Never buy from Johnson auto experts. I understand that they buy wrecked cars and fix them, at least that's what I thought. We gave my brother his new to him used car for his birthday and he was Beyond excited which he got to drive for about a week before we left on Vacation for spring break. When we returned today from our spring break vacation on April 7 2024 my son noticed his car was dirty and decided to wash his car, as he started to wash his car the paint from the roof started to come off and a big ugly rust spot was revealed from the shotty paint they used to cover it up and to trick us in to buying the car. When I reached out to the guy who sold us the car to see if he would fix it he told me I was on my own to fix it. Who knows what else we will find wrong with the car. My recommendation would be to never by a car from them unless you or the person you are buying the car for wants to be very disappointed

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mason at Johnson Auto Experts, and he was super kind and patient. He listened attentively to our concerns and took the time to address each one thoroughly. Mason was willing to go above and beyond for us - not only did he provide top-notch service for my immediate needs, but he also went the extra mile to ensure that I was set up to finish my registration for the car. We were only able to afford so much so he helped get us a generous discount as well. If you're looking for a reliable and customer-focused auto service, I highly recommend giving Johnson Auto Experts a visit. Ask for Mason you won't be disappointed.

Showed up at the main office and needed to wait for ~10 minutes for someone who spoke English to assist us. Everyone was friendly enough. The vehicle we looked at was overpriced for the condition. Frayed serpentine belt, cracked power steering reservoir etc. Many of the cars also had AS IS disclaimers associated with the vehicle sale. Victor was kind and accommodating. Please note when visiting that there is little to no parking within the fenced lot. It may be better to park at the Axe Throwing business just to the south and walk in.

Just brought a car from Johnson Auto experts. Was really pleased with my experience. Even though we had a bit of a problem with the bank the sailsman ( Mason) worked hard and straighten everything out with. The car runs really good and was very clean. In side and out. Wouldn't hassate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a good used car.

Two thumbs WAY UP!!! These guys are A-MAZ-ING! After looking several other places we thought we'd try Johnson Auto Experts also. So glad we did! Vehicles are exceptional and the service Victor gave us was stellar. He was honest, straight forward, easy to work with and made himself highly accessible. I'm beyond thrilled that this was the "1st car buying experience" for our daughter. Totally recommend!

Don't know what happened to my last review. But Victor is cool but I was mislead about my vehicle I was told it had a rebuilt title because of a theft. And bought it with that knowledge. After having vehicle a couple of days I googled the vin # I learned it was because the vehicle was in a flood. Vic is cool but please Google vin before purchasing.. Or do a car fax.

We saw the car we wanted online and immediately called in. We lived an hour away so we asked we asked the saleman Orlando, all the questions over the phone. He sent pictures of the vehicle and was very upfront and honest about the cars condition. We drove an hour to get there because we trusted all that Orlando had told us. We arrived and were told that we could test drive it as long as needed and take it to a mechanic. Orlando wasn't pushy but instead helped us find our dream vehicle by being patient with us. The vehicle checked out at the mechanics, we bought it and we drove it home. It works great! Definitely would recommend this auto body shop to anyone even if you have to drive the distance to get there. Everyone there was so nice and helpful, very good environment with very kind & knowledgeable people.

It was a very pleasant experience to deal with the Johnson car dealers.. Orlando took the time to explain very clearly the state of the cars I was looking for.. I feel I will come back here in the future

I didn t even buy a car here, but these guys were super helpful and not pushy at all. Encouraged me to take my time, take the car to a mechanic, do whatever I need to do to be confident in my purchase. I honestly hope I do buy here because these guys have earned it. Victor is great and very helpful, I d recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable priced cars.

This dealership is friendly and made my purchase smooth without a bunch of added stress. I got a great deal for a Mini Van (Nissan Quest) that ought to run for a few years for my family. My Sales Consultant Orlando was very helpful and easy to work with.

Proceed with caution, they will be friendly until the sale is done. If they sell you a car listed "as is" request a 30 day money back guarantee. They will say no because their vehicles are trash.
