Austin and everyone at Auto Trim Design of Utah are amazing. We (Werner s European) use them for everything from window tint to vehicle wraps. Every time the vehicle comes back in perfect shape and they exceed our expectations. If you need vehicle customization, don t hesitate to try them. You won t be disappointed.

We dropped one of our cars off to get a remote start system installed and I have to say, these guys are quick! The car was dropped off around noon and I received a call not even 2 hours later saying it was ready to be picked up.Both of the interactions I had over the phone were also incredibly pleasant, as well as the one we had when we stopped by to pick up the vehicle. I would not hesitate to stop by this place again.

I went in today because my Jeeps driver side drain tube was clogged again.It was making water come into my car. Within 10 mins of looking at, Dereck came back and said he flushed them.He said to keep an eye on it. If it keeps leaking again to bring it back, they'll take a look at the hose part. He was so nice & didn't even charge me for the service.I really appreciate their help, especially when I didn't have an appointment.I'll definitely be back, great service.

Before leaving on a work trip, I left my car with them to have the headliner and door upholstery replaced since it was falling down in the cabin and beginning to peel. They fixed it and it looks fantastic. While I was on the trip, I asked if they could do paint repair. They took it to a nearby shop they work with and received a quote to have my roof paint fixed as well. I told them to leave it there and have it done.It was so nice to come back from my trip to what looked like a brand new car!They were on the pricey side, but the work they did is worth a five-star review. My car has new life in it and their level of service was top notch. Now I can enjoy driving this car for many years to come.

I purchased a brand new 2022 Kia Telluride through a local dealership who subcontract with Auto Trim. I worked with Steve Hammer in December 2022 to arrange the services I paid for through the dealership, which were window tinting, clear bra and protective coverings on the doors and mirrors.The day of the appointment, I dropped off my vehicle with Steve and communicated with him several times on the phone at various times regarding the services being performed. I was advised when the car was done and met with Steve again before taking possession of the vehicle. It was raining heavily and dark when I picked it up, so it was difficult to inspect the work in the poorly lit parking lot.Once I got it home in the garage and was able to look over my vehicle, I started noticing damage and issues with everything they touched. The clear bra and protective coverings had marks and scratches in them, were not lined up evenly and were already peeling away from the vehicle. The tint was not lined up with the edges of the windows and had scratches in various areas. I also noticed a pattern of scratches down to the primer on my hood, which lined up perfectly with the edge of the clear bra and scratches on the clear bra. There were also scratches along each door where they wiped along where the edge guards were applied. I was understandably furious that my not even 2 month old vehicle, which was in pristine condition prior to dropping it off at Auto Trim, was damaged so badly.I contacted the dealership who arranged a meeting with Steve to look over the work done on my vehicle. Steve denied Auto Trim damaged my vehicle and claimed the scratch on the hood was, "Already there," prior to the services. Steve said he didn't mention the scratch to me prior to performing the services because he was, "Trying to hurry," to get it done. Steve offered to redo the work, but would not take responsibility for the scratch.I ultimately elected to take my vehicle elsewhere to get it correctly and professionally fixed and redone. This Auto Trim location is dishonest, does not take pride in their work, nor do they take care of their customers vehicles while in their custody. Do yourself a favor and do not trust this business with your vehicle.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Absolutely wonderful to work with start to finish! Went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. There was a small issue with my sun roof after install and they fixed it without problem. such a cool company. They were flexible with my schedule and so nice on the phone and in person. I got my sunroof repaired and tint done on my front windows of my Mercedes. I'm so happy with the results! They saved me hundreds from what the dealership quoted me. Look no further these are the people you want to work with.

Came in today for some warranty work on my katzkin degreez heated and cooling seats. The receptionist was very friendly and they figured out the issue with my degreez system quick. I was in and out in about 15 minutes! Thank you!!

Had Auto Trim Design replace the leather seat covers in my 99 Ford F-350. They did a fantastic job. Fit and color match is perfect, they detailed the interior with new weather tech floor mats, I don t dare get in it without taking my shoes off. Price was most reasonable I ve found, and they completed the job quicker then I anticipated. I highly recommend them for seat cover replacement.

