Do not buy from the Orem Location! Bought a car from them, took it on a test drive and ran great! Should have had a mechanic look more closely since once I bought the car and took it in for maintenance it had multiple leaks from both the water pump and turbo coolant line that was literally broken and pressed back together. My Planet had put minimal coolant and oil in the car to cover up the problem so when filled up it was a mechanic s nightmare. It was a blatant attempt to cover up the issue and deceive their customer. When asked for a fair way to alleviate the problem the manager had his employees indicate he was not there and then was on location when I decided to show up unannounced 5 minutes later. This is a crooked establishment that will take advantage and avoid you when confronted or asked for a fair resolution to their obvious deceit! There is no honor amongst thieves!!

My Planet Auto is hands down the best used car dealer that I've ever worked with. I sold two cars and purchased two through them and it was a very easy, no-pressure, and quick process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a used car

We were looking for a nicer "older" used car for my mother in law. For our price point (no more than $6000), most of the vehicles at the bigger lots were way overpriced, super high-mileage, or had lots of body damage.We found one at Planet via Carfax, called on it and immediately made the trip from Salt Lake to Orem to see it.We were not disappointed in the least.Upon pulling in, they already had the vehicle parked in front, ready to test drive. That was a nice touch. They gave us the keys and said "take as long as you need to test drive".We drove the car, loved it. Aside from being exactly as advertised, it was FAIRLY priced; well within KBB and NADA recommendations. Most other dealers had significant markups on this same model/year/mileage. The car was already detailed (including the engine).I mention this because another, larger dealer, (ahem...LHM) told us they don't even clean vehicles unless a customer is going to buy it, because it is a waste of their resources.Really?Anyways, financing was a snap, and within an hour, we were driving it home.In fact they even washed it, and filled the tank before we took it.I easily recommend them, and would go back again.

I recently came in and purchased from Benny and the process was so smooth and there was no pressure to buy. Even with a few hiccups Benny was super patient through it all and helped me get it all sorted. Definitely recommend heading there if you re in the market for quality affordable used cars!

I really avoided car shopping for a long time because of preconceived ideas I have about car salespeople. But I saw a car I was interested in at a price I was interested in, so I went to take a look. I worked with Stephanie and Carlos and they were great. Stephanie gave me a run down on the car and sent me off on a test drive; super friendly. When I got back, Carlos talked to me more about the specific car, and broke down all the numbers for me. It was so straightforward. He recommended a few places for a good rates for financing and I felt zero pressure. It was such a simple a d straightforward experience. Really glad I stopped buy and would totally go back.

We have had an amazing experience with My Planet Auto. They were able to get us a great deal on a car that other places couldn't get us. We came in with bad credit and Carlos was able to get a loan secured and the keys in our hands within a few days. When we had a small problem with the car we bought, we let them know and they told us to bring it back in to have it fixed. They also got us a great deal on new tires and installed those for us as well. The service there is amazing and each person we worked with was very nice and not pushy at all. They gave us several car options and let us take our time on deciding what we wanted to by, with no pressure. I would definitely recommend!!

We just bought our first car from here and it was a wonderful experience! They gave us space to look around the lot and weren t pushy when we wanted to test drive. When we came back to purchase the car, Carlos helped us find the best loan deal with a local credit union. He was super knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as he answered our questions and explained the whole process for us. They also offered to cover the cost of removing the harsh tinting on the windows that the previous owner put on the car. Overall, a great experience especially for our first car-buying experience! Would definitely recommend checking out My Planet Auto. (I will say, it s only been an hour since we bought the car, so there hasn t been time for us to look into any mechanics issues, but it runs great!)

We were treated with such friendliness and kindness from all of the staff. We felt taken care of by Carlos and he patiently helped us find a financing option that we were happy with. We never felt any pressure to buy but didn't want to wait since we found such a great deal on a car we loved. They even went the extra mile to fix a sensor while we were filling out paperwork so we wouldn't need to schedule a time to come back. Highly recommend and we will be back when we need another car.

