Dr. Jeep are super honest people. I ve never dealt with people as honest as them. My wife inherited a jeep from her Grandpa when he passed. The jeep needed extended amount of work. I took it to these guys and they went above and beyond my expectations. Their communication through the whole process was off the charts. Mike is an exceptional friendly guy who cares about people and the vehicles he s working on. Not once did i feel i was getting taken advantage of. If you re looking for your Jeep to be worked on or you need to buy one, go to Dr. Jeep, you won t be disappointed. They will give you an up front and honest opinion. I love their honesty, work and their friendly environment at Dr. jeep. They will be my go to shop from now on. Thanks Mike and the rest of the crew from Dr. Jeep. You all are great people!

Drove over without an appointment. Jim came out to hook his code reader up and check the codes on my vehicle and gave it a look over under the hood. Told me what he found and thought was the issue. Nice guy and didn't charge me. Will be going back.

GUYS. I ve never been to a dealership where I felt like they actually really cared about customer service versus making a sale, until now! We found our new truck here today and they were so amazing to work with! The mechanic on site is awesome and we NEVER felt pressured to buy it. Multiple times the owner said, I d rather have my customers be happy and feel taken care of than make more money. And I believed it! They Took such good care of us, were so accommodating, and we will definitely be back in the future for both mechanical support and ohr future cars! I will recommend them to everyone looking for a quality car with quality customer service!

Dr. Jeep is fantastic! I go to these guys with anything I need for my jeep and they take care of me every time. They are both honest and affordable which is rare to find!! 10/10 recommend these guys, I will continue going here.

Super Wrench is the best mechanic shop I have ever had in Utah county. They are some of the most reliable and friendly people you'll meet. Not only do they go above and beyond but they treat you like family. They will help you anyway they can, whether it's savings money on parts or prioritizing your vehicle they are the kind of people you want to have as your friends.I have a Jeep Wrangler that needed a new engine and transmission and lots of other suspension and electrical work done and they gave me fantastic deals and amazing parts that worked like a charm. They understand you like a person instead of a number in a que, but of course I treated them how I would want to be treated. Even when life events happen and they have to take time off they still make sure you are taken care of. I will always come back to this shop for upgrades or just repairs. Thank you Super Wrench!!

Contacted Dr Jeep as I was having mechanical issues with my Jeep Gladiator, Mike was super helpful in directing me over to his brothers shop even though I called minutes before close. I was able to have my Jeep fixed by Super Wrench next door as I was traveling and needed help ASAP! Never have I experienced so much help from a dealership in the past. If I were looking to buy another Jeep, this would be my first call. I will be recommending both you guys, thanks again!

I bought my 97 wrangler from a private party and unfortunately there was a LOT wrong with it. So I went to a few shops to figure out what it would cost me and all. My friend recommended Dr. Jeep, so I drove down and after talking with Jim I knew this was my place. He really knows his stuff. He brought my Jeep back from the dead. He and his crew are very personable, honest, and kind! I am SO happy I found them. They can do any thing you want or need to you jeep. Highly recommend.

I HIGHLY recommend Russ and the entire Dr. Jeep team. They are good people....a local family shop who are good at what they do and who have a vested interest in seeing their community thrive.The entire team is professional, timely, & efficient. They explained diagnostic findings with supporting documentation & listed repair options. They kept me apprised of my rig's progress during the entire diagnostic and repair process. They put your mind at ease because IMO they care about doing the best job.Dr. Jeep has remained in business - moreover has grown for 15 years - because they provide excellent customer service, A+ work at a fair price.A local Utah business doing good.

