The owner of this place is very kind. I needed to fix an oil leak in my car and he was willing to fix it for half the price of other mechanics. They did a good job but when I received my car, everything in my glove box and middle console was moved around and clearly messed with. I had a bunch of change in the change drawer by the steering wheel and all of it was gone. Whoever worked on my car clearly was digging around for money but luckily I didn t leave much in my car. What bugs me most is they didn t even try to hide the fact that they were in my stuff. Nothing was where I left it and it was just a huge mess. My back seat is also filthy with mud which I don t understand how that would ve happened.

Don Alberto has worked on quite of a few cars of mine. His prices are very competitive and we are talking about him fixing my BMWs!! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Quick and reliable always!

I have known Burga's Auto for a long time.Alberto took awesome care of my cars since 2001. When one of them had to have it towed to the shop, they have it in for a couple of days and then they had it running better than it had in a long time. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their vehicle. Guy seemed nice, got me in quick for an inspection, but told me he couldn t pass it because I didn t have a muffler, even though I DID have all emissions equipment. That then flagged my vehicle in the system as failed so I went to the Salt Lake health dept and they passed it without issue so The health dept guy seemed to recognize either the name Burga or their inspection number, hinting this might not be an isolated incident, so I might suggest looking elsewhere for an emissions test to save yourself some hassle in getting your completely legal vehicle inspected.

I had problems with the car I took it to this place, they changed the part and charged a fair price. The problems came later, the Mass air flow was replaced and after that the turn signal started to have problems that never existed before this repair was done. I returned to the that place and explained ok we scheduled to leave the car. Alberto called me saying he needed to change two other parts including the turn signal, the service was $525 with fees. The first one cost $323 with fees. I paid and went to get the car the old part he had changed was inside the car (important information) to my surprise the problem with the turn signal was still the same. I came back and we scheduled another day for him to check, I was waiting for 2 hours and he said the car was ready but still had the same problem with the turn signal, another 1 hour waiting he finally solved the problem. When I got home, where was the old part he had changed and I had left it in the car?! He put the old turn signal back in since the problem wasn't the part but he charged me for it and for the service and where's the new one he had replaced? It just wasn't in the car. I called and said I wanted the turn signal part since I had paid for it and he had put the old one back after trying to convince me otherwise said I could pick it up on Monday. I went, to my surprise the store was closed as it was a holiday. Anyway, he kept my car for 8 days, made me pay for a service that was not necessary and still got a new part that was charged to me. He just care about his time not yours and replace unnecessary things to charge you more.

We live in Orem, drove down to the Chinatown Supermarket for a couple items, and we were in the parking lot when the car suddenly wouldn't shift out of any gears. We were in a pickle. Found this place online. Alberto was kind, gracious, and quick. I was in a bit of an emergency, and he got us back up and running and was nothing but kind and helpful. Fair priced too. If I lived closer, I would 100% go back for everything.

honest and gets the job done correctly. He fixed my rack and pinion on my car and a few other things. other places were are charging around 900$ plus labor just for the rack and pinion .He did it for 690$ including labor. Great guy

Beto has taken care of our cars for over 10 years. He is honest and responsible. He was able to fix a problem in my car the dealer could not figure out. We took it to Beto, he couldnt find the problem. No charge. We took it to the dealer and they couldnt figure it out. 2 weeks later, Beto called. He had another customer with my same car and same problem and figured it out. He fixed my car for under $100 when the dealer had charged almost $300 to not fix it. He is a good guy running a good shop. Go see him and be loyal.

Beto has been taken care of my cars for the last 12 years. Yesterday morning, I just texted him about my car that its a/c was almost empty. And he scheduled an appointment the same afternoon. Now, it is freezing!!!! a/c is working great. His prices are really competitive and his work is 5 stars.

Honest and responsible. I have been taking my cars to Alberto for many many years. He'll get the job done.Plus -- he also does emissions and safety over there as well.

I took my car for repair over there I ended up paying more than 2000 dollars and he took more than a month to repair it. The owner only cares of getting as much as he can for you. I don't recommend him at all He cares about his time but not yours.

I came to see Burgas Auto service cause my Brakes were making weird sound.Mr. Alberto told just need to be clean the price was dicent and the service was professional.I really recommed Burgas Auto Service 100%.Vine a consultar con Burgas Auto Service, ya que mis frenoz sonaban, y el sr. Alberto me dijo que solo necesitan ser limpiados.El precio fue justo y el servicio y professionalism fue 100%. lo que que esperaba, les recomiendo Burgas Auto Service. Honestidad y profesionalismo.
