There have been times when I ve had less than fantastic experiences at SL Valley s other divisions, but not with parts. Quick, kind customer service and competitive prices. Additionally, for a quick stop by the shop you receive OEM parts that come with warranties. Open Monday through Saturday.

Terrible customer service. I've been there twice in the last couple of weeks and both times I was treated as if I had no value as a customer. Hopefully they can improve in their customer service skills especially in the front lines of such a large car retailer.

Normally I take my van to the dealer in Morgan UT for service. I went to take my oil drain plug out and it was so tight I couldn't even loosen it. I took it over to Colton and his team and they graciously took the 5 minutes to put it on a lift and loosen the plug that the guys in Morgan had cranked on. Much appreciated. If I need some work done I know where I'm headed next!! Thank you Colton and the mechanic that took the time to loosen the plug for me!!

Brought my promaster in because it had 3 check engine lights on. They claimed it was because we changed the battery...the battery was never touched, still the original one in it. So they cleared the CELs and charged us $300. Literally the next day what do you know the CEL is back. I know Ram Promasters or trash but the dealer doesn't seem to care about quality either. Very disappointed.

Nice and easy transaction. Needed parts for the 3.6L engine . Intake cam 24 lifters and 24 rocker arms . This guy's had them on stock and was cheaper than the autoparts stores

my car was repaired, but very expensive, twice as expensive as the price of a regular repair. I was forced to repair at this location because it was not possible to travel elsewhere. The staff is very overpriced for repairs and for spare parts, I do not recommend it, it is very unpleasant when they deliberately deceive

They do have most of the parts available, but what makes it great is that they do price match, even sales from MOPAR on Amazon. Will always continue to come here for jeep parts as long as they do this
