We were looking for a SUV that would meet our needs and expectations, I checked many makes and models, my wife and I made up our mind and decided for a Subaru. We called and visited Young Subaru in Ogden Utah, from our arrival, to our departure from the dealership, we met one of the most professional and courteous staff who did not hesitate to make our purchase smooth, and easy...Kudos to Shay, Uri, Matt, Cam, Joey and Ryan for their invaluable help. Purchased two vehicles today. Stephanie Jefferson was our key contact person. Her dedication, communication, customer service and attention to detail was extraordinary. She truly went above and beyond. We learned that this Subaru dealership is very involved with Young Children program, dog appreciation and adoption and even has a dedicated doggie area. They have a dedicated children's area too. I can honestly say I have never seen such clean service bays. Although the process of buying a car is always lengthy and exhausting, we were taken care of and had water and snacks.

I recently moved to Utah and needed to find a vehicle more suitable for the weather.After doing extensive research, I narrowed down what I wanted and began my search.I test drove a few vehicles and had actually found one that I was planning on getting. I still had an appointment to keep at Young Subaru in Riverdale so I made my way there.Marcus began helping me but he was awaiting customers. Upon their arrival, he turned me over to Robert. I was very impressed by the vast amount of knowledge Robert had on each of the vehicles, as well as how very kind, thoughtful and helpful he was. He kept saying it was his job but I could tell that this was natural for him.With his team, he set out to find exactly what I was looking for. They found the exact build I wanted, and got me a price I couldn t refuse. I was securing my own funding so I knew it would be a few days before I could get my new car. I did all of the paperwork that night.Robert was very communicative throughout the process, making sure he was available if I needed assistance. When I was able to pick up my Subaru (Outback Onyx), he made sure to go through each and every aspect of my vehicle, making sure I was comfortable before leaving the lot. He then followed up the next day to make sure I was doing well, and if I had any questions.I have never liked shopping on a lot because of pushy sales people who don t care about you. I never once felt that way at Young Subaru. Everyone was amazing from start to finish. I feel that I have a new relationship with Young, and Robert. I will turn to them again for whatever I need in the future.Thank you Young Subaru. I appreciate you!

I worked with Jason in sales to purchase my first new car - a Subaru Outback! He was terrific- knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He listened, explained and was very patient. I knew what I wanted, and he made the process so easy with no-nonsense pressure. I traded in my 2004 Civic, and he also made that process incredibly easy, giving me the most money back. 5/5 service. Andrew was great to work with. I've bought more cars than I care to remember and a few have been nightmares. This was one of the few times it was fun buying a car. No numbers game, just a straightforward discussion. The finance department was a breeze. They just layout their usual additional coverages, but didn't push and answered any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and buy from Andrew or Young Subaru again. I would also like to thank Andrew for the recommendation, can't wait to go try out that restaurant in Salt Lake.

Steven Pineda was our sales man and he was fantastic. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. If he didn t have the answer he leaned on his team and got us the answers. This was a hassle free experience which was not what my experience with other dealers. We walked out with exactly what we wanted for a better price then we expected. Thank you Young Subaru and thank you Steven. Definitely would recommend my friends and family buy here.

Parker was our incredible salesman. He was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and was never pushy. He was extremely patient and helped us get the exact vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. He was personable, kind, and friendly without the salesman vibe. He spent many hours going over multiple cars with us and never grew tired of us! If you are looking for a new car I would highly recommend you go see Parker Young at Young Subaru. He was great to work with! This is the fifth car we ve purchased from Young Subaru and Parker Young is our new favorite!

So, I have a renewed faith in Young Subaru, and how they were able to help me with a new transmission! After running into several roadblocks, I had the opportunity of meeting with Justin, the general manager of Young Subaru, in South Ogden. What a great guy! I appreciated the chance to get to know him, and his willingness to go to bat for me to help me with my issue! After meeting with him, he called me the next day, and very professionally and quickly took care of the problem with my Subaru Outback. I also appreciate Jenn and Kendall for helping resolve the problem with my car. Young Subaru of South Ogden has a great team of professionals and work hard to provide the best customer service!

We got a brand new crosstrek from here in 2021. The purchasing process was fine, but everything since then has been so much of a pain, that it doesn t feel worth it to have bought from them in the first place. For example, the tires on our brand new car were defective, which young Subaru employees told us during one of our maintenance visits. They put in a work order for them to be replaced. After many months of calls, they then told us to contact the tire manufacturer. The tire manufacturer said that young Subaru is a tire dealer for them, so they should just be able to replace them, no charge because of the defect. Young said they can t. Mark Miller Subaru said they could. So my husband drove over an hour to Miller to get them replaced. Well, there was a misunderstanding and they said they could t because we purchased from Young. So we called Young back. They said they could. So another week and over an hour drive later, they tell us they can t actually replace the tires, but we can buy new tires if we want and they ll give us a discount. The lack of communication and customer service is astounding. Don t recommend.Changing from 2 stars to 1 star because of how poorly my husband is being treated as he s getting the tires changed right now.

