These guys are great, I have had a couple cars fixed through them and they have always been open, honest and upfront with me. Best work around in my opinion and the family that I have met that run the business are second to none. Do yourself a favor and let the Peterson family take care of you!

I can t say enough good things about Dale Peterson auto body. They have exceptional customer service and I love the family feel there. They did a great job on my truck and were very reasonable and made sure to keep me updated along the way. If you re thinking about having any work done , you should definitely call them

The quality of work It's good enough and most local people go there because we've been opened for so long. They charge an extremely high amount for any type of repair and and it takes twice as long as they tell you we're just going to. And there have been times when they have been dishonest I would suggest going to a different body like Martin's auto body in Spanish Fork or Orem. The work is perfect the price is good and it's currency is incredible their customer service is the best So stop getting ripped off and make a positive change then go to a different shop.

We have been taking our cars here for years. From fender benders (not our fault) to installing factory hitches. They may be a little more expensive and may have a wait, but their work is top notch, and they stand behind their work. They also offer 24-hour towing.

Dale, his wife and daughter were always very friendly from the moment I first walked into the office. We were referred to their shop by our insurance and were very pleased with the end result. Like most people, we were nervous on the color difference the new paint was going to have vs the original paint, but you can t tell a difference. They did great work and were able to help us get our truck back in a timely manner. Overall I had a great experience there and if ever needed, we would gladly go there again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my drivers side seat belt receiver irreparably break. They ordered and replaced the part within a day for a lot cheaper and quicker than the dealership would have. Customer service was outstanding as well. If I ever need specialty work or repair done on my van again, I know where I need to go. Thanks Guys! You rock!

I ve been getting work done for several years now. Always great service. Tow service is incredible and most recently they patched a paint chip for me and then even took it to the dealership for me to receive engine repairs. They handled all the dealing with the dealership and even driving to and from the dealership at no extra charge. These guys are awesome! We finally got rid of our mini and got a new Tahoe. A few months later someone T boned my wife running a red light. We all worry about how are car is going to be after a major accident. When we got our car back we couldn't tell at all it had been in an accident and ran perfect. No worries at all here! They kept us updated through out the process and even helped us with the insurance companies. They were very friendly and did a great job. I am very happy we had them fix our car. My husband and I had our F250 truck towed and these guys were amazing. They had a competitive price, great customer service, and were so professional. We were impressed with how nice their equipment was and how quickly Brayden (I think that was his name) worked to get our truck towed. I would highly recommend these guys. They are a very professional business and I loved that it's family owned.

had to get my side mirror fixed on my car and they were fast and did a great job! i was so worried that the paint wouldn't match but you cannot tell the difference. they also called a few places to get me the best priced mirror. will definitely be going back!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Don t take your vehicle here unless you want to get it sent with you 80% finished and then given excuses for months why they haven t put the rest of the parts on your vehicle or bothered to even finish the repair job that they got paid out on the insirance for because they don t care if it get done now that they got paid there money, they don t need to finish the job. Not professional or reliable whatsoever. Stay away from this shop.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Car towing, Brakes

I had an early morning dead battery and a need to get to work. They were so nice and came so quickly to help me get my car started. The cost was great. Their help and smiling faces got me on my way to work and saved my day from being a disaster! I super appreciate their service and will recommend them to everyone!

We have go through insurance for repairs and they price fairly and try to cut costs down wherever possible. They're very thorough and Dale knows what he's talking about. A knowledgeable, honest mechanic! Could you ask for more? The only negative has been the timeframes. Getting in is backed up but clearly that's because I'm not the only one who knows how amazing he is. It's worth the wait! The work he's done has always been above and beyond, flawless! Very kind staff and clean facilities! We are converted.

Peterson auto is amazing they do such a amazing job!! They are honest about everything. They don't take any short cuts. My car had the right rear quarter panel damage and it now looks like it did the day I took it off the lot. Everything from the paint to the axle they made sure everything was perfect for me. I would recommend them 100%. (Check our my yelp review for pictures of before and after)

Extremely difficult to work with after our vehicle was towed after we were rear-ended on springville . Would not release our personal items even though insurance was paying their towing bill. No one at the yard, always have to call and then they argue with you and hassle you. After going through such a traumatic wreck I didn't need their attitude. Strongly do not recommend this company. Extremely unprofessional, uncaring, and impertinent. No customer service skills whatsoever.

You pay for what you get and it was well worth it. Kind of pricy but they did the job well and it was worth the price. Great choice if you want the job done right! Outstanding work!

