I had been to a few different dealerships the day I got my truck from national auto Plaza. Brandon was very helpful, informative and very upfront about a lot of questions. once I explained the situation I was in and What I was looking for Ryan and Brandon worked to get me into the truck that I wanted and now love. Definitely recommend this dealership to anybody who feels like there s no hope. Because these guys worked hard to get me into the truck I have and I m very happy

I worked with Yvonne during the car buying process. She was so amazing and helpful! She helped us to find a great vehicle and she went above and beyond for us! (Let us take the vehicle to an event we had. We were gone for hours and it was no big deal) She helped us a ton when it came to financing to get our payment where we wanted it. She was also incredibly helpful with our kiddo who was there with us. Yvonne was super kind, understanding, and patient with us!

Haven't bought a new car in quite some time - had some pains at first due to me not knowing exactly what car I wanted, but Bobby and Brandon went the extra mile to help me get into the ride I wanted. I can't thank them enough for their help and patience, and I love the Santa Fe. Check these guys out if you're in the market for a car, they'll take care of you!

Title: A Harrowing Experience With National Auto Plaza, Sandy UTI write this review in deep frustration and utter disbelief after an appalling experience with National Auto Plaza in Sandy, UT. I was transparent about my financial predicament from the start, willing to downgrade to a vehicle with lower payments, but the series of unfortunate events that unfolded have left me exasperated and disappointed. My experience started on October 2, when I traded my 2018 Kia Optima Hybrid EX for a used 2017 Hyundai Veloster. Within two days, I was back at the dealership with the Hyundai, as the windshield was barely secure, and the transmission slipped during highway merging. Showing considerable empathy, they traded me into another vehicle - a 2017 Honda Accord LX.However, the troubles continued to mount. The car wouldn t start on October 8, which was promptly 'fixed' by the dealership. Convinced by their swift action, I left a positive feedback on Google reviews. But the nightmare was far from over. The vehicle refused to start again on October 13 and then on October 25, it needed another starter which claimed to be new but was, in fact, a remanufactured one.Things took a devasting turn on a business trip to Elko, Nevada. On my way back home, the luckless vehicle stopped in Wendover on November 3, refusing to start again, leaving me stranded and costing me a crazy $500 for a tow truck back to Sandy, UT.Left with no option, I asked the dealership to let me walk away, but instead, they sold me another car a 2018 Honda Civic. The tragedy didn't end as the check engine light blinked shortly after my initial drive. The car was diagnosed with an 'EVAP large leak', adding to my distress.Today, November 9, I am back here again at National Auto Plaza, begging to get my old Kia Optima back. The whole experience, marred by mechanical issues and the dealership's inability to provide reliable vehicles, has been expensive, time-consuming, and emotionally draining. They have chosen not to help me and when I expressed frustration about the experience they kicked me out of the dealership and now I have no car and no ride home. The financial burden I am under is already great, and this series of encounters has only magnified it. I cannot recommend National Auto Plaza Sandy, UT, to anyone for a used car purchase. This ordeal has taught me a harsh lesson about the dealership's low accountability and lack of transparency. Please, if you value your time, money, and peace of mind, consider this review.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. We went in looking to trade in our car, knowing it most likely wouldn t be an option right now. We sat there for hours, worked out a deal. Had us SIGN A CONTRACT with the worst case scenario, and told us he work on a better deal . Gave us the keys, took our car and we walked out. Now ALMOST TWO WEEKS LATER. Ozzie is having a sales man text me being the middle man telling me that we have to get a co-signer or come drop another 5k or bring the truck back. DON T do business here. Shady as hellAlso all the 5 star ratings they ask you to please do that after they sell you a car. They aren t real honest reviews. And according to Ozzie today the sales man lies to you to get to you to agree so there s there. Their own loan person is telling me that they will lie to try and get you to agree.

