The employees at this store are always nice and friendly! I had my battery & alternator checked today and the employee that helped me was kind and very helpful. I should have paid attention to her name but she has the cutest red hair!! Thank you!

My wife s car battery died in the middle of the day. She was able to get it jump started and then had to go to a meeting. She swung by this store for a new battery. The worker told her that he couldn t help her change the battery because of some computer issue that he needed a tool for. I told her it sounded like a lame excuse, and I was right. I changed the battery myself, turned the steering wheel to both sides a couple of times and all the lights went off on her car. I know good help is hard to find, but I felt it was pretty low not to help someone in need.

As a single woman it can be very frustrating trying to find someone who won't overcharge me for the maintenance items like bulbs, filters, wipers, etc., i try to do all that myself. Till i found this store. I come here and they never disappoint. Thank you to Jeff who gave me incredible customer service and even replaced my engine and cabin filters for me. It's this kind of service that keeps me coming back. HIGHLY recommend this business!

I came to this shop 2 days ago. There were 4 people in the shop. They were walking everywhere. No one came to help me. I stood at the register for 10 minutes. There was no worker there to help.

I m not sure what Gabe is getting paid, but it s not enough. Whenever i go to most auto parts stores, the workers seem to know very little. Gabe, on the other hand, seemed to have a wealth of knowledge, even about the most trivial items in the store. I had a question about Gasket Maker and he explained in detail all the types and what they did, in a precise but quick manner. I also had a question about high-heat grease for wheel bearings, and he showed me what they had, my possible options, and explained what i d need for the process - grease, grease gun, and gun tips. I d highly suggest you keep this dude around.

I will never go to the store ever again So I took two batteries into the store to have them charge them when I went to pick them up no one called me and let me know that the batteries were bad number one which you would think they would have done that hours ago and then I get home and we test them and they're both good don't know why these guys wanted to do that to a girl but buyer beware test your battery before bringing them to your own battery because these guys are just trying to scam you for $189 plus a $22 core charge for batteries and I had 2 batteries that would have been $457 that's almost a. Car payment so what if the battery smelled a little bit like diesel fuel the lady told me I gased the whole store with the battery. Witch you're an auto parts store get over it.

After attempting to find what I needed at another auto part shop, I was referred to this O Reilly. I was greeted with an EXTREMELY kind and helpful employee named Gabe! He helped me find everything that I needed, and went above and beyond to actually install the parts that I had just purchased. Gabe was friendly while helping me out, and made sure that my car was completely safe before I head out for a long drive. THANK YOU SO MUCH GABE!!!! O Reilly Auto Parts, you are so lucky to have a reliable, helpful, and knowledgeable employee!!!!!!

I wanted to share my experience at this store because of the kindness of those 2 gentlemen working there.. I believe it was Wednesday May 31.. I went to Walmart, always at Walmart for reason or another. Bought my things and walked out to my car. Marinated out there for quite some time because I was trying to muster up the strength to go about my day. I forgot turn my lights off and ended up with a dead battery. I asked a couple of guys that work at Walmart if they could jump my car but neither had jumper cables but suggested I go to O'Reilly 's and ask them. Sure glad I did because Jeff and Ty were awesome. Ty made me laugh and Jeff grabbed the jumper box an escorted me to my car. Had me on the road in a couple minutes. Was exceptionally nice and I am grateful for the help. Came back the next day and ordered the part needed for my car.. different problem. They have a customer for life. Well done gentlemen.

I loved the staff. I just wish they'd set up a phone system to say whether they're closed or just busy. There should be a message that I'm in the queue or that is a holiday. Instead i just called 3 times and the system hung up on me pretty quickly.

Had a tough time getting my AC charged. Kevin was incredibly helpful and spent alot of time with me to get everything set up. Great service!