These guys are AWESOME! I usually hate shopping for cars, but these guys made it a great experience. I had to drive for over 2 hours to get to their shop, but it was so worth it. I have never owned a Jeep, and these guys took the time to teach me and help me find the right one for me. They are very honest, and you can really tell they care about their customers. I will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend

We were so excited to get a Jeep and thought we had found the right place to help us but it turned out to be a bad experience caused by their inexperience in buying cars at auction. We payed for an extra inspection at the auction that comes with a warranty but Dr. Jeep didn t handle it correctly so we ended up paying a lot extra to make repairs that they should have brought up with the auction but didn t. I questioned them and they said sorry, it was my fault, and I should have caught all the warranty issues myself and not rely on them to inspect it per the warranty requirements. I m not a mechanic like they are. I guess that s what I get for trusting them. We are happy with a few things though. They gave us a rear seat to make it a 7 seater to fit our family of 6. We appreciate that. After a lot of disappointments we took it straight to another shop to get it safe to drive. And the craziest part is that they threatened to sue me if I left a bad review. But I wanted to let others know about my experience.

These guys are great, they really took care of me! I recently bought a Honda Civic Si from them. They were really helpful with the whole process. Made it really easy for me, and was available when I needed them. Highly recommended if they have a car you want to buy!

They were amazing! Very straight forward and easy to work with. We had brought our Jeep in for a death wobble to another location and after four times in the shop, had still not found the problem. Russ and Jim found the problem almost immediately and had it fixed within a few hours. We will for sure be coming back to them in the future.

100% recommend Dr.Jeep for all your car needs! They are very knowledgeable and treated me with amazing costumer service. They have really amazing prices that puts all other dealerships to shame! They also didn t overcharge me with fees when buying my truck. After buying from Dr.Jeep I ll never go back to another dealer or mechanic again!

Dr. Jeep and his crew are amazing. They helped me get into my first jeep when I was just 16 years old and fell in love with jeeps ever since. Now 20 years old I'm still driving a jeep and they have always got what I need at great prices. My husband and his brother go to him as well and we love them all!! Always willing to help any way they can! Highly recommend!

Dr. Jeep is a great mechanic connection to have. He was honest and told me only what needed to be done to it, which ended up not being too big. He did a great job tuning up my Jeep and now it runs great! Competitive pricing and excellent customer service.

My husband and I purchased a jeep from Dr. Jeep and they were unreal to work with! So welcoming, honest, and personable! My husband and I don t know much about jeep s and they were more then willing to teach us step by step what to do/not to do! would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks Dr. Jeep!

I made a 4 hour drive to take a look at a Jeep after taking to Russ. When I arrived he informed me on all the repairs that we made to get the Jeep road ready. Very honest and genuine. After the test drive I was sold. I drive the Jeep 4 hours back to Nevada that day no issues. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Definitely recommend

The owner made sure I felt comfortable before buying a vehicle and made sure it was safe for me before driving off the lot. Recommend getting the vehicle inspected at the auto shop behind the dealership to make sure both parties are aware of the vehicles condition so there are no hard feelings. Would buy from them again, didn t scalpe me where others would in the current vehicle market.

The guys at Dr. Jeep are the BEST!!! I'm a 'newbie' to this "It's a Jeep Thing" world. I purchased a 2011 Wrangler for my son's 16th birthday. Unbeknownst, my Jeep had a multitude of problems, including a cracked frame which had been fraudulently repaired with bondo and covered in black paint. Who fixed it?--Dr. Jeep. My Jeep had the death wobble bad. Who fixed it?--Dr. Jeep. Bent control bars, damaged oil pan, messed up spider gears--who fixed it? Yep...Dr. Jeep. Jim and Russ are the best Jeep mechanics around! They GIT-R' DONE!!!

The guys over at Dr. Jeep are incredible. They actually know what they are looking at under a Jeep where a lot of other mechanics don t. I have taken my Jeep to 4 other places before coming here and they all didn t know what was causing my death wobble. As soon as I said death wobble to Dr. Jeep, he knew exactly how to fix it and they did.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I didn't actually visit here, but called. I have a '59 Willys Wagon I was looking for some help with, but he doesn't really work on those. But "time is money" as my Dutch oma used to say and I appreciated that he took time out of his day to talk with me. I'm sure if you have a newer Jeep, he can take care of you!
