Pros: had a very large selection of vehicles. Thats it.Cons:- Was told I should fill out a credit application before I even told the salesman what I was looking for. Normally you d ask so you can at least check to see if you have what I m looking for. I was told that s how we tell how serious you are . Im ready to buy a car if you have one for a good price and what I m looking for.- they found a RAV4 for us but were asking $3000 more than what the average going price was. Ouch. Average miles. Average condition. Nothing to justify that much over.- was told on the phone they would get close to what we were asking for our trade in. Then we were offered 40% of what we were asking. A laughable waste of time and I felt insulted.- was told my expectations of a vehicle were too high for our budget. Even though I showed the salesman several listing for exactly what we were looking for (Lexus RX) for a price we were willing to pay. Salesman brushed it off and kept telling me my expectations were unrealistic.- salesman played this stupid game where he asked me what price we would purchase the RAV4 at. I said a ridiculous low ball just to get him to understand we wanted to leave. He asked me to sign a paper saying if he got it approved, I have to pay for it. Of course he came back and said that wasn t going to happen.Conclusion: this is the classic car dealership that everyone warns you about. Aggressive and silly salesmen. Overpriced vehicles. Dirt low offers for trade ins. Go literally anywhere else.

Best place to buy a car! Especially at the Hyundai store. They have some new cards in! If you have not driven the palisade or the Genesis GV80 you should! Amazing amazing cars! I love them both. Go check them out!HYUNDAI SOUTHTOWNE!

They wont tell you the price, year or anything but will try to get you going for a ride and make you commmit for the car without giving any details. They force you almost to a point that it makes you wanna run away from them

The salespeople here are completely incompetent I talked to one yesterday at 7:00 p.m. Mike told him that I had my mechanic scheduled for the morning and that I was planning on purchasing a vehicle they had on the lot I take time out of my day schedule everything with the mechanic and show up right at 9:00 to grab the car just to be told that it's sold last night when I was on the phone with mike. Terrible terrible customer service never buy a car here if you can since when you show up after scheduling with them they'll sell it anyways

I just bought a new car from the Jeep dealership there. They gave me almost nothing for my trade in. The finance guy basically bullied me into buying an extra warranty that I didn't want! They lost my paper work 3 TIMES. I had to miss time off work to go back in 3 times and sign the same papers! I had to call them several times over the course of 35 days because they still hadn't paid off my trade in. They sent the check to the wrong bank twice! I was so excited to buy my first brand new car. I worked for years to be able to afford a new car on my own, and this dealership completely ruined this experience for me.

Our experience was amazing here! When we showed up to the lot with a jeep in mind Gabe was with us immediately. He was able to get us the keys and information we wanted within minutes! We didn t purchase and he wasn t pushy at ALL! We appreciated his customer service and being able to leave with a happy experience instead of being pissed off with the dealers pushing sells instead of helping your customer! Definitely willing to come back and work with Gabe in the future when we are ready to purchase! Thank you :)

Mom bought a car from them. It broke down forty minutes later due to transmission failure. Wouldn't let her return it. But would trade it in for something else. Just not at the same value they just sold to her. Got a new vehicle. Over charged her for the value and sale price of the vehicle. Now she is screwed over twice by them. Very terrible service. And clear breaching of contract on the dealers part

Hyundai service repair is so great! Jeff is the service manager I work with. I appreciate their great customer service whenever I take my car in for service. I absolutely LOVE my Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. It is the best car and Hyundai offers the most superior bumper to bumper warranties! Thank you Hyundai!Brooke Nestman

I went in to start shopping for a car. My first one buying on my own and they REFUSED to show me any cars until they pulled my credit score. So they wanted to ding my credit before even showing giving me a chance to look at a car??? Horrible customer service. Quite upsetting and I will never give this place any business.

The sales guy was very roughed, not listening to price range or what my dad needed, he just kept saying, what s wrong with the truck or car I picked. He also lied to me about ford points I had. My husband and I had bought a car a year previously and he had said that there was $3,000 worth of points we could use towards my dads new buy. We got tired of dealing with him and went to the Draper ford and they told us we only had $150 worth of points... I do not like being lied to and working with crooked people.