I would give it 4.5 because everyone is so nice and welcoming they helped me find the car I wanted and made sure everything was ok with it before I bought it. If something small comes up they are willing to fix it and they speak Spanish.

Don't ever buy from this company. My son bought a car from them. He drove less than 100 miles and it broke down. He now has to pay $1800 in damages to repair it. Do not trust them at all. They will not stand behind their sales. Don't waste your money. How well does this company thoroughly check when it cannot even drive 100 miles. The insurance did not pay for the full damage. Think twice from buying from them ever!!!!

My Planet Auto was great! Just got my car there and worked with Benny, he was very helpful and super professional. Bought the car with no hassle whatsoever. The price was clear and absolutely no hidden fees. They are very transparent and have your best interests in mind. Honestly the best dealership I ve ever worked with. Great people to work with. Benny Ortega made this the easiest car purchase we have ever made, and we have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years. He was friendly, helpful, thorough, and efficient. No pressure at all. He made sure we were taken care of and completely satisfied with our purchase and the process. I high recommend My Planet Auto. Benny and the rest of the staff are the best! We love our 2020 Chevrolet Equinox.

Best car dealership in Utah county. Super trustworthy, extremely helpful, the best part is they are not pushy at all. They listen to your needs and help you with your process of buying your car. Highly, highly recommend!

We stopped in looking for a car with low miles for a great price and after looking throughout Utah valley we stopped in at My Planet Auto! This was the best dealership in all Utah County! Carlos is a very professional and caring salesmen! Carlos was great at explaining everything and making sure we were treated fairly! Fantastic! My husband and I wanted a car we could buy without a loan and still a good value. We almost gave up with the ridiculous used car prices happening everywhere. We found a great Civic with a low price and hardly any mileage. Benny was awesome to work with, very reasonable, patient, and accommodating. He let us take the car to two different mechanics (once before and once after the deposit) and even though we didn't make a deposit the first time we took the car out he was willing to let it be out until closing (4+ hours) and treated it as sale pending so it wouldn't get sold out from under us. That meant a lot because several people were seriously looking at it since it was such a steal. The price was more than fair, so we didn't have to barter (which I hate doing), he changed the oil before we took it, he let us wait until after the weekend to come pay in full, and he didn't push financing down our throat or punish us for paying in cash. We really appreciate the attention given us so we could have a good experience. Thanks My Planet Auto, we will come look here first next time we need a car.

Benny and Nephi were absolutely wonderful to�work with! I didn't feel pressured at all and they were very easy going. They helped me find a car within my budget and didn't pressure me to go over. They had a great selection of cars! I had a hard time trying to narrow it down to just one. I highly recommend�coming here! Although I didn't end up buying a car due to unforeseen�circumstances, I will definitely come here in the future when I need a car! Thanks again!

This company is so great!! Not only were we in and out super fast they made you feel like family! They want to take care of you and not only just sale a car! Great experience! They didn't have the car I wanted, but I loved how they had the Carfax reports readily available inside each vehicle and disclosed important information (like prior accidents or damage) right up front.

After visiting several dealers and test driving a few cars, I found myself at Planet Auto in Orem. The car I was looking for was the nicest one I had seen so far. I was offered a test drive and was told by Benny that there was room to negotiate on the price. My mind was blown! This wasn't my first rodeo but THAT was a first! Benny explained my options and helped me secure awesome financing. It was a super quick process. Everyone in the office was super friendly! Best car-buying experience EVER! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family. I will also be a repeat customer as long as they are there! THANKS BENNY! I LOVE MY MALIBU !!

This is a very fair, honest and easy to work with car dealer. I had a great and very satisfactory experience here. After searching for a vehicle for almost an entire month and walking away from many, many dealers because of dishonesty, or being difficult to work with, it was so nice to find this used car dealer and to be able to deal with people who care about creating a great business to deal with and who can treat the customer right. The end story of working with a dealer is to feel you got a very fair price and a good, reliable vehicle for that price, and I got both from this dealer, and that is a rare thing. I would most definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used car.
