I have NEVER had such a wonderful and comfortable experience with a mechanic.These people are thorough, knowledgeable, honest and great with communication!I thought my car was a lost cause but this garage not only fixed my car, but got it running better than when I got it from the dealership.They gave me a comprehensive quote with photos and full analysis of everything about my car to pay for it to get fixed and even told me I had money left over because I overpaid compared to what they actually did. I have never paid a bill and been told after a service that I had left over money for additional services. Talk about integrity!!!12/10 I could not recommend a better place to get your vehicle serviced. I will never take my car anywhere else so long as this place is open.Shout out to Mark for just being an incredible human being and keeping me in the loop through out the process!

Came into Little Garage with a check engine light on and a code reader indicating no.2 cylinder issue on a 2016 Promaster. After digging into it, the valve had overheated and the engine needed a valve job at 48,000 miles. I was pretty shocked that an engine had gone bad this quickly. Anyway, little garage tore the whole thing apart and I m back on the road again in my camper van. They rebuilt engine and we ve driven about 800 miles with no issues. The work they did seems like quality work and staff were knowledgeable.

Best shop I ever worked with. I brought my truck in because the heater and my left turn signal/brake light were not working. They ran the $280 check of my vehicle and sent over a link to everything they did and what would need replaced when. Burt Brothers (trash) quoted me $4000 to fix the heat alone. Little Garage was able to fix my heat, my turn signal wiring, and give me an oil change for a fraction of the cost. They saved me over $3000. Mark is awesome to work with. I would rate it 6 stars if I could.

Ryan, Mark, along with the rest of the Little Garage, completed my road trip emergency vehicle repairs extremely quickly and more than fairly priced.Outstanding great team.I sincerely appreciate Ryan, the owner. This shop is one you can trust. I don t say that lightly. These guys take pride in doing quality work and treat their customers like family. This is the place I would send my grandparents knowing they would be well taken care of and treated right. Their prices are fair and they make sure the job is done right.

Timely, Helpful and Professional.We were road tripping from out of state when our car started having electrical issues at night when we were near Wendover. We stayed the night and then had it towed to Little Garage the next day. They diagnosed the problem and confirmed it was the alternator. Since it was still under warranty they contacted our home auto shop, confirmed all the details and completed the work the next afternoon. No cost to us except for the cleaning we asked for.Ryan and his team were honest and upfront with us and except for our trip being delayed a day, it was a very pleasant experience.

I came to the Little Garage out of desperation as my dealer could not fit me in the schedule until 2 weeks after my car died in I-15. After reading reviews on many sites I decided to try the Little Garage. They did a thorough diagnostic on my car and figured out not only was it a computer glitch, but the crank shaft needed to be replaced. It runs like new now and they got it back to me in a timely manner. Their communication on all matters of the repair were detailed and complete. Little Garage was a very positive experience. The Communication and updates throughout the repair process was excellent. No work or procedure was done without my approval, and they explained what and why the repairs to be made were needed. My 2003 Subaru Outback is now running like new.

Little garage is the only place I ll take my car! They re committed to taking amazing care of me and my car! I used to take my Toyota to them and they kept it going much longer than I ever expected it to and now I have a Ford that I know is in good hands.

These guys are professional and welcoming. Mark is friendly and open about cost, and happy to answer questions. They've always done great work and I trust them completely with my car. I enjoy that they send a detailed report with photos to my email when they've inspected the car.

I've been going to Little Garage for years, and they always provide the same great service. They're quick, upfront, and willing to work with those on a budget. I never feel like they're trying to upsell me, and they're very candid about what services they're performing and why. My truck needed a fuel pump installed. LG did a diagnostic and quoted a price and timeframe. Price was good and the work was done when they said would be. Easy to deal with too.

Do not waist your money taking your car to a different shop, only to have them NOT fix the problem. Little Garage actually takes the time to diagnose the issues and fixes them in a timely manner. This is my second time going to them and they are great!

I am so impressed with this mechanic! We had an unfortunate incident where what was supposed to be a regular oil change at a Walmart auto center left us stranded in Salt Lake City with an undriveable car. When we called, they had no appointments available, but they said they would squeeze us in. We got the car towed there, and we recieved the inspection results the next morning! I love that they include a full online report with photos--it even breaks down what is good, what will need to be repaired soon, and what needs to be fixed ASAP. When we came to pick the car up, we forgot to check if they were open, and we accidentally came when they were supposed to be having their Christmas party, but they let us in to pick it up anyway! (Thanks again you guys, we felt super bad.) They even remembered my name and asked how everything was going with the end of the semester. It's not a budget location, but the prices are reasonable, and the level of service makes every cent worth it! We live in Utah county, but I'm seriously considering driving up to SLC whenever my car needs to be serviced again!

This place proved me wrong. I have a really hard time trusting mechanics. I have definitely had my share of sheisty ones in the past to say the least. Mark and his team at Little Garage did a fantastic job in repairing my ac, dead battery and burnt head light. Very reasonably priced and thorough. They gave me a detailed list with pictures of everything that needed to get done but only focused on the critical ones. No pushy hard sales. I very much appreciate their professionalism and above par work ethics. I will definitely be referring them to everyone and will take all my business there! Great job Little Garage!

Took my truck in knew what was wrong with it. Wanted him to replace the oil pan gasket and front and rear seal. He said he didn't have a set price. Didn't know how much he charged per hour. Any charge me 200 and something dollars for what he called. A service check up told me about everything that was wrong like my heater door wasn't working right. Come on give me a break. I took it in for an oil pan gasket. Not a heater checkup guys. Nothing but a rip off

I ve taken our older Subaru Outback to "Little Garage" for several repairs. This latest involved the exhaust system. We really appreciate how through they are checking things out, they email a detailed report with photos and then go over the proposed repairs by phone. The turn around time is super fast and our Subaru is running great. Also, just want to point out that we live clear across Salt Lake valley from this shop. There are a lot of car repair places closer to us, but it is worth the drive to take our cars to a place we trust. Thanks, everyone at Little Garage."10/13/23 - Battery replacement and oil change. The Little Garage is a professional mechanic shop. They have lots of business because they are good. You will need to make an appointment with them about a week out. Bring your car to the shop at 8am. Fill out details of problem and your contact information on the sheet of paper. Leave key and leave the shop. You will be updated by phone or computer on the work. Their trouble shooting is extensive with photos of all cars issues. A detailed repair and service report is sent to you to review. There are 3 areas; good, fix latter, and fix now. Read it carefully and think about it, then talk to the manager. Together you will decide what to do. Then they get the job done. It s not cheap but fair for the professional work that is done on your car. You may have to leave your car overnight. The bill is fully itemized. The only auto repair shop I have ever experienced that gives you a call a couple weeks after you pick up your vehicle to ensure things are working as expected, everything is good, etc. So impressive and shows the care for their customers!
