I went in for an oil change service, everything went well, except the technician damaged my windshield film while removing the service sicker from the windshield. One of the service managers try to blame it on the sticker was to hard to remove because the glue, but I didn t agree with his findings. Even mentioned he would not pay for the damage, at this moment his supervisor stepped in and told him to step aside, he immediately was very courteous, listen and observed the damage, call the main manager and they both agreed to repair the windshield. The very next day they called me and assigned a very professional company and replaced the windshield film. I m very satisfied with all the outcome. Thank you for your great service and professionalism.

Worst service, terrible customer service. Even got told by management to stop coming to them for issues they created. No one would help when I had an appointment for over a month. Wasted my time, and I ve lost count how many times I ve had to bring my car to them. I recommend Draper location. I ve wasted countless hours just to have them make it worse. Basically if they don t fix it they bump you to the back of the line. Do not use them.

Horrible experience. They offer no customer service of any kind. After holding our truck for 2+ weeks, we picked it up in worse condition than we left it.We brought in our (under warranty) F150 after water made its way into the cabin. They struggled to figure out where it came from, and once they did, it took 2 weeks to tell us they couldn t find a glass specialist to fix it. After minimal updates, rude customer service, and no effort to give us a loaner vehicle, we came and picked it back up unfixed, dirty, and interior panels removed (yes, we had to request they were put back before my husband drove off). Not only was it not fixed, they never touched the wet carpet the entire time it was there so we now have a moldy smelling truck to deal with.There s a million other reputable Ford service centers, save yourself time and go literally anywhere but here.

The technician who worked on my vehicle was great. Very strong as she held the car wheel in mid air as she was explaining a matter. 10 years or so on the books let's hope for another 30 years. By the way where is my 10 year loyal customer gift????? Jk. Snacks and a great coffee does the job. Also the price is justified

Had a fantastic service experience today. Brought my bronco in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was pretty normal, but upon completion of the service Matthew was helping finish the final paperwork. Without me asking he was able to locate and find a service contract with one of the other LHM dealerships that I had previously and utilize it for my service. In addition to this I had forgotten to ask to have my spare rotated as well, but Matthew was a step ahead as he had already instructed the team to do so. The people are great, knowledgeable, and too busy. But busy is a good thing. It means they're good at what they do. Also, dealerships aren't expensive like they used to be.

Service advisor called me Mike. I said who are you talking to and rudely he didn't even try to correct his self. Just being a jackass because I approached him and said I have an appointment. I guess he wanted me to sit in the car till he greeted me but there was no excuse for his rude suggestion towards me, addressing me with a man's name. I should've said who your MA'ME. He also quoted me some repairs done on my car that was not completed after I waited almost 2 hours. I had to request his supervisor because I knew the work wasn't done. The supervisor also confirmed the work wasn't done and gave me my money back. I will remember that service advisor and request a different advisor. Thank God there's honest people still working in the service department.

These guys always take amazing care of me and my family.I have been using Superford for all my cars for the past 8 years.You can't get a less expensive oil change and tire rotation, if you buy a 3 pack.Price match on most service and parts.This dealership is breaking the mold of slimy tactics and overpriced poor work.These folks have been very trustworthy and forthright.

Poor communication. I reached out after receiving notice of a safety recall to which their service department told me it would be a quick fix and that I could get it fixed immediately. I called during the time they had my car to see if it was ready and no one said they knew anything about my car. They had my car for a weekend and after two wrong parts they gave it back. One of the service employees rolled their eyes at me when I went to retrieve my keys. Another told me the part was emergency ordered and would be here the next week. I never received a call. A week and a half went by then I once again called asking about an update. They once again said that they didn't know but would send it out over all advisors. I never got a call back or even an email. Flash forward to today I called after almost a month since, the employee was rude and short. Talked over me and wouldn't listen to what I had to say, but only said I need to wait for a call from them. I don't really feel comfortable or like they care about taking care of my vehicle

Worst experience ever at a Ford dealership service center! I setup a scheduled appointment to get my trunk fixed. I told them it's the electrical switch to pop open the trunk. I brought the car in early Tuesday morning, I texted the service lady and called and barely got any responses, the only response I got was 3 days later to tell me how much it was to cost and if I wanted to go ahead and get it fixed. When I initially said no, they then said they would charge me the diagnostic fee, which I was never initially told about or signed any agreement to be okay with the diagnostic fee. Again poor communication, this was all through text even though I tried calling to get an explanation of the charges, I even once got hung up on!!! finally I was able to get ahold of the service representative, and told her since the diagnostic fee was so much, to go ahead and fix the car. When I asked if the car would be fixed the following day, she confirmed it would. I then said can you at least let me know so that I don't have to bother you, because I know everyone is busy. So comes the next day, I never get any notification of the car being done, and I found out she wasn't even working that day! Even though she said she would let me know when the car would be done! I had to just call in at the end of the day, hoping someone would know, such poor communication and customer service. They gave me a Uber ride back to the dealership which the first time didn't come to the right address, and then secondly I am given a link to an invoice which had a different total than when I physically got there(double in price). Another horrible customer service and communication to add on top of all the others. A week to fix a switch on a trunk and wasn't even offered a loaner car. Poor communication, wrong invoice totals. I lost a lot of trust in this place and was very patient with them. I even inspected what they fixed to make sure it actually fixed, luckily that was actually done, that's the only reason they deserve one star or else I would say zero stars, and would recommend not bringing your vehicle here!Service: Electrical repair