Pretty sure these guys are shady car salesman and pulled a fast one over on me and my husband. We bought a truck back in June of 23 and we didn't have the best credit but they assured us that we'd be able to refinance in 6 months. Well here we are trying to refinance through our bank and since we bought the truck for 40,000 and today it's values at 27,000, the loan officer at the bank is convinced they took advantage of us and screwed us on our trade in as well. My advice don't buy from them!!

Great experience with this place, Brandon hooked me up with a great car with low Mileage and lots of features and one that fit my needs perfectly, I went in with my guard up because of the connotation of car salesmen, but Brandon exceeded expectations and I ll definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family when the need arises. And Brandon definitely deserves recognition for the job he did! Thanks guys!!

Was in the market after having my run with my 2010 Genesis Coupe 3.8, wanted to get into something newer and a little smaller. Was initially looking for a GR86, called a 4 dealerships but no one had any. Called NAP and the salesman Brandon answered. He checked their dealership, as well as all others in the area (no other dealership I called did this!!). He asked if he could shoot me a text with a few cars he thinks I d like based on my request.Within 1 minute after hanging up, he texted me one. The first car he sent me was a 2017 Mazda MX-5 RF. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Upon first glance I was obsessed and scheduled a test drive that day. Brandon was super quick to respond, super helpful.Went to the dealership, test drove the car, traded my Genesis in, bought the car, and drove it off the lot within 3 hours of arriving at NAP.Fantastic communication on every end. Would buy here again through with Brandon!!

These guys are the worst!!! I bought a car through them we agreed on a $1200 dollar down payment, 3 days later they call saying the bank needs $3300 more down I told them I couldn't afford that they said not to worry we will just add it to the end of your car loan and to not worry. Well here we are 5 months later and I get a $3300 collections added to my credit. Trust me when I say don't go through them. They will tell you what you want to hear and then stab you in the back!!!

Wish I could put 0 stars. We came looking for a car around or under $15,000 and the salesman treated us terribly, made us feel poor and judged us. He said Have you found any cars at that price? Why didn t you buy those? He did take us on a test drive for a car but it was filthy and covered in dog hair. The whole drive the salesman was ripping a vape. So unprofessional.

Be careful online listing price was different and they were literally doing everything they could to not let me get the car I wanted and in the end didn't get. With the amount of money spent it shouldn't have been an issue. The cars they showed me ended up having issues off lot that we are getting taken care of and one of the others I was shown definitely straight had transmission issues. My car I ended up with I had been informed after purchase that it had never been looked at and has since burned 2000 dollars out of my pocket in repairs. I have never been so frustrated in my life.

So long story short I was on a Harley ride and spotted what is now sitting in my garage a 2023 GMC Blacked out. The minute I ride on the lot I literally see this girl in a full sprint running to introduce herself immediately I was stocked that I was going to make her day. The process was simple and she was super awesome to work with. Thank you Harmony for being so rad.

Three weeks ago I purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra from NAP. I paid cash. The purchasing aspect went smoothly and my salesman was very nice. I was in and out the door within two hours. As far as that goes, that was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Two weeks ago it was brought to my attention that my taillights were out. Replacing the bulbs didn't solve the issue, so I decided to take it in to the Nissan dealer. I assumed that a reputable dealer would service a used car before reselling it. I was wrong. It turns out my new car has a leaky oil gasket, blown cv axel, and a blown taillight fuse. I'm now into this car $3K more than I should have been. Despite the easy sales process, I would not buy here again.

This was by far, the worst dealership experience I've had yet! My wife and I drove 45 minutes to buy a truck I was already approved for with no down payment, so of course we were excited to finally get the truck we worked so hard for.our salesman Bobby told us he was just putting in the paperwork, unfortunately after four hours of waiting, another person informed us that Bobby had left two hours prior without putting in our paperwork or informing us that he was leaving! So after all the waisted time the other man did apologize and paid for our gas we had waisted and told us the sales manager would be calling us on Monday, I truly hope he will help us get into the truck we were already approved for, if that happens I will be changing my review because after everything, all we would like is the truck that we were already approved for! This was an experience that should have been a huge achievement for us but instead made us feel completely unworthy of Bobby's time. On the other side of that, thank you to Sid for at least acknowledging us and doing what he could to ease the frustration, we appreciate that and would still love to get our truck from another salesman. I will keep you all posted on the outcome on Monday!