Auto Trim Design of Utah sold and installed a Momento M7 dashcam for my Genesis G90. From quote to delivery, Auto Trim Design, Derek and the rest of the staff were wonderful to work with. I have no doubt that I'll be going back again.

I would leave a negative start review if it were possible. Was recommended this shop by my insurance and let me down in more ways then thought possible. Went in for a sunroof replacement. Took them a day and half to get my car through their shop, when i received my car, came to realization they didn't clean the broken glass and returned an inoperable sunroof. They stated they didn t receive work order to complete but didn't notify me that all i had to do was reach out to my insurance to get further approval, instead callin and telling my vehicle was complete. After battling them and insurance to complete said job got my car back in the shop, had them clean the glass and drop my headliner, taking another 2-3 days and called me upon completion. I return to retrieve my vehicle and look to find a screw coming threw my roof. Called them back, they stated they had no clue of incident, even though one would realize it made a loud noise and drilling screw through roof, no one stepped out of vehicle for a quality check. Company didnt want to own up to mess they created and wouldn t pay for their miss-hap. Spence at the front desk was an unpleasant non helpful person and the manager was trying to run in circles around their wrong doing, leaving me to find a new shop and have another insurance claim. Said they have been in business since the 70s, but definitely showing their true colors of dishonesty! What could hve been maybe a two or three day project with proper communications led to an almost two month debacle

My car felt dated and boring with the old boring factory cloth. Now it feels brand new again. The Katzkin leather is top notch and the installation was perfect. I'm completely pleased. Thanks!Update: 7 months later this still seems like the best decision I made this year. My lab sits in the back seat but the dirt wipes right off and it still looks brand new. 2020 has not been great, except for this upgrade!Services: Custom upholstery design, Upholstery installation

I was recommended to Auto Trim Design to get a radio installed in my truck, and am glad I followed through. They were very easy to work with, competitive prices, and were extremely helpful when my radio was found to have a manufacturing defect. Once the return was processed they installed the new one for free.They positively communicated through the whole process, and would definitely consider them in the future for anything I needed in the truck.

I was happy and impressed with the service at Auto Trim Design. We had a DVD system installed in our Dodge van and it happened quickly after dropping off the car. They did a job - professionally and for much less money - that other places told us would be near impossible and that would cost us an arm and a leg. This is a smaller business on West Temple in SLC, but they provide big service and savings!

I had these guys install a new stereo in my truck, as well as a replacement seat heating element and a remote start. Everything was done super professional, all my steering wheel buttons work, and the remote start is so nice in the winter months! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend for anyone else looking to have any of these services performed!

I used auto trim and design to put a remote ignition in my car so I can start my car from inside my house and my car can defrost the snow or cool down the heat. I also put leather in my car on all the seats and side panels.I was very satisfied. I worked with Spence at the front desk. He set up all my appointments and everything went as smoothly as possible. My experience at auto trim and design was perfect - It was like using an iPhone when I was used to using a flip phone from 2001. Basically, it was perfect and my car looks brand new with the leather. Love that place!

These guys are impressive. I had glass shatter on a 12 year old sunroof that needed to be fixed and I was referred their way. They took the time to research the manufacturer and found out there was a recall. They ordered the new piece, billed the manufacture for the labor, and the whole thing cost me $0. I was impressed with their honesty. I realize now they could have billed me for the whole expense and I would have never known they made double on the job, but they had integrity and that's hard to find these days. Thanks so much!

Traveling out of state and Volvo sunroof would not close. Auto Trim was the only place that would help us and knew how to fix it, out of the several places we called. Spence was so helpful and got our car in right away! He and his team we honest, friendly, reliable, and serviced our sunroof quickly so we could get back on the road. They are the absolute best and I would recommend them to everybody!

Fantastic experience with a long time issue I had been experiencing with my dashcam killing the car battery due to the cigarette lighter socket always being on. Took the dashcam and wires in to Derek and within the hour, he had resolved my problem. Extremely quick, professional, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

I bought a vehicle and the dealer recommended these guys for a DVD system. They did a great job. My brother had them redo seats in a truck. They added leather and heaters. Turned out great. I'm going to have them do the seats in my new truck.
