We stopped here to have them check our company truck out. It was shaking and making weird noises.Turns out it was the wheel bearing and needed to be replaced.We were on our way to St.George, so it was kind of an emergency.McKay and his team quickly got us in and assured we would be on our way very soon.Great service and they were very efficient to get us up and going.Would recommend them to any family and friends.

They are always quick and available. I used to give them 5 stars but lately maybe it s just who helps you? I haven t been impressed with prices and quotes - seems I can t get out of there without paying $800-$1000 and oil changes are overpriced, even in today s market. I used to love coming here! I m sure we will still come on emergency things because they re quick but currently looking for another shop to check against.

We traveled to Utah with a truck and trailer. We arrived at our hotel about midnight in Springville. After checking in, we discovered we were missing one of the four wheels from the trailer. (as in, the whole wheel, tire and all the lugs) We found the Big O Tire in Springville which was near our hotel. They were open early so we went to see if they could fix it and get us on our way as time was very important. They seemed very confident they could get it fixed right away. We went to eat breakfast at the Wendy s next-door, and were happily interrupted by a phone call that they were done. They replaced the hub, the wheel (found us a used one for half-price, which matched), a new tire and had it installed before we could finish breakfast. Unbelievable service and very reasonably priced! No need to shop anywhere else! We were on the road by 8:30 am.

Always the best service and prices! I ll drive 45 mins and pass 10 other places to come back here. McKay and Big O In Springville are the best.

Blew a tire on freeway and made it to Big O. They were super busy but they got us in and it was done on twenty minutes. Brand new tire and ready to go. So grateful. Shout out to RJ for helping out when I was having a rough day. I trust these guys.

The BEST branch. I ve been going here for years, and the leadership here knocks out out of the park. Every time. I just got finished, and Aaron was manning the store. Such a cool guy. Hee seriously helped me out big time had a stupid flat, and they took such good care of me.Just met Paul, and he is just as stellar as all the others Clint, McKay, Eddy. Love these guys. Seriously, it s like home there. These people actually care.

I was told at another BigO tire that I had a nail in my tire that was unrepairable. I called around to other places and found out that if it was too close to the edge, they can't put a patch on it. I spent my whole morning calling around trying to figure out what to do. I had just purchased this car and there was a ton of tread still left on the tire. I pulled over into this big o as I was near it and wanted to be able to tell the other places what tread size I had. When I pulled up someone came and met me out by my car. I explained what had happened and he said that he had some guys that were really great at patching tires and might be able to fix it. He took it right back and got it all fixed up and I haven't had any issues with it since! I've had some bad experiences with big O's so I was very pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service here! Thank you so much!

I'm traveling and my tire got flat, I went to Big O Tires. RJ JOHNSON helped me, I asked him how long it would take (about 40 minutes) he said he. I got close to 25 minutes and it was ready. I asked him how much I should pay, and what I had never thought of happened, he didn't charge me. He told me it was just a nail and he told me I wish you a great day. Thank you very much MR. RJ JOHNSON, I WISH YOU THE BEST IN YOUR LIFE from him. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Honestly one of the best experiences I've had, and at a time I needed it most! Had a tire go flat on me, popped the spare on, and headed here. I was genuinely shocked at the level of help I received! Not only did they find me a great deal, but also helped to repair my rim that was damaged so that the tire would seat correctly! Definitely would recommend anyone who needs some new tires to come here!

Came home from spending Christmas down in southern Utah to find my car with a flat tire because of a screw. Big O had my car all patched up within 20 minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I mean that. Springville is a lot bigger than where I am from, but this tire shop treated me like I was back at home in my small town. Thank you guys so much!

My car back brakes were squealing so I took it to Big O Tires in Springville. They were quick to diagnose and replaced back brakes super fast at a fair price. I also had a synthetic oil change, my brake light replaced and tires rotated. Great service and financing.

Excellent as always. They told me it was going to be 45 minute for a balance/rotation and oil change. It was more like 30 minutes. Great service!Another day...I only had 40 minutes to be there. They quickly squeezed me in and checked my brakes, rotors, and tires. They found out my tires were bald and quickly put on new ones.... all done in 35 minutes. I don't want to write a good review..... then everyone will flock there, and then there will be a line out the door. Then I'll wait longer.No, seriously, they are the best.