I have had two experiences with Dale Peterson Auto Body in less than 1 year. Both involved the same vehicle. The first time I was rear ended, my Lincoln MKX was new to me and I was very upset about someone damaging my new car. The staff at Peterson's got on the repairs right away and worked everything through the other driver's insurance which made it seem hassle free on my part and I was very pleased with the flawless work that was done to my vehicle.I recently had another accident where I was rear ended but this time the damage was much worse! I spoke with Peterson's and they picked up my car from another tow yard for me the very next day, and within days they were in contact with the other driver's insurance to have their adjuster come out and assess the damage to my car. The insurance called me to let me know the extensive damage to the car was non repairable and that they were totaling the vehicle. I called the auto body one last time to obtain whatever possessions were left in my vehicle and they were understanding and showed compassion towards the situation.You will never meet nicer guys! They are very polite and professional. I will never take my cars anywhere else. My family and I have nothing but great things to say about all of our experiences with Dale Peterson Auto Body.

I have gone 3 times to Dale Peterson trying to get my car serviced. I made a appointment for a Friday afternoon and when I got there they were closed for the weekend for Labor Day. Another time I dropped off my estimate and they told me they would call with a time for me to drop off the car and after a week of waiting I called to check on the status of dropping it off and they couldn t find that I had even left the info. Then the girl proceeds to tell me that since my car was drivable, could I drop it off October 18th which is a month out. No thanks! I need my car fixed ASAP. They did not want my business. Their customer service was HORRIBLE! I called another repair company who within an hour of me calling had a rental car set up and a time for me to drop off my car.

I had someone cut the cats off my truck and they worked with my insurance company (state farm) to help me get back up and going. Tow truck driver Braden was very professional and on time, Tad up front was always on top of everything and would call and give me updates. Couldn't have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances. I would definitely recommend them!

OUTSTANDING!!!! Service, knowledge, hardwork, dedication, friendship and workmanship! I ve been in two recks and this last one was pretty good one! Tad and family are very outstanding people! The knowledge and the workmanship they put into your vehicle is amazing! They got my vote for the best auto body shop in the state! Thank you Peterson s for services!

These guys did a great job on my car. He fixed the body quickly, and he also buffed it up a bit when I told him it wasn't necessary. I highly recommend them for any auto body work needed on your cars.

I bought my car in August 2020 and it s been hit two times and got dinged by another car door in a parking lot. I have taken it in three times now to be repaired and every time it comes back looking perfect! Hopefully I won t have to take it in again for a long time but if I do I will definitely take it here. Took a little longer to complete the repairs then I felt it should have, but aside from that I'm very pleased. They matched the paint perfectly, and even repaired some unrelated damage, free of charge, that was in the same area. I felt like they cared about getting my vehicle done right.

This shop did some very high quality collision repair work on my vehicle after an accident! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, however every time I called, the pickup date for my car was later and later.

I had them rebuild the cylinders in my door locks. They got it done in the the time frame and for the budget they said they would. The price was reasonable and the conversations were pleasant and professional.

Dishonest charges...My vehicle was stolen last week and recovered by Springville police yesterday. The police informed me this company would be towing my vehicle to their storage yard. After speaking with the police I called Dale Peterson's and spoke to a person that seemed to be the manager/owner. He informed me that I would be unable to recover my truck that evening because the police still had some reporting and inspecting to do. I would therefore need to wait until the next day to pick it up.Additionally, due to state requirements, I would need to obtain the impound release form from him, drive to Provo in order to get an official release by the DMV, and then drive back down to Springville to finish the process. He offered to fax the information to me. As a fax machine is about as outdated as a phonograph for someone my age I asked him to scan a copy and email it to me. He informed me he was unable to. Though Provo and Springville are not far apart this constituted another inconvenience to the process of getting back my stolen vehicle. Oh, and he also told me they only accepted cash payment. No scanner, only accept cash... Is this some sort of geriatric chop shop? My first interaction with this company was not an impressive one.I arrived at Dale Peterson's less than 24 hours after my vehicle had been towed. After satisfying the paperwork requirements I was informed that I would be charged an $80 fee for storing the vehicle for 2 days. So, though I could not have picked up the vehicle the day before because of police requirements and though my vehicle was in their lot for less than 24 hours I was still charged for 2 days' worth of storage fees. Their reason? Charging me for 2 full days of storage was not illegal. Big red flag right here. Just because something is not illegal does not make it any less ridiculous, dishonest, or unethical.For the above reasons I rate Dale Peterson Body Shop as 1 star. Though I likely will not have reason to use this business in the future I will not recommend it to anyone who needs towing or auto body work done.

We won't use anyone else but Peterson Auto Body for bodywork, paint and installations of accessories. They are not the cheapest but they are the best in Springville and possibly Utah County. Tad and his staff are great!
