It s pretty rare that you don t feel like you ve been taken for everything possible when you buy a car. These guys were great. They worked hard to find my wife the exact car she wanted. Gave us a fair price and were never pushy. Our sales person Austin knew the product and was able to answer detailed questions easily. Highly recommended. My wife is thrilled with her Palisade Calligraphy Night.

I don t typically leave reviews however Skyler C. was so great I just had to! He made my first time car buying experience a breeze! He got me exactly what I was looking for in the price range i needed. He was amazing! I didn t feel any pressure to make a decision right away, he didn t push just to get a sale. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything step by step. The best part is that he actually listened to what I was looking for and made sure to only show me things that checked my boxes. I wasn t just another sale to him. Skyler deserves a HUGE raise!

The Perry family from Move N Ready LLC, went in to look for something that can meet their needs, sales professional Tyzak Drca and Ryley at Young Hyundai at 3333 Wall Ave in Ogden came out to assist us, with shopping for a few days these was the two that should us the difference of the two types we had in mind between the Santa Fe and Tucson from prices to features to space and warranty they went over everything in terminology that also meet our requirements for a family and for our business, After leaving to discuss it we right away went back to them due to the instant skills they had as we also explained the experience we dealt with this weekend and thanked them for making us feel as our family and family owned business mattered to them they ranked top rank for our review a ten out of ten plus some. I went today, I have 2013 Hyundai Elentra because my radiator was leaking water, this was my second visit, everyone who took care of me was very kind and helpful, but they told me there was no problem and I paid $194 just to have it checked. After I came home and parked my car, few hours later I saw that there was water leaking under my car again, this situation made me really sad :(

Excellent car buying experience! Nate and Curtis assisted us, and they were the sole dealership in Utah to honor the advertised pricing for a new Ionic. We'd checked out several local Hyundai dealerships, but they weren't giving us the advertised offers. It was puzzling why they'd promote a particular price only to add numerous fees that nearly doubled our monthly installments. Young Hyundai was the exception, prompting our decision to buy from them. Although we reside in SLC, driving to Ogden for this deal was absolutely worth it. We strongly endorse Young.

I have owned 3 Hyundai's 1 Genisis and I have had them all serviced at Young in Ogden because they treat me fantastic. The service writers have always been polite and informative. My last service was finished in about 45 minute for my 20k mile checkup, tire rotation and oil change. I really like the very large window in the waiting area that over looks the cars being service. (Nice touch)Quality service and staff A+!!!

Great buying experience at Young Hyundai. I purchased a brand new Santa Fe and love it. Great warranty. My salesman, Channin, was wonderful and continues to provide post sale assistance with questions and support. Raphael in finance was also great. I recommend Young Hyundai for a good buying experience.

They had my car for two months for warranty repairs. There was no communication at all. I would call and ask for info and would get passed around until I would get disconnected. I went through three service people and each Time I had to call multiple times to even try to get any info. Out of the 2 months my car was there I talked to and got any information 3 times.I have called at least 40 times during this. And the information was wrong each time tell they called and said it was done. They tried to get me to replace a $600 motor mount because of striped threads blaming whoever changed the engine before But no one has. When my car was ready I checked it over and the coolant was empty and it idled bad and now it vibrates the whole car. So they take it back to fix it. Then they say he fill the coolant and tightened the bolt now so it s good then they make me take it and break it in. I drive it home and the next morning there s puddles on the ground. I check it out and it s leaking coolant now and I look at the engine and they didn t put the clamps on the hose and it was popping off. So I put it back on and try to call transfer to voicemail and I ve emailed them too and no response. So now I have a car with new engine that s leaking and drives bad and no one that will help.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Absolutely incredible service, with friendly and knowledgeable sales staff who could answer all the questions I could come up with about my new car. They really knew their product. Also, while the sales docs were being finalized, my sales rep noticed some dirt that had been missed on the final cleaning (I couldn t see it), and I watched him working on it through the dealership window with Windex and a rag for fifteen minutes, until he could get it just right. Our experience with Young Hyundai has been wonderful! Jed, our salesman, was professional, and demonstrated such integrity that is difficult to find. He was thorough in seeing that we understood all the many features of the new Hyundai Palisade. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Jed to anyone looking for a quality experience in purchasing a new car.

I took my car here for warranty work July 1st. After about 3 weeks of not having a vehicle or an update on the status of my car I called them. Thankfully they were able to provide me with a nice loaner car. It's now mid september and they still have my car and are waiting on a response for a warranty claim but better communication would definitely be helpful.

