Super helpful staff. Honest conversations and negotiations. Wholesale prices for commercial vehicles. Saved over $800 on fleet vehicles I bought after comparing to several local well know dealerships.I have sold and bought here many times after getting better purchase quotes than several other places I sold my used corp vehicles.DTI has been my largest hurdle as a small business owner and I get an average of .5 to 1.5 below finance rates I get at my credit union.Ask for Ricardo, come with an honest deal, and sell or exchange used for new or used. I like that I can just deal with one place and person without needing to go online.

Eddie was fantastic! What a great car buying experience! Without asking i was given a 2 thousand dollar coupon. I found a newer and nicer car than I thought I could afford at a price and rate I am very excited about! No haggling. Toped off my gas tank, ordered me a new antenna, and kept my financing right where I asked as far as payment (under $200) and at 5% interest with no early buy out penalty. I couldn't have asked for anything more. From all the shopping around town. Your budget SMASHED THE COMPETITION ON PRICING AND INTEREST RATE! (BY 15%!!!) THANKS EVERYONE (AND EDDIE)

If you're looking for a great deal on a great car this is a great place to go. Eddie is super cool and the staff always take care of the customer. Car didn't have mats and we went and picked some up on the house. Great buying experience.

When going to Your Budget Auto Sales Mario had approached me while looking at a charger they had on site, not like your typical pushy sales person but as a very pleasant approach and listened without being pushy, unfortunately the charger i liked was a bit out of my price range and he had worked on getting another vehicle after giving choices of what I liked. Close to a month had gone by and he kept in contact every week then had another charger that had came in which matched all criteria and I was able to drive away a very satisfied customer. The whole management and sales staff are one of the best groups l had the pleasure of working with and they were able to overcome all obstacles to get me the loan no matter how difficult I had been. I would highly recommend them to purchase your vehicles through as they are one of the best out there. Thank you so very much which words can't express how happy I am. Keep up the great customer service and showing you truly care about your customers.

I went to your Budget Auto expecting to to either not get approved or get a really high rate. I spoke with Eddy and he not only got me approved for a really nice car, but he managed to lower my rate from 10% to 5%. So if you go there make sure to talk to Eddy he will get you the best rate. Will recommend!!!!!!

These guys are awesome! We came in and left with a car that day! They work with you and your situation. This was my first time buying a car, so I was very unsure about the process but they are very positive and I was very impressed. Amazing salesman and amazing service! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I GREATLY recommend Your Budget Autosales!!!!!!

They were amazing they helped me out when no one else in salt lake city would sell my a car because my identity was stolen and I have shitty credit since im waiting for everything to come off my credit which takes up to 6 months. Mario was my salesman and he was really good. They have honored every word they have promised to do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. I loved Your Budget Auto Sales! They're so friendly. Made me feel part of the family. They tried to accommodate my needs as far as they could. I felt no pressure at all. Never going anywhere else again. They gave me a great deal on an amazing car. Definitely satisfied. I recommend them to everyone and anyone.

I am a paint contractor and a sensible man. If you bought a lemon from these guys it is 100% your fault. No one should trust any dealer as to what comes out of their mouth. Quit whining all you "one stars". You should do your do diligence to any car that you purchase, as is. You should proceed with great care and caution and doubt. But you didn't! Take it to your mechanic to do a 150 point inspection. But you didn't. That's what I did and I ended up with a great truck! SIMPLE! And armed with my mechanics noted issues I was able to barter a better deal. SIMPLE! If your unhappy with your purchase (from anyone) you have only yourself to blame! Never buy a car without thorough research and your mechanics approval! Also for you with credit problems and hassles, well, quit buying things on credit. Save up and pay cash and bypass all that crappy paperwork and approval hassle! Don't buy a car until you have the cash. Drive a hoopdy until you can afford to upgrade with saved cash! It's called old school and sacrifice! Mic drop!

I haven't even buy a car from them and I absolutely regret it!!!! They are Honest and they offered me a better deal that I end up missing from other dealership that ripped me off (Sunburst), they help me understand how how the process of buying a car works. DON'T miss having a deal with honest people!!

Recommend it for anyone who needs help to get a car. Eddy was very helpful, he will go above and beyond just to get a car for you. I didn t get the car that I wanted but at least I got a car for me and my son. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

I went here a couple years ago to get a Mini Cooper, and was really excited about it. The salesman was really nice and not pushy. But the car itself leaked oil to point where it couldn t even hold it. They said they would get it fixed and never did anything to it. They also put my temp tag on the back with tape and it flew off and then I couldn t drive it until my plates came in. The car ultimately was so messed up I couldn t afford to fix it and pay the payments. I would not recommend this place to anyone it s like the used cars that are all messed up, and no one can actually fix them.

This used car dealership has impressed me because they went out of their way for me and my children. We very much needed a reliable car and with their patience and mine..they were able to make it happen!. I got the car we had our hearts on and we are still very happy with them. They greet me with a smile, hello, and a firm handshake. I recommend this dealearship to anyone who is just looking...you would benefit if you come to Your Budget Auto Sales and come see Gus, Vanessa and Samantha! Also their fine sales people.!!

