I have never been to Les Schwab and man have I been missing out. I had a nail in my tire and I heard they will fix it at no charge. So I went to check them out and the rumor was true but that wasn't the only thing that blew me away. From the Friendly staff to the speedy turn around time to get me back on the road, to the top notch clean facility, even the bathrooms were also crazy clean. I feel like those tiny details speak a lot about the company. Les Schwab appears to not cut corners. You have earned a customer for life if you keep up this amazing business practice.

I brought in an 08 VW Beetle for a brake check (recommended by another location) and an alignment and was helped by Zach. He checked things out and told me that I did not need to perform either of them. It says a lot about the honesty of this location that they recommended NOT to do a service. They've earned my continued business.

Love the experience I had with the team here. I needed to get my Mercedes brakes , rotors and pads changed. I was initially worried about the quality of work but the experience I had with them during the free brake inspection was so good that I chose this place. I am happy with the decision. I worked specially with Braydon and he went over the board to help. I needed Mercedes parts, he ordered them and installed them.

These guys are super pros!!! We needed tires and knew we had issues with one of the front tires getting them off. They had to actually weld bolts to the lugnuts!!!! Even so, the car was ready i only a couple of hours. They were courteous, professional, and really, really good.

Im absolutely infuriated, I came in yesterday February 26, after work to get the brakes done on my work truck, waited over an hour for them to tell me they didn t have the parts, an employee and I talked and he said he would get the parts in that night, I said I would be back same time (3:30) the next day. Next day February 27 I get here at 3:24 pm. Check in right away, there s maybe two people in the shop, well I m still currently sitting here at 5:55 pm. They close at 6:00 pm. Not a single employee has said a word to me about a time frame, as two or three guys are sitting behind the counter just chit chatting away. Still haven t heard anything. I will never refer someone to this place again, and I am going to be talking with upper management of the company I work for about switching to a different company. No one is real friendly. Very disappointed!!

Fabian put air in my tire when I had low tire pressure. It was snowing, windy, and cold on a Friday night. Everyone wanted to get home, and he helped me.They checked my tire the next day, and took out a small metal piece, and did not charge me. Thanks for taking care of me. They are the best!

Updated 13Jan2024:Had another flat that could t be repaired so ended up with 4 new tires. I opted for a regular tire since the fun flat tires were mover twice as expensive. They even sold me a rim with a used tire to use as a spare. Great service, timely, and super friendly. Loving Les Schwab.Went it for a flat repair and they didn't charge me. Never used Les Schwab before. Outstanding service on the tire and the guy also noticed a knocking sound (which I'd been hearing for a month) and quote me a GREAT price on replacing my front swaybar links. Highly recommend this place.

One day I had a flat tire. When I arrived the service was great and I was on my way. Today I drove from Home to get service again. My work truck is already in the shop.

I really appreciated Les Schwab tires! Jordan and Oscar helped out with my brakes and then the parts were faulty so I had some issues they immediately accommodated so that they could help get my car fixed fast and conveniently too! Thanks guys so much!

I admit it. I have a fear of shops, so it is exceedingly hard for me to drop off my vehicles when I can do just about everything myself. Trouble is... I don't have an alignment rack. These guys have earned my trust after doing several over the years. Much appreciated.

I don't usually post reviews, but needed to on this one. I had an appointment, but was forced to wait almost 2 hours before they pulled my car into the bay, for a job that took less than 30 minutes to do. I shouldn't have given them my keys. I would've left! Instead I sat with the other women, waiting and being ignored. No updates, no explanation, no apology. Never again!

Just want to recognize Issac and Lars and the other great folks at Les Schwab south jordan. Always greeted with a smile. Hustle a little and work hard to do a great job for me. Saved me with flat repairs and little nails many times. Recommended.

Les Schwab is my go to place. I purchased tires a few years ago at the south Jordan store and they still treat me as good as the day I bought them. The manager Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and work's harder then anyone I've ever seen, he goes WAY above and beyond everytime! I'm also happy they started doing oil changes. Now it can be my one stop shop.

They were really nice to take me in at the end of the day but quoted me a price then promptly over charged me with the explaination that the computer had some glitches. What?? I usually would recommend but do hate being taken advantage of. Caution Stand up for yourself!! I didn t and have some regret about that.

If I could give more stars I would. The entire staff of Les Schwab - and Jordan and kenzie in particular - have been absolute lifesavers when our RV broke down during our holiday. They hooked us up with electricity and were completely fine with us staying a little longer on their parkinglot when we were sorting things out with the rental company. I cannot recommend this tire center enough, this is truly exceptional customer service. Thanks so much, I hope you guys read this, its the least we could do!

I don t normally leave reviews, but today was a joke. I had a nail in a work truck tire and brought it in to get fixed. I was told that it would be 1-1.5 hours until they could have it fixed. After waiting there for 2 hours, I asked what the status was. I was told it would be another hour. I ended up getting my keys back and went somewhere else. Today, they over promised and under delivered.

