Had what could ve been a sticky situation made so much easier and comfortable to navigate because of the awesome service and assistance provided by them. Especially by the online team. For starters, they had a part that wasn t easy to locate without having to pay outrageous dealer markup prices and they processed and had the part to me out of state in Texas within a week. I could not have asked for faster service. They answered every time I called with questions before and after my purchase. Once the part arrived, there was an issue with mounting that they quickly helped me to resolve and overcome. The patience and attentiveness they paid to me and my struggle is second to none. My experience with them will forever be one of the best I ve ever had as a customer and small business owner. Thank you Vriens Truck Parts!!

I was looking for some parts for an old Diesel truck, but I was having no luck, and due to a random search, I found Vriens. Jammie answered, "The phone was super nice and was able to take the time and help direct me to the right place." If I ever need random big truck parts, these are definitely the guys I'm going to.

Very low energy and prices are high . After paying $ 646.50 for a dirty dented fuel tank with a wasp nest inside , Jamie drove away on his forklift and left me struggling to get it into my car. He was short, rude , and extremely cocky . Calling them on the phone is even worse. They have rarely gotten back to me when they say they will . I avoid them at all cost and will continue to in the future . Far west has been prompt , friendly , and much fairer prices . Also they have treated me like they appreciate the business. I have never felt appreciated at Vriens .

Jason & Jamie are 2 amazing guys to work with. I ve had a couple of emergency situations that only they were able to get me parts and on one occasion when the part had a malfunction. I was able to get a different one with no issues. They keep the facility truly organized. Check them out!

Jason & Jammie are 2 amazing guys to work with. If you need something last min and can not find it at a dealer they are truly your best bet. Even if a dealer has it they will have something used for way cheaper. Truly have saved me 2 times. One on a slade cylinder that the dealer said would take 2 weeks and the other is on some tires last min. Even when one tire gave out, in a reasonable time they will give you a great deal and credit.

Vriens Truck Parts is an amazing place with an amazing staff. From the minute I arrived at the airport till the time I pulled out from the lot these guys were first class!The truck we purchased will be used to train High School students for their CDL license. I live in Northern Colorado. I ve been looking all over for a driveshaft for a Freightliner Cascadia that doesn t cost THOUSANDS! Finally took a shot, and called Vriens. Although they re hundreds of miles away, I wanted to get educated. The guy I spoke with (Jamie), was beyond helpful, and more than happy to do it! I was just about to pull the trigger on a $1,250 rebuild form a local driveline shop, and through our conversation I learned that they were all but robbing me blind. From what I can tell, Vriens has top notch individuals! Jamie has changed the course of my future for the better, in many ways!P.S. sorry if I misspelled your name Jamie. Lol

I m a dealer out of Kansas and bought a truck from Vriens several months back. I dealt with Jason on the deal and he was extremely professional. I actually had a small issue once truck arrived that involved some programming that had been done when the new engine was installed which resulted in not letting the engine fan come on exactly when it needed to. I took truck to a KW dealer to get issue fixed which required some parameter changes in ECU. Bill was a hair over 500.00 and Vriens took care of every penny of this!! Very highly recommended. Will def be doing more business in the future with these guys

Jason was a pleasure to deal with when purchasing and outfitting my new used truck. Everyone was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. If you are in the market for a truck or need pets definitely call on these guys they are the best in the business!!

We're from Meridian Idaho. We were passing through going too Las Vegas Nv to see family. Our air bag on our motorhome started leaking air Google brought us to Vriens on a Saturday amazingly they were open called over 8 shops nobody had our part or had a clue about our air bag.... Jason was with us through our whole parts shopping and made sure we got takin care of and back on the road safely. Thanks again Jason God bless!GoGodblessblGobless

It's like a toy store for big boys. Everything has a second chance and a story. Love this place, Jason, Jamie and the crew. Love the building and the parts they have on hand. If it's a truck part ... they have it AND they know where it is !!

These guys are awesome I couldn't find any five inch straight clamps and with in minutes they responded and sent them to my house i got them the next day. I will use them again.

Great place to find parts you need to get your truck back on the road and making you money. Jamie is awesome and makes sure you get what you need. First place I look for used parts.

Their parts guy, Jamie had me drive an hour out to cause he said he had the parts I needed and they did, but then once I was ready to take them he said he didn't want to sell them. Why have me drive out if your not going to sell them in the first place you know.