Avoid Ryan Larue as a service writer. In my experience you can expect poor communication, a lack of knowledge of cars and and lack of verification of details.I went in for an oil change and alignment. Ultimately a bolt was broken and conventional oil was put in a car that has only ever used synthetic. 24 hours later I got my car back. When I recognized the issue, Ryan told me the dealership did not have conventional oil on site. He did not bother to verify. I left to verify part numbers at my car and vent. I came back to ask a few more questions. He was on the phone and did not look up to acknowledge I was there so I presented the issue to his coworker. His coworker suggested that the original service writer had conventional oil put in my car when my service contract specified synthetic. So I left the car again to have the oil changed a second time.Buyer beware before working with this service writer and location.

This place sucks to buy a car from. To spend 2 hours after already choosing a car, had preapproval from my credit union.... These guys let a car deal walk over 1800.00! Literally threw my trade in keys on the desk, shook my hand and said bye! Went to Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray.... Quick and easy! More than willing to help! Go to Nissan in Murray! Much better company.

I was not too excited about the selection for low end cars, but Pablo went way out of his way with exceptional service to ensure we could find the car we needed for a student. I would definitely go back to him in the future.

It was odd working with mr Dunn. I came into look at a van with trade in. He seem to want to help me but he came back with a quote for 28,000 when his own website said 9,000. I printed the pages off there website and give them to mr Dunn and his answer was oops let me fix that and came back with 18,000. When I told him he was still 100% off his own website I was confused and couldn t pay double. At that point he was pretty rude to me. I would come back even with the over charged quote but because of mr Dunn I will not be back and I intended to tell everyone I know to do the same. I have never seen a salesman bring up another guy (Ben, a used car manager at west valley dodge) and tell me he spent all his time (10ish minutes) helping me get the best quote he could and how my trade in had a car fact so he was doing me a good deal and Ben would have to do the same hard work he did (10 minutes) to get me a deal.Ps. I was interested in knowing who Ben was so I called west valley dodge, they where very nice and also said that mr Dunn was pretty unprofessional. Long story short thanks mr Dunn, I when to west valley to see who Ben was. Him and especially mr Stetson was very helpful with selling me the same new 2021 van.The review is written in the correct store I think. I go to souttowneautomall.com and the van is still on the home page

Really need to cut back their trees along with every dealership assigned designated parking for car haulers to unload. It is an Auto mall where the most important product being delivered to each of them puts every single auto transport driver at risk

I have to say this has to have been the worst experience of my life dealing with this group.. I have been in this business sense 1994 and boy has the miller group gone down hill. I bought a car (I thought) from this group and 45 days later after ruining my credit making us late on our car payment loosing our plates and them saying we will give you your down back and a payment NOPE did not happen they said sence we lost your plates it's easier if you just go register it will pay for it.... NOPE biggest bunch of liers.And don't believe there good reviews there sales people get paid $50 for good reviews well miller group might want to check your servers your sales people are creating websites to make up reviews and if not there customers are doing it as they sit there and after 30 days I bet 30 to 40 % of the people are vary un happy with how the process went.. don't even wash the car or fill it up with gas sorry to the gm for taking money out of your pocket bottom line must be tuff at end of month huh....people there are better dealerships to buy a car from better rates better cars and better experience do your self a favor don't go to this place

I have been there more then once looking at vehicles, test drive some. People were pleasant, but there need to be more truthful about the vehicle your looking at/for. And they need to stop being nagging.

The service department has told me they would call me back for the last 2 months. I've called to try and set up an appointment multiple times for a part that is under warranty. Disorganized and ridiculous.

What good are appointments if they can't keep them? Showed up a few minutes early when I was told to come in, now I have to wait a few hours to even know if they have the right part.

Southtowne Auto Mall the Mazda dealership that is the one and only place I will ever use I went and visited all the other dealerships today and Mazda was the absolute most out front friendly on top of their people about getting you the best rate they have burned my business 100% I will be coming back 100% recommend