My 16 year old son took his 2023 Kia K5 in to this location today. His car has 350 miles on the odometer. He had a roofing nail in the tread of his tire. I told him to pull the nail out and when he did, the tire started leaking air.I m trying to teach my son some life skills and common sense, so I told him to hurry and drive down to Les Schwab on south jordan as it s only 2 miles from our house.I told him that Les Schwab does free tire repair and that if they tried to charge him, that he should call me. Well he ended up calling me about 30 minutes later, The employee told him that the mail was in the side wall and that he needed a new tire. IT GETS BETTER!!!! He told him that since they don t have that exact tire in stock, they recommend getting all 4 new tires so they match.TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A 16 year old kid is completely asinine. I will make to tell everyone i know about this incident ..

I just moved to this area recently and this was my first interaction with this store. I was cleaning my 100 spoke rims and the valve stem broke letting out all the air. I took it into this store, and when I walked in a man jumped up to greet me and helped me immediately. I told him what happened and he said let's go take a look. He took the rim out of my truck, and fixed it immediately as i watched. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes and I couldn't be more grateful. I even tried to tip him and he wouldn't accept, said it was company policy and he was more than happy to help me, and just remember then next time I need tires. Because of this interaction, you've definitely got a customer for life! His level of customer service is rarely seen nowadays and you all should commend him for that! His name was Fabian and he literally saved the day for me and I couldn't be more grateful! A+++ service and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Fabian, you're AMAZING!!

Amazing customer service. A nail got stuck in my tire at 5:45 pm, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. I called Les Schwab, and Robbie was there within minutes. He put on a spare tire, and they patched up my tire in under 10 minutes. I paid for the service call, but they didn t even charge me for the tire repair. Highly recommend!

I was on my way home from my daughters volleyball tournament when my low tire pressure light came on. I stopped at the gas station to fill it up and noticed my back tire was almost completely flat. I filled it at the gas station but knew it needed to be repaired. It was 5:15 pm on Saturday and I called this location hoping they could get me in. The person who answered the phone (sorry I don't remember his name) was very friendly but informed me they closed at 5:00pm. I let him know I had a flat tire I was hoping he could look at. He told me to come over and he would stay and look at it. He was so friendly and accommodating. He was able to repair my flat tire and save me the headache of trying to figure out what to do. I was so so grateful he was willing to stay late after closing to help me. I have always had good experiences here but this was truly above and beyond!! Amazing customer service:) Thank you!

These guy's are awesome and I totally recommend the South Jordan location. I went in for a Road Force balance and come to find out that my tires were shot. They showed me the difference in the only good tire versus the 3 bad tires. I've had a vibration in my truck and I've replaced almost everything on the front end and rebuilt the driveline. And I find out that it is completely the tires. So these kind gentleman did their part and stayed late and installed a new set of Toyo AT's on my Super Duty and no more vibration at 60 plus MPH.... I give these guy's props for their help. Excellent customer service

I been coming here for years and cant think of any bad experiences. Sometimes they are a little expensive but they do a great job and the correct way. They also started doing oil changes a few years back which I always wanted because they are professional and you dont need to worry if they are actually doing thier jobs like quick lube places.

I have bought my last two sets of tires from Les Schwab. They have always treated me very well. Always have greeted me when I arrived. They have always rotated my tires with out a problem. But it seems that I always have to fight them to balance my tires.

I came to this location two days ago and purchased a full set of tires, the next morning I got a call from a manger explaining that they think they sent me home with mismatching tires and asked if I could bring my car in that morning. I explained I was at work and due to my schedule I d not be able to make it back till Friday, he said that wasn t a problem and that he would make sure that when I did arrive they d give me priority and make sure I was in and out, 30 minutes he said. Had I worked closer I d squeeze the trip in on a lunch hour because of the promise he made.Fast forward to Wednesday I was in Orem for work finished up around 1:50, I had another commitment at 4:30 but figured I had plenty of time and I wouldn t add more miles on tires that they were going to take back because of a mistake, i arrived at 2:30, they took my car back and I asked the lady at the front desk if they could also do my oil change, with the understanding that I d be here longer than the 30 minutes that were promised but worse case scenario it took them 45 minutes to do 4 tires 2 tires and an oil change has to be competitive. It s been an hour and 45 minutes and I m still waiting, I asked the nice lady at the front desk if she could find out how much longer it would be and she was told another 30 minutes.So I ll be here over 2 hours, considering the mistake, and that you guys have charged me short of $1000.00 I think a little urgency isn t asking for a lot. In addition, when I arrived I was the only person in the lobby, three people have came in after me got thier issue resolved and left while I am still here.Update: they did get me out a few minutes short of 2 hours, front desk ladies were awesome and all the staff I dealt with was super nice, just a bad experience and i think my experience eas the exception here rather than the rule

Lars and Tony helped me out by patching a hole from a nail on my trailer tire. I have a long drive tomorrow so I really needed the tire fixed! I will be back when I need new tires.

Have had 2 great experiences here. Isaac, Kenzie, and 1 other gentleman, I do not recall the name, have been superb. This shop has only given me reasons to trust them and always feel my safety is supported with their work. Many thanks and would absolutely recommend!
