Paul was great in helping me choose and replace my battery! He was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He cleaned my cables and made sure everything was working properly.There was a section on my rear bumper that was sticking out, so Rylee offered to help push it back in place with one of their tools.Rick, the manager, came out and was able to push it back in.I really appreciate their willingness to help me, and to make me feel like a valued customer. I am happy to have them so close to where I live, and highly recommend them. They are honest, which is extremely important to me. Thanks guys, you are the best!

I went in this morning with a problem with the heat in my car and my husband was out of town. The gentleman came out and looked at my car, helped me picked out what I needed, helped me put it in my car, then thanked me by name. All in about 5 minutes. It was a lovely experience. I was so grateful for him!

This place used to be great but then customer service went downhill. I was almost to the point of a business account but then I started getting accused of theft. I ve kept every receipt from every transaction. And I mean every transaction. If you need parts go to autozone. Cheaper parts, way better customer service, better quality and just overall better place. Until they fix these issues I wouldn t recommend going back

Rylee looked up the parts we needed and made very helpful suggestions. One part was not in stock in Salem, so he called the Midvale store to have the part ordered and waiting up there because that's where we will be doing the work.

Danny was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me figure out a problem I was having. The manager who wasn't working even took a call (off duty) to help. This is my new store for auto and motorcycle parts.

Was never asked if I needed help while he was on the computer didn't acknowledge that I was in the store poor customer service.

Nic is amazing! Professional yet personable, knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond- changing a coil and air filter for me- both parts were difficult to do with other parts that had to be removed to get to them and fitting things together just so. So rare to find customer service like this these days. Thanks so much Nic!!

I ve been into the store a couple of times, and had a really great experience with one of their managers Nic. He s been really friendly and really helpful and pointed me in the right direction to get the things I need to take care of my problems. Solid staff!

I was their second customer ever. I was greeted by every employee in the store. They knew where everything was in the store and helped me find what I needed. I came again rwo weeks later, and everything was still great.

Nic has been so helpful. Every time I go into the new Salem store he s been happy and helpful. He s helped me with my old truck and he s given me a lot of useful suggestions.
