I recently called in and spoke with Mia about what was going on in my case.She was so knowledgeable and suggested your new tow truck services might just help us out. We are an older couple who needed help moving my deceased brother in laws Harley to our house. Being a Young customer allowed use to get that done "Easy Peasy". We had called around and could not find anyone to help with a truck order trailer. The tow truck services were outrageous, 185.00 plus 5.00 each mile. So I decided to call the one place I know with the smartest person I know. She listened and then she took immediate action in assisting me my case. In just a few minutes my worries were resolved. Today the tow truck showed up and delivered Eds brothers motorcycle to the driveway. It brought tears to his eyes. Thank you Young and to Mia for being one of the first real full service dealers in Northern Utah.

The agent got me all fired up of buying a car. I was there for 4 hours. I took a test drive. At the end of the visit, he came back and said, "We cannot approve you, I am very sorry. Come back and say Hi, when you can." I was very angry even though I didn't show it. The credit pull was unnecessary. I could have performed other things that would have been more productive than this visit. I was not a happy camper. This company or anyone else shouldn't be doing this to customers. This kind of attitude and action draws customers away so they have no desire to come back. Think about it!!!!! Poor service. Will this bring you happiness? I think not!!!!

Horrible service department!! Talked us into 60,000 mile service for like 700 bucks. Outback would barely run afterwards! Check engine light on in less than 2 blocks away! Back to dealer.. cracked a spark plug changing them I was told training a newby!! Get home and no battery tie down strap after battery was changed! Back to dealer. Forgot to install! Car surged at idle always afterwards. Dealership full of young guys barely out of high school. What a joke.. BAD JOKE!!!!! Perfect car...terrible service!!

Seriously, the customer service and how they take care of people are hands down one of the best in the state. I've never seen better service from anyone else time after time. They are consistent, considerate, and really quite amazing for a business. Thank you for being my Go to place for car service.

Young Subaru is the best!! They always give great service. Fast, courteous, accurate, and complete. One and done. I always think I have a favorite tech, until the next visit and then I'm just as impressed by the service from the next representative. They are ALL the best.

My son has a 2012 Subaru Outback that needed the head gaskets replaced. This is a $4,000 repair because of the machining that needs to take place. Before the car went in it had a leak, but it was manageable. When we got the car back it was still leaking, but now at twice the volume. When we took it back in to look at the now larger leak, Subaru told us at that point that the repair wasn't under warranty because it was a branded title, which they did not happen to mention before the repair. If we would have known that we wouldn't have had Subaru do the repair because other shops would have stood by their work. After some talking to Parker, who was a great help, Subaru decided to take the car and look at it again. After 5 weeks of my son not having the car, Subaru returned it saying they had fixed the problem. By the time my son had got home he had lost a 1/4 of a quart of oil and the leak is worse than ever. The car is going in tomorrow to a reputable repair shop and we will never go to Young Service again nor will we ever buy a Subaru if you can't seem to repair them.Service: Engine repair

Cade was outstanding the whole time my vehicle was there for service! He made me feel very welcome and comfortable while I was there. He walked me around the guest area to show me exactly where everything was. He kept coming back in to keep me updated with my vehicle. I highly recommend him and I will be taking all my vehicles there from now on. Thank you Cade!

I take ALL my cars here for anything they need. Tanner Sjoberg is especially helpful. He s the best man to go to for any major work. He also always checks my alignment when I come in and makes sure that I drive out of there straight. Very impressed with the work he s done!

I can't say enough good things about Tanner Sjoberg, he went above and beyond helping get our car's electrical seats working again! Tanner is very knowledgeable, polite, patient, and kind when dealing with stressful car repairs, not just with us, but with everyone I've seen him work with. Young Subaru is lucky to have a person like Tanner. Interactions at other car shop's and dealership's are not this nice!Service: Electrical
