and her team have given me the best customer service I have ever received in the motorsports industry. All questions and concerns I had were answered quickly and kindly. I even had a time sensitive question during the engine swap, expected a return email with an answer, I got an actual phone call from one of their techs talking me through a procedure! If you need a new engine or engine parts give these folks a ring, you won t be disappointed!

Not only have they responded to messages after business hours, but they ve actually helped point me in the right direction when it didn t benefit them at all. I used the message option on the website to ask for the parts I needed salesman Mike got back to me quickly asking for details. He came back with a custom package for what I needed with a great price called him directly placed my order and had it shipped the same day. All of the order showed up within 3 days not only was the oder complete there was plenty of extra gaskets. Needless to say I couldn't be happier with the service and parts from Rev6!

First engine I received had head gasket problem, sent it out for warranty. They sent me another motor, but was built improper so I sent that motor back and finally got the third motor built properly. Rev 6 covered the cost of labor on removing old motor and installing new motor. Paid for the two-year warranty. A little frustrating but in the end they have made it right and reimbursed me for the labor spent and made sure the engine was running properly.

Not very pleased with the service from Rev6. I got shipped the wrong valve cover gasket in the sohc kit. After 4 days they say they are shipping me one. The agent informed this isn t part of the kit when it clearly shows a valve cover gasket in the kit on the website

My motor on my 2018 RZR was worn and it was definitely time to get a rebuild! I worked with Talon and the process was seamless! They also rebuilt my transmission! Pricing was very reasonable. My RZR now runs better than factory and I absolutely love it. Would recommend REV 6 and Talon to anybody.

These guys were able to get me a rzr transmission in a pinch! I had just put in a super ATV transmission less than 1000 miles ago and it already blew a bearing. So far this rev6 transmission has been awesome!

Was a little nervous at first sending my 900 RZR engine to complete strangers, but they stayed in contact with me the whole time with updates. New engine arrived in perfect condition. Expert level on the packing job. Have put near 50 miles on it and everything seems to be great! Plenty of power and really quiet engine. Very happy customer!

Update as of 7/12/2023- had an engine issue with Valve clearances called in and spoke with tech named JAKE and he was super helpful and super knowledgeable and willing to do what it took to correct my issues as best as he could. Sent out parts promptly and was great to work with. They really stand behind there product. Thanks again Jake!I purchased a complete engine from Rev6 for my Polaris Rzr. After a few issues and a few failed engines. Rev6 really stood behind there product and corrected there issues. Working with Samantha (Sam) was a great experience. She really went above and beyond. Sam was always very polite and understanding on everything through the entire process. Mike was great as well. He provided all the tech information needed and worked to get a good engine in my Rzr. I still have minimal hours on this new engine but it has completed break-in time and a few good trail rides. Time will tell, but so far so good! Bought a big bore kit for our 570 rzr. The engine kit Never said it needed an ECU to match. We ended up getting the ECU flashed and the machine never ran again. Sent the ECU in twice each time with a 2 week turn around. Waste of time and money. Disappointed - local Polaris dealer is dumbfounded

Rev 6 gets high marks for customer service and expediency. I would suggest getting a copy of the service manual online or print version. You should also have an alignment tool available online as well when installing your new transmission. A clutch removal tool is also needed. All three are available for less than 100 dollars. I've pushed snow with the new transmission twice and am impressed with how quiet it is compared to the old one. Photos are of old and new transmission and the 2017 Polaris ranger 1000xp in transition between them.Thanks guys.Dave