It's right next door to Walmart. I ripped one of my wiper blades off and I had them replaced last year from this exact store. The guy came out and installed them for me. I was hoping he would do it again. As it turns out they have it posted on their door they will install them for you! I could have paid less by going into Walmart but I didn't want to fight and struggle and have to read the instructions upside down just to get them on. Also, O'Reilly is well stocked. If I'd gone into Walmart I would have had to hunt and search for a matching pair. That's a waste of time. I'd rather save my sanity and pay the higher prices to get the top of the line blades AND have them installed. The lady that helped me gave me a mini lesson on wiper blade quality. ****She said the "housing unit" is the key to a good blade. If the housing is good the blade can always do the job. The cheaper the housing the crappier your blade will be.**** I HAD TO SHARE THAT. I don't know how they stay in business. There is never anyone in there when I go. But I'm glad they are still there!

Went in to get a new battery because my auto guy recommended it. Get in there and I m instantly talked down to by Mark. He claimed my battery was good and just needed a charge. My battery was charging all morning it definitely didn t need to charge for 30 more minutes. The guy also claimed the battery was too small for my car and when asked about it, it was just because it was the $100 one they recommended 6 months ago not the $200 one he wanted me to get. Because he wouldn t exchange my old one on the warranty I bought a new one. When I said I can switch the batteries out myself he insisted he do it but I kept my ground and as I was walking out very sarcastically he said have fun. I turned around returned the new battery and took my old one back. The amount of disrespect I faced being there today was absurd, I can guarantee it s all because I m a young lady.

Great store. Clean. I frequent all the auto parts chain stores so often that I can definitely say that this one is organized and well stocked. Helpful staff for the most part. They could maybe stand to hire one more person on the evening shift. There was only 2 employees working when I went in the store around 6pm on a weekday. Overall though, great location and great employees.

Bobbi was tremendous, absolutely phenomenal customer service. O Reilly doesn t always have the best prices, but they are convenient and some of their prices are good. Either way, with someone like Bobbi helping you out, you can t go wrong stopping by.

I have NEVER been treated so poorly. This guy spoke to me with such disrespect and made me feel so stupid when I needed something very simple. Don t treat people like garbage because they have little knowledge of cars, that s why they are coming to YOU for help. Never again.

I went in O'Reilly's to get some weather mats for my car and a GENTLEMAN by the name of Hunter took the time to walk over to the mats and show them to me and helped me choose (someone else working there just pointed to the isle when I first walked in). When Hunter finished helping another customer he walked over and took the time to help me and they needed to be cut back to fit my vehicle in which he took the time after I paid for them to cut them all for me to fit my vehicle. He was super patient and SO nice. Never once acting put out. The reason I capitalized on gentlemen is because he then carried them out to my car for me. A true gentleman and left me with the best impression of this particular O'Reilly's. This is what you call true customer service GREAT asset to this O'Reilly's.

I buy this leather condition and it Supposed to be good brand I used it and next day I find out my car it s smells so bad I went there to return it and the cashier she was all upset because I used it and when I tell them what the results was they did returned it

Bought a cargo net online, picked it up here. Genuinely the nicest two ladies handled the order. Usually you get just an email when the order is ready for pickup. They were nice enough to call.The service I receive in most auto parts stores ranges from indifference to outright rude. Not here! I'll check here first when I need something for my ride.

Ruby was great to work with! My battery died suddenly and this was the closest O'Reilly to where I was. I called to make sure they had the correct one in stock. She double checked for me before I headed that way. She tested my battery when I got there to make sure it was as bad as it seemed. It was. She tested the alternator just to be sure (it passed) and had that battery changed out in minutes. She even found a shim for the battery post so the terminal gripped better. I felt well taken care of. She's a spitfire who knows her stuff from the questions being asked of her by others as she worked with me.

Great people! Jaymz (James) tested our battery (failed), had a new one (at a good price compared to the dealer), took the old one out and replaced it in 15 mins. All with a very pleasant attitude. He clearly knew what he was doing! I've been a customer for several years now and have always been happy!!