I give these guys no stars. The cars their are absolutely horrible they buy them at auction at dealer cost and take them back to their NON CERTIFIED MECHANICS. they then Dr. Them up to sell them to honest hard working people. Your lucky if your car lasts a month. We had purchased a vehicle from them in less than o month the motor went south. Along with several other problems. They had our car longer than we did. We had four separate major problems with the vehicle in less than three weeks. They gave us a loner car that had absolutely NO OIL IN IT the motor in the loner car blew up and ceased on us leaving my wife whom was 8 months pregnant at the time along with our three amazing boys stranded on the side of the freeway then tried to stick us with the tow bill.. they had our car in their make shift garage for two months and the check engine light is still on and they refuse to fix it. These guys are nothing but a bunch of crooks. The most crooked dealer I have ever been to in my life. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

This place was amazing to me. I was having a hard time finding a place that would approve me for a car, I had tried multiple places before I had came here and none of them compared to the customer service these guys had. It was a great experience here. I would recommend coming here for a car if you want great service, someone who will take a chance on you and having you leaving happy.

I couldn't select zero stars. This is the worst business I have ever been in contact with. Horrible customer service. I got put in a vehicle the same day they bought it from an auction. They hadn't even test drove it yet. I had a different vehicle before this that I was fully qualified for, and had insurance and registration in my name, everything. They told me a few days later that I actually wasn't qualified for it, to bring it back, and they had another buyer already getting into it. So they tricked me into signing papers for the car I have now, saying it was exactly the same as the other one and not to worry. They had no idea what was wrong with it, they just put me into it. I drove it after they had me signing things, and the motor mounts were broken along with many other things. They fixed nothing. They also, to this day almost 7 months afterwards, have never given me any copies of my paperwork. No copies of what I've signed. I've gone in many times to get it and they've told me that they don't have it. Well who does? They also had one of their salesman drive TO MY HOUSE to get a piece of mail from me to have "proof of address", and I still have never gotten my mail back either. This car I've had for 7 months, after putting thousands into fixing it, is completely broken down now. Worst decision I ever made to come here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

To be honest, I was very unsure about coming here because a lot of the other small car places I went to weren't very accepting with my situation. I walked in the door and I was treated like family. I would recommend this place to literally everybody. They work with you and help you get a price that you can afford and they are very patient, very nice and honest. GO TO YOUR BUDGET AUTO SALES. They are the best I would have been stuck in my old car having many problems if it weren't for these great people! :)

Wasn t expecting our third car from your budget to act up all of a sudden. We have a Dodge Ram 4-Door Truck that we are both in love with, the only issue is it s starting to break down on us, what I mean by this is about the ending of two weeks while we had the truck it died out on us, we had to jump start it and then while it was on, different lights were coming on (engine light, airbags, battery light) car started shaking non stop, called the dealership which is your budget and wanted us to bring it in so they can check it out. Took it in and we just picked up the truck on April 30, 2019 and wanted us to pay $290 and they pay $100 SMFH like what the hell is that. My husband asked for the receipt for the $290 and they didn t give him one. Till this day the truck is the same and nothing was fixed because check engine is on and the car is shaking and it s worse. I m gonna fight till my money is worth, if not I can go beyond this to get all my pennies back till my car gets fixed.

Came looking for a present for my mom for her birthday, and we came out with a beautiful SUV. She liked her present and we were happy due to the fair price and the fiar condition of the car. There help was great and we enjoyed coming here. Truly recommend it.

This place it sketchy, I'd stay away. Checking out the car was easy and quick, I knew what I was looking for and they quickly gave me the keys. When I started the car the "check airbag" light was on, engine light was on, and absolutely no gas (gauge said 0 miles left before empty, how does a test drive work with no gas?). Obviously this was a neglected car. Their KSL add said the car was clean and no problems, yeah that was false. I didn't even feel comfortable while in the dealership, I'd never buy from these guys.

I was lied to about being able to refinance. The financial institution they use, Atlas Financial, is notorious for high interest rates. I was in a tight spot and needed a car fast. Despite having good credit (and due to my job being new) My interest rate was 24.9%. I was assured I'd be able to refinance after 6 months. When 6 months passed, I could absolutely not refinance it. In order to refinance a car has to be under 10 years old and have under 100k miles. There's no WAY the salesperson did not know this. My own fault for being naive and not researching such things. Lesson learned: Do your research, and never, ever buy a car or take credit with 24.9% interest..

I highly recommend this place! They have great customer service and great vehicles. I went in and left the same day with a 2014 Hyundai Elantra with warranty. Ask for Victor when you go he is a really nice guy and he knows what he's doing.

They don't care about you or your safety it's all about them their gain, profits big time, don't care about loyalty as long as you bring money and in part that is understandable they're not there to help they're there to do business, but little people like you and I need someone who's willing to help us out, even if our credit is not as perfect, that doesn't mean that we can't pay or get screwed every time and as they please everyone work really hard to be able to buy something to be proud and say "I bought myself this car". Some of us can be making $8.00/hr, some more, but at the end of the day the same principals apply, work, make money and go to a dealership hopping to buy yourself a nice decent car, bring your business to this place and get screwed up at the end? That it's just soooo...! Wrong.THANK YOU YOUR BUDGET! !

First car I was able to get financed on, they made it happen. The whole staff is amazing, I was able to walk in and walk out with a car i liked the same day. I definitely will recommend anyone and everyone to get a car here.

NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN worst customer service they took our Money n made us believe we were Approved to drive the vehicle out there lot then we later got a letter saying we hadn't got Approved but yet they were Demanding us more money down they have no Shame!!!! They let us take a vehicle that hadn't even passed inspection n the airbags would deployed at any time!!! We Delt with VANESSA, VICTOR, N SOME OTHER GIRL WHO THEY CALLED LETICIA!!!