Showed up at 7:00am on two donut wheels after blowing two tires on a pothole. They had me back out the door at 7:30am with 2 new tires - they gave me a great deal and were as generous as they could be. I ve been buying my tires with them here for a while and they have not disappointed in service, price, or speed. Cannot recommend this location more. I don t think you can have better or quicker service than they have here at this location - as I ve now worked with several different people there and they have all been consistently great. Can t recommend them enough.

I took my truck to the dealer the day before coming to Big O Tires in Springville to figure out what a loud sound was. The dealer had my truck all day and didn't pin point the noise. They told me they thought it was a tire issue. So I took it to Big O the next day to have it looked at. They had it for 30 minutes and found the cause of the sound, fixed it with some grease and didn't charge me. The two guys who helped me were very helpful and I'll definitely go back.

Could of been quicker but I saw 2 guys standing around(2younget white men) while 2 older men tried getting the cars in and out.... seeing that was questionable. Will my car be ok if they are just going to be on there phone are they paying attention.

Hands down the BEST service we ve gotten at any sort of car shop. We take our cars here for regular service and for any other issues we have had the last 4 years. Their prices are fair, and they re always open and honest about the work they do. I never feel like I am getting taken advantage of and trust them 100%. They re so friendly and kind. Don t go anywhere else!!!

Springville big o is absolutely one of the best locations I have ever been to . Clint and his team go over the mark to make you have the best experience from buying tires to basic repairs . I have been going here for years today I even saw the big o Bigfoot I would highly recommend them if you re in the area .

This is Springville s friendly, neighborhood, car care center! I was met in the parking area, staff member listened intently while I explained my car s need, and immediately took charge. The wait was short and I drove away thoroughly satisfied. The guys at Big O are my heroes!!

I can't say enough good. 500 miles into our 5,000 mile road trip we found a problem with a tire. We were only in the area 1 day. I called first thing in the morning and McKay quoted me a reasonable price for 4 tires and said they would do it in 45 minutes. We got there and were taken care of immediately. They were wrong though... It took 30 minutes! There a lot of scammers out there that will take advantage of someone traveling so I appreciate the honesty and good service. Thank you!!

I don t know how they found those guys that work there but they should hang on to them for as long as they can because wow what a set of good honest men that work there. If every service place were like this there would be world peace. I think his name was Aaron. Tall guy big beard and another guy big square black glasses. Amazing dudes that wake up and take pride in what they do. And to everyone else that turned my about 30 minute wait into 20 thank you. Honestly from now on when I go back there I ll wait all day if I have to. That s how much I trust those guys. Anyway great stuff guys.

Tires I chose online are discontinued. Switched me to the comparable tire. Prices are not included online - go with someone who will tell you in advance how much they sell their inventory for.I called ahead to ask about the wait. I was told there was no wait. Been sitting here for a little over an hour at this point.I ve had better experiences with discount tire.

Scheduled an appointment online because I have my kids with me and don t want to be stuck in a waiting room for a long time. Get there for my appointment on time and there were quite a few people already in the waiting room. I assumed that an appointment held my spot in line and it would put me in the bay when it becomes available, no that is not correct. I was told it would be about 2 hours for an oil change. Thinking that was a high estimate of time, we went across the street to let me kids play in the playground at del taco while we wait. 2 hours later I call to check on my vehicle and they said maybe another 45 min. 3 hours for an oil change? No thank you. I asked about the purpose of making an appointment if it doesn t hold my spot in line and was told its mostly to let them know someone MIGHT be coming for an oil change at that time and was advised not to use that in the future but to call and ask how long the wait is. I ve done that before and it was just as long of a wait when I was told on the phone there was no wait. Will not be returning. Be more clear on your website that appointments are NOT place holders, just used as a heads up to the location.

Went in for an oil change and emissions inspection and was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. A little after 2 hours we went up and asked how things were going, they said that they were just finishing up the oil change and would start the emissions after that. 45 minutes later they called us up and said that they weren t able to do the emissions test because their machine wasn t working, and that they had spent that whole time trying to get it to work. We wish they would have just told us their machine wasn t working in the first place and asked if we wanted to stay while they worked on it, because it was frustrating to wait longer than expected for something that didn t even end up getting done. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and we won t be returning to this location.