I had my pickup serviced they did a great job very nice people I just wish they could have give me a quote on some tires they sell it say they sell tires but nobody wants to talk to you about it

Parking lot was full of ice it had snowed 5 days prior they did not salt or take care of in a timely fashion. I wouldn t be bothered if it wasn t all throughout the road leading into the service center bays. No signs or directions to follow and the staff member was aggressive when I stepped out of my vehicle and into the service center to ask how to proceed with my appointment. I asked how long it would be to fix a latch recall. The staff member said it was a 2 hour job but they had work from the previous day and I would need to leave my car all day. The coffee machine was broken, if these guys can t maintain the upkeep of there waiting room how do I trust them with my vehicle. I got a call at 1:40 pm that my car was ready. I showed up to pick up my car at 2:30 and the service center was closed. I talked to the receptionist upfront and he said they do this a lot and it s wrong. He rifled through the desk drawers to find my keys. I asked what patches were repaired driver or passenger door since the recall didn t state which one. He said he couldn t tell me because the paperwork said passed inspection. Now I wonder if they even did any work. I will not be returning to this dealership again. I would give negative stars if possible.

I went in because I scraped someone else's car and needed a touch up paint for the Ford. They didn't have it in stock, but they were very kind and suggested I go to another paint specialty store down the street and they provided the exact codes that Ford needed so they can mix the correct paint. I did ask him how much a bottle would have cost me and he said it was about $28. The specialty paint shop (around the corner can't remember their name) provided two bottles (one white and another pearl. The problem is it's been too cold to see the results of that so hopefully it will turn out as good as the dealership.

UpdateThey call me the next day I post the review and offer to fix it but didn't fix the whole thing since the running board was a little rusty on the back end where it got hit and it cracked and I told them about it and say they would call me since they wanted to see the security video since they were arguing that it was like thatSo I haven't heard from them sinceI'm giving one star because when I took my truck to get service at the begging of march, they hit my truck on the side and scratch it, also dent my running board..They told me they'll fix it, but wanted me to leave my truck for a whole week, which I said I couldn't since I need it to get to work.So we agreed on them renting me a car, they would call me to set a date to drop off my truck and pick up the rental,Which hasn't happened and it's been a month since we agreed on that.And because of work I can't be going every week to talk to them like I did the first 2 weeks after they hit my truck so I don't think ill be coming back till they resolve my problem

It's not really their fault but they are having a logistical problem for parts and I've been waiting for 2 weeks already and now I'm being told I have to wait for another month to get parts from my musting that were for a recall. But it sure is aggravating when they don't communicate with you to keep you abreast of what's going on. Now I have to wait for another month to get this done.

As far as the repairs go it was fine. It did take way longer than it needed to. I was told that they would call be the afternoon of the same day I dropped it off with the diagnostic and they didn t l. I called them and the person that was in charge of the repair)her name is Kristine I believe) refused to answer her phone. I kept having to talk to someone else that knew nothing about what was going on with my car and when he said she would call us. She never did, she only messaged us. Not a big deal I know. But I m very big in communicating especially when it comes to customer service and she was extremely poor in that aspect. I had to call them throughout every single step of the process.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

The adviser that greeted me quoted a could hours. I went back 3 hours later to ask him and he said I don't know talk to one of them out there. Without giving me any other details, ask them and they were very short and seemed unwilling to help me. I left again then returned at the 5 and a half hour mark to be told it'll be another hour. Feel there could ve some improvement in customer service and time quoting.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

2 weeks out for appointment. Needed recalls and keys programed. Took all day. Came in next morning said it was done. Took car. Had to come back keys still not programed. Waited 2 hours for technician to get to work. Guess he don't start til 9. Been almost 2 more hours still haven't fixed it. How hard is it to program a key. Or even verify it was done.

I took my truck in for an oil and a battery change. When I returned to pick it up they told me the total amount due, it seemed higher than I had expected but I had asked that they fix the hood, since it doesn't stay open and thought that to be the reason. After paying and getting my invoice I noticed that they had charged me for 3 batteries, parts and labor. If I hadn't double checked my invoice no one would have said anything. Yes, I was refunded but it was very unprofessional to be triple charged. They should be more cautious when putting in parts and labor into their system. Be careful and check your invoices, I know that no one would have called me or even cared of the triple charges once I had left.Services: Battery, Oil change

My car would not start and by the time the roadside service got me going it was after 5pm. I called and Mark said don t worry just come now and we will get you sorted and they did. What a relief as I had visions of my car not starting in the morning and being stuck calling roadside service again so I could get the car in. They went the extra mile and were so charming. These guys are polite and they do a great job on our oil change. Area is clean and this place is easy to find. My husband is the snap on (sell mechanics tools ) dealer for this area and they have there fair share of good mechanics.

Road tripping with a new Bronco and stopped in to get the wheel balanced. The factory didn't have a wheel lug key in the vehicle and a wheel was really unbalanced and shaking the car violently. Turns out the dealership didn't have the skeleton key for the factory locks yet. Stanley in the service department, went over and beyond expectations taking care of it and breaking off the security lug to balance the wheels. Turns out the factory never put balancing weights on it. Back on the road and rolling smooth! A+ service!

Kevin Duenas did an outstanding job in replacing all 4 tires on my 2019 GT 350 that I purchased new at Miller SuperFord. He ordered the tires and then made sure they were installed in an efficient and timely manner. He kept me informed all along the way and I have enjoyed working with him.