I also echo the "Stay Away" statement, a very entertainment place to plan to purchase a vehicle. Get the camera rolling, if you're my age you will remember the same tactic as go shopping for car with your father. A three persons will back and forth, and won't get you the straight answer. A simple request for a lease payment with the incentive and the out the door cash. They insist that they want to run your credit, even though, you won't let them, but you will never know. If you smart don't go in there. Other place is better, I went in test drive, get the info I need, purchase, stay for lunch, then drive my new car home. It suppose to be that simple. Also did you know that the salesperson always owning the car that you're interest it in, FUNNY.

I had a great experience buying a used car recently. Initially I was helped by Parker who went out of his way to find me a quality car that matched my budget. The first visit I was running short on time so he gave me a ride to work. While I was at work, they identified a vehicle that seemed to check every box that I was looking for. Later that day I met up with Donnie who showed me the car, and walked me through the buying process. I was a little skeptical about the price going in, and about having never owned a Subaru, but the car was in great condition with very low miles for the year. I was shown a list of the additional services that would be performed before I drove away with it, which included new tires + alignment, new windshield, full 60k mile service, and some others. Normally this work is done before the car gets sold, but since this was a new trade in, I had to trust it would get done after signing. I felt comfortable and was offered assurances from the beginning so decided to pull the trigger and seal the deal. I bought 2 days before Christmas and they had the work done and the car was ready to drive 2 days after Christmas! I was impressed with Donnie and Parker, who made my needs and concerns a high priority and made me feel like a valuable customer.

Steven Pineda-Arenas and team at Young Subaru were absolutely awesome to work with. We came in looking for a new car for me but ended up with an amazing and awesome find in a used car for my teenaged son. Steven was so patient, kind, and helpful in answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we had. He was never pushy and listened to every concern and worry I had. He was even proactive in helping solve some issues before I even had to ask him to. The finance team were also so helpful and awesome to work with. They even took the time to help me teach my teenage kids about loans, financing, interest rates, gap insurance etc. It was an awesome experience overall and I will be back to get my new car there in the future.

STAY AWAY! I went into the dealership with a friend who was looking to lease a new Subaru. We found a car she really liked and the salesman said we would be able to keep her payments under 450 dollars. We started talking numbers and I told them NOT to run her credit until they gave us more firm payment options based on the lease. They came back and said she would need a cosigner for the car. Turns out they DID run her credit without her knowledge. Her credit obviously took a hit. I called to complain the next day on Thursday, and talked to another sales rep who was significantly better. He told me he would get to the bottom of everything and offer a deal to us later that day. Didn't get back to me until Monday. They offered us a different car on a terrible deal.

This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! Absolutely zero pressure from Dakota, just a lot of patience as we test drove vehicles and asked a lot of questions. Dakota is friendly and knowledgeable and so easy to work with. We also had the pleasure of working with Mitch to complete all the financing paperwork. Another stellar employee who helped make this a great experience from start to finish. Young Subaru has a great selection of vehicles which made it difficult to decide, but ultimately we settled on a vehicle and drove away very happy with the entire experience! Thank you, we will be back in the future!

I was very happy working with Robert Braswell, who worked with me to purchase my 2023 Subaru Forester Wilderness. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was of the car. It was my first Subaru purchase. I ve had the car for over a month now and I m still loving it. I appreciate his attentiveness and willingness to consider options as we worked together through the sales process. We recently bought a car from this Young Subaru location, and I honestly have never had such a good experience car shopping. Donny was our salesman, and I can t thank him enough. He went above and beyond to help us taking my husband on the best, most informative test drive, walking us through each detail/answering every question we had, and even personally bought our toddler a snack from the vending machines. Instead of being your typical car sales bro whose only motivation is to obviously sell, Donny actively made an effort to get to know us, our situation, and make us feel like friends. We went in with low expectations and left feeling cared for (and with a new car).Thanks, Donny and the Young Subaru Team.

PredatorsRead through DealerRater before coming here. Google reviews don t paint the whole picture.Lack of communication, accountability, and irresponsible.Car broke down, was cheaper to buy a new car. Heard great things about Young Subaru through word of mouth. Walked in, mentioned I need a car in between while I save up for something nice, I m getting married and funds are currently stretched thin. Kind of hard to work two jobs without a car.Found a great car, with good mileage, recent year, mostly clean, and within budget.Within the first week, it broke down. I am hearing nothing from the dealership. Claims it is wear and tear and from a few days of driving. They won t cover anything. My emergency savings are gone and stuck between Uber and bus which makes it harder to make payments/repairs.Called over and over again and nothing. Receptionist says they are looking into it. No call back from the sales rep doing so. I have to call to get updates.Alex, I know for a fact you can remember to call me. At least say, hey I m waiting on so and so and will let you know by x time. Nothing.Disgusting.Young Subaru are predators, Alex you took advantage of me. Top sales rep, top snake.I bet I will get a reply on this review before they call me back.

To put it simply, my experience at Young Subaru was awesome!I worked with Marcus and Sean, and between those two they managed to work out a deal for me that was very good considering todays market. Marcus was able to find me a very good option that checked practically all of the boxes and some, and Sean was able offer financing that was really close to what I was hoping for.Looking forward to working with Young Subaru in the future!
