They are difficult to work with when it comes to ordering parts. Feels like all they care about is customers who want to buy a new car. Go to any other Toyota dealer in the state if you want better customer service. They also charge you an extra fee if you use a credit card.

Oil changes, tire rotations, parts replacements-- oh my!We have been servicing both of our vehicles with Brent Brown Toyota for years and we have always had a positive experience. Their parts department was able to get us what we needed; fast and at a fair price. They are honest and thorough which is rare to find in a world of quick fixes and corner-cutting.

Mika, in the sales department is worth going there for. He is over the top in knowledge and customer service; he's genuine and honest.
