Highly efficient staff doesn't cover the amazing upbeat go gettr' attitude they have coordinated in dealing with their customer's. They researched my vehicle to custom order due to the stock stagger set rims. They made sure everything and everyone fit right place. They even went the extra mile to touch up the rims with some elbow grease. You got my word I was impressed.

My company buys semi trailers tires from an Oregon Les Schwab location and have a national account. I went here for 4 tires and they replaced 6 I requested matching tires. They add 2 that steer tires to the trailer. My shop approved it but I didn t like being upsold instead of replacing those back in Oregon with matching tires.They all ready get all of the company s business. They don t need to pat the bill. And they should have talked to me 1st. My shop did not know they didn t match.I hope they are more straightforward with normal purchases as opposed to national accounts

Had a problem with the alignment job but they made it right, so I bumped the review up to three stars.Friendly people, but if you re looking to get an alignment done on your vehicle I might suggest you to look somewhere else.The tech that performed the alignment on my vehicle absolutely forgot to loosen the clamp that held that steering rack boot on the tie rod, and when they performed the toe adjustments by rotating the tie rod, it resulted in the boot being twisted and contorted. I personally serviced the vehicle s steering rack boot on both passenger and driver sides days before taking it in so I m well aware of the condition of the boot. See attached pictures of the boot after the alignment job at Les Schwab s and after I ve fixed it by rotating it back.

Been a customer for years and been very happy till now. I gave the wrong year and size for tires over the phone. Doesn't really matter never been to a tire store that didnt ask you the size, and still personally checked the tires and on door panel making sure you got the right size. Anyway they already pulled wrong size talked me into sipping after that they said I gave them the wrong size they were to big runs on frame and mud flaps hell of a noise. They also wanted to replace front wheel bearings said one was ready to fall off. Been driving since, had another mechanic check bearings fine . Driver side only needs tie rod end nothing else. Tha could have cost me $500 to $1000 if I had trusted them and still would have had to replace the rod.

This is the worst place to buy tires. They will not honer there warranty and then they will tell you you need work done that does not just to take your money. They would not honor there warranty in tires I bought less than 6 months ago claiming my car was out of alignment and that it ruined the tires. I took my car to auto farm to get the alignment checked as well as tire busters. My car was not out of alignment and didn't need 2000 of repairs. Tire busters sold me new tires and was honest and didn't try to cheat me . This place is a rip off

This establishment is so accommodating and helpful. We have a driving business and this Les Schwab helps keep us on the road with minimal down time. The staff is always so helpful and kind. We highly recommend using them! Thank you, Dinosaur Tire for being AWESOME!!!

I was able to call ahead and rolled up 10 minutes before they closed and they were able to get my tires changed lickety-split and we re very helpful and had great attitudes.

I ve been to 4 mechanic shops in Carbon county and the experience at Les Schwab was by far the best I ve had. It was easy to relay what I needed done and they completed the work in the time they said they would. The whole process was a breeze and I d highly recommend their services.

I want to thank everyone for going above and beyond to complete the work on my motor home . I was passing thru on my way to Alaska. Had no appointment but needed new front tires, outer tie rods replaced, new ball joints and front end alignment it was 5:56 pm when I entered the store and ask if someone could look at my vehicle the Store closes at 6 pm .they said yes with no hesitation they replaced my front tires and scheduled my vehicle to come back for tie rods and ball joint replacement I highly recommend them for their service, honestly, and taking the time to explain everything recommended to be done. I will definitely have my vehicle serviced there again.ThanksMichael J Vickers

I had a set of tires installed and an alignment check. I was greeted as I came in and felt very comfortable and welcomed. The prices and procedures were clearly laid out and they were very good at explaining the alignment figures. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured or rushed. I ll definitely be back for tires on my other vehicles!

Always exceptional service, seems like it s always an emergency when I need a tire (usually a blow out). Tammy did excellent job getting us in and back on the road in no time! My experience with Les Schwab has been superior customer service! Smiling employees that take care of their customers, well done!!!

We came in with a flat on our motor home, they were slam, but they help us. We had people that were travel with us waiting down the road. Bob the manager went out of his way to help. Cory fix the tire and was so nice and helpful. We are from Seattle and do not always get that gray of service. My thanks to Bob and Cory for making a bad day to a much better day. I give the two a 10 plus, thank you

I was up here for work and just needed my front tires rotated and they were very helpful and even armolalled my tires I have been using Les Swab now for 6to 7 years and will never go anywhere else because of the great service I get. Thank You

I really loved how fast and friendly they fix my flat tire, by the way one of them help me out with putting some grease in one of my ball joints. I wast traveling from price to salt lake city and I did it safely and just on time cuz they did it quickly thank you guys.

I want to give a huge THANK YOU to the team at Dinosaur Tire Center for going the extra mile to help me out. I was stranded with a moving truck with six bad tires, and the crew stayed past closing to replace the tires and get me back on the road. Tammy, Brandon, and the rest of the staff were incredibly efficient and gracious. I recommend anyone near Price to patronize this business for extremely professional service.

I needed my oil changed and pulled into the Les Schwab in Price Utah and left with my tires balanced and rotated, a new air filter and was out in an about an hour. They were as friendly as ever. Thanks go to Brandon, Bill, and the mechanics.

We were passing thru UT to get to our final destination. Something destroyed a tire of mine and because I had an amazing experience with the Les Schwab in Bellevue, WA, I went back to Les Schwab. I ended up having to replace all my tires. This company has the best customer service and are so kind. Where we were moving to, there isn t a Les Schwab yet. Some rebar busted a tire. I called them and they paid to replace my tire with their tread warranty. This company has really blessed me and my family and definitely deserves a shout out. If anyone ever needs tires, I highly recommend Les Schwab! And if you re in Price, UT please see these people!

Had a trailer emergency that had to be fixed same day. We showed up and they were on it. Everyone was super nice, hard working and super helpful. They fixed it in a few hours and we were on our way. Definitely the place to go for any help or service

On the road, coming from Lake Powell and our trailer tire developed a flat spot. Stopped at Les Schwab s Tire in Price Utah to see if they could replace tire! They were extremely busy but immediately took care of us! The team was incredible and took good care of us! The Manager Bill took such good care of us. Touch� to Les Schwab s in Price Utah!

I managed to arrive at Les Schwab on a Saturday just in time for my car to stop functioning. They couldn't do anything right away due to limited staff and the need for parts, but dropped me at a hotel, picked me up on Monday, and fixed the problem (a serpentine belt that gone missing) quickly Monday morning.

Jaden was amazing, helpful, professional and personable. We were on a long drive with a 32 ft camper trailer that had a blowout. Jaden and Bill got us back on the road in almost no time and made sure I had the tools to handle any potential issues in the future!

If you're looking for brake work, this is the place. Service was as friendly and helpful as it gets. They are very professional and not only took expert care of our car, but us as well. They shuttled us to a restaurant and picked us back up when we were ready.I've had my tires and brakes done before, but never was treated with the caring and kindness these folks gave us.Thank you to all the staff. As usual Les Schwab service was phenomenal. Why other companies of all kinds don't use the LS model I don't know. My father was this kind of retailer and was successful and happy luckily we didn't need the chains yet! Thank you! And the Cafe that was recommended was great.
