Awesome service! The owner is friendly and efficient too - he gave us an appointment time and completed work well and timely. Ending cost was within quoted price range and was reasonable. Definitely recommend!

The reviews are legit. Jamco is awesome. Jay is old school in all the best ways - honest, salt of the earth, good human etc. The pricing is fair, he gets the work done when he says and did I mentioned he's honest.He did a water pump, timing change and spark plugs for us.I feel like a I've finally found a good mechanic I can trust. Anything else I need, I'll be back without hesitation.

At first glance, they look rundown and shady, but they are more honest and dependable than any other mechanic I've been to. I've had many problems, but every time they've been able to fix it quick and well. 10/10

These guys do really great work! I will be back again and again. They told me exactly what needed to be done without trying to squeeze in any extras and charged me a super fair price! They got it done in no time and did a wonderful job!

I have had brake work done on 2 different vehicles in the past year. Jay and team are outstanding! Super fair prices and great work. On the most recent occasion, Jay gave me a ride to work after I dropped my car off. This is the best mechanic I have found in quite some time. He is very capable around most any engine. Keep in mind, he works alone and can only work so fast.

The 5 star reviews on here are all true! You can completely trust Jamco Auto Shop. A friend told me about Jamco Auto Shop. I saw the awesome reviews online and decided to take a chance on these guys. I am happy with my decision. They were upfront with the time frame it would take for them to get to my wife s Ford expedition fix and also didn t try and tell me a bunch of stuff needed to be repaired. The price was less than I was expecting too. I set an appointment to get my Hummer fix. If you live close enough to be able to take your vehicle to Jamco Auto Shop consider yourself incredibly fortunate.They ll take care of you quickly and do a great job!Service: Engine repair

The gentlemen at Jamco are very educated in car mechanics. We explained to them what issues our Nissan Armada was having and they knew exactly what needed to be fixed and explained it to us. The Nissan dealership we first went to quoted us $3,000 and Jamco fixed our vehicle for under $1,000. We have great respect for this company and the gentlemen we worked with. They are upfront and honest. This was the best experience. We will definitely continue to use their services.

They are amazing. My friends have known Jay and Brendon for years. Honest mechanics. I went to the worst place ever, Performance Place, they quoted me $950. I went to Jamco and they fixed it for $160. The part I was told was broken was just fine. I will never go anywhere else. I usually do my own work. But when I can't or don't know how. These guys will be the only other people who I will trust to work on my vehicles. Nothing but praise for these guys!!!

I ve been using Jamco for 8 years for all my auto repair needs for 6 vehicles. By far the best shop I ve been to in Utah. Brandon and Jay are super knowledgeable about all things automotive! Jamco told me he could diagnose my electrical problem in about an hour and he wasn t lying. A gremlin I had been working on for days was found and addressed quickly and cost effectively. I have sent multiple people his way. Great shop, great mechanic.

I took a car I was thinking about buying to Jamco, and he looked over the car as thoroughly as I felt like he would have done for his daughter. He told me what could be better and what was good about it, helping me to make a decision. I was late because of the person selling the car, and he was understanding and still made time for me. I will definitely take back my car to him.

Great shop, as we have known and worked with them for years! I know they are honest in the work they do and their price is always competitive. My car has been hauled here many times in the middle of the night and almost always ready to go the next afternoon.

I recently called Jamco and inquired about getting my Yukon XL Denali serviced last minute prior to heading out of town. Jamco was able to get me in the shop the next business day. They completed all the work (oil pan and oil cooler gaskets as well as oil pump pick-up tube o-ring replacement) in one day as they said they would and did so for reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to given them a call again next time I need some work done. Thanks Jamco!

I lived in SLC for a year. In that time, I had to take care of 3 cars, while working 80+ hours a week. Since I had no time to do it, I needed a mechanic who would take care of the repairs, let me know about other possible issues, and take care of it for a good price. I got all that at Jamco. Also, very timely turnaround for quotes and repairs!

These guys are so upfront and honest about dealing with your car that it makes it easy to fix. The shop is down home and there is no middleman to crank the price up on any of the work that they do. Top-notch service.

they helped us in a jam! We where needing some wiring on a trailer to get back to Idaho! They fixed fast and simple then didn t want to charge us because it was a simple simple fix but it meant we could safely travel! Would go back to them!