I was very weary of buying a car for less than 2K from this dealer. I knew it was not the best car and that was very evident during the test drive. I drove the car and it clearly had some issues as well as was filthy. But I decided to get the car anyways. I was upset because they had the vehicle posted for about 1,700$. When everything came out, the car was totaled over 2K. No registration, but I did pay tax. One issue I had was communication with the titling team. They took over 2 weeks to get me the title. When I asked for a temporary tag, they were not very helpful. I had to pay for Ubers from my area to Sandy, in which they told me that the title was ready, but then would tell me the team wasn t in that day. Or the title wasn t ready after they said it was.The car was what it was advertised. The power steering pump and AC died within a month of me having the car but I understood since it was a used car. I believe the car was worth what they sold it to me for, minus the markups. It was a good option as a clunker to get me around.I had one other experience with this dealer 1 year ago, at their Murray location, in which we looked at a car that was posted as a non-running car. Again, they upped the price about 200$ on a non-running vehicle and I chose not to buy.Try to get with an honest agent here, but generally an Okay option.

I bought a used truck here about 3 months ago. Been nothing but a headache since. They made mistakes when they submitted for financing and then wanted me to lie to cover them. Took forever to get my plates and then when I did get them they were wrong so I had to go to the dmv to swap them out. Good thing i didnt get pulled over for having the wrong plates on my truck. To top all that off the truck has so many issues. Pretty disappointing that I will have to put a bunch of money into this truck to get the way it should be. Dont ignore the red flags at this place!! I wouldnt buy a bag of chips for there

The service department is top notch here. Keno specifically helped me and took time out of his day to replace a flat tire that I got randomly while driving near national auto. He did this out of kindness without asking for anything in return. I could tell while being there that the whole service department gives the best service to those they help! Thank you for getting me on the road!

I went in trying to get a good deal on a truck. I have a 30-90k dollar range. They don't mark any of their vehicles with a price. The salesman don't even know their own price. I was looking at a duramax that the sales guy said was in the low 40s. After checking it out I asked several times what's the real price. This was the second vehicle we checked keep in mind it was none of the trucks I even asked about. He told me it was 46500. Deceptive people over there. The manager was shady as well. When I say I want a good deal I mean it. They kept looking at my dad like he was the deal maker but in reality I needed a ride in my own truck. These guys are clowns i should not have to ask a slezzy sales person for a price on a truck. Was looking to buy 3-5 diesels for a buisness venture but im tired of giving bad people money. Their better buisness reviews is 1/5 stars and thats all you need to know about their "customer care" ps they dont care. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!Edit: There should not be adjusting prices. There is the price you guys paid and the price you need to sell at to profit. I hope you guys drown on your inventory with that logic. That is the most shady reply I've seen from a dealer.

Shane was very helpful and relatable. He was honest with us and made sure that my daughter was buying a reliable vehicle. We may have found a family car salesman, because Shane was AWESOME. Give that man a raise!

There isn't another dealership in the valley that can beat national Auto plaza's prices and customer service. Ask for JJ or Alex.

The sales people as well as the sales manager missed out on a 1 to 3 truck purchase from me and my son. They said they would show us the trucks we were looking at but, they showed us one we weren't interested in and one we might have been interestedin. The idea that buying a car is some experience is crazy to me! Give me the price and we can work from there but, they couldn't even do something as simple as give us the prices on trucks they wasted alot of our time by play some used car salesman bit. We never got a price on anything we were looking at just a guesstimation and actually they never gave us the prices! It would be alot easier if they just put the price on the vehicle , instead they wanna pull some dog any pony show!To us this was an aggravating!!Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

Great experience with Javier buying a truck. He even filled up the gas tank for us. They cleaned it really good and changed the oil and he had it all ready to go for us.