Preface: We bought a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe at the end of December. Not from young hyundai. Also purchased the extended warranty.Took it too young to get the oil pressure light checked out. EW ended up denying it due to "pre-existing condition." Got the car back, and my wife drove it for maybe a week before the engine seized. Took it back to young and had them diagnose it. Seized engine due to failed rod bearings. Thus, the whole rigamaroll between our EW and their service department due to the engine being part of a class action lawsuit. It took 1 and a half months before hyundai approved it to be replaced and covered by them. We can not be more grateful to their service team and technician who took care of us. Tiffany, Olivia, Mazie fought tooth and nail to get anyone but us to cover this 10 THOUSAND dollar repair. Allen, the technician, took his time and made sure the vehicle was repaired correctly and in working condition before we got it back today. Highly recommend these people and this facility for your next car purchase or vehicle repair.

Buyer Beware. The sales guys are good but the management will straight up lie to you. Lot's of game playing and saying one thing to get you to buy then shifting stories sometimes within minutes. Horrible 4 hour shakedown experience. I finally walked out. How many lies do they think you'll put up with?! Now I'm standing outside freezing because they locked me out of the building and i am waiting for a ride home. Even though they said they'd give me a ride, lie #5! Now some lady said the 5 people I talked to, including 2 managers were just confused. Seriously?

More than dishonest; borderline malicious. Tried to screw us over by repeatedly changing their offer over the course of hours and never giving a square deal despite offering one several times only to renegotiate moments before signing. When we finally left because they yet again tried to lock us into a substantially higher interest rate than they promised not 30 minutes prior (and hour prior before that, and almost two hours prior before that), they put a hit on our credit score despite no credit ever being used.Even among car dealerships, I've never seen such blatant scheming/scamming in a business. Even if you manage to get a fair deal by some miracle, you'll still be supporting these people who do not deserve your money.

I regret buying my car from this dealership, I had an appointment for a routine 1500mile oil change and multi point inspection in December. The person who checked me in said it would take approximately 2 hours. I waited at the dealership, after 2 hours I went to the service department, to inquire about the status of my car. The representative told me it would be another hour, maybe more. I could not wait; she gave me her card and told me to use it for a free detailing because I had to reschedule. I called this person and left a voicemail message to schedule the detailing on January 24th. After not hearing from her, I left a message for the service department manager letting her know that I have concerns about the service that I paid for. There is oil spilled all over the engine bay. Apparently, it is not important for this company to address these issues.It is January 29th. No one has returned my call, I am extremely frustrated and have completely lost faith in the quality of their work, lack of follow-up, professionalism, and customer service.My goal in writing this review is to make management aware of these issues. I recommend a system for follow-up and to provide the customer with the service they are paying for.Services: General maintenance

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and applying for a loan. Both the salesman and finance manager were very helpful in talking through what was happening and were great at answering any questions I ve had. The service department is also very quick in getting maintenance done.

Watch out for "bait and switch" practices.They posted an ad on KSL Classifieds claiming a sales price of $39,139 with two incentives to get to that price: $500 "Military Program", and $2,000 "Sales Event Cash". I don't qualify for the $500 Military Program discount but they still tried to charge me $42,300 before tax, doc fee, and licensing rather than $39,639.They tried to claim a misunderstanding over what "Out the Door" meant in which they built in a down payment and they didn't consider the down payment to be part of the definition of total Out The Door price.They also claimed that it was not possible to not get the following accessories which they happily tacked onto the sales price:LoJack (battery operated gps) $399 and LLUMAR(clear bra) $995

Pay for an oil change and notice they don't even change your mileage sticker for return oil change. Makes you wonder what other steps they skip. Horrible communication. Would not recommend. If your in the Ogden area and need your Hyundai serviced it's worth the drive to go somewhere else.

I took my car in to get emissions done. I had an appointment and showed up early. As soon as I walked in there were 3 girls working at the desks. As I walked up one was complaining how crappy her day was. The other 2 made eye contact with me and all 3 ended up ignoring me for a couple minutes. I finally got some help and they took my car back. I m glad I didn t have anywhere important to be as my emissions took over an HOUR! They have never taken that long! They were not busy either. I finally saw them take my car out, I sat for about 20 more minutes before I spoke to someone to get my keys so I could leave. All she ended up telling me was that they were finishing up and then they will come and grab me. I have NEVER had issues until now..

The salesman wasted my time and then lied to me. He tried to use all the stereotypical used car salesman slimy tricks, making me wait in between every conversation while he went up to the mysterious managers tower, just to come back with another offer that had nothing to do with what I wanted.Why is it so hard to find an honest and transparent dealer? I ended up calling a dealership in SLC that heard me , reserved the vehicle I wanted over the phone and even got a lower price. Don t let Young Hyundai waste your time.

Team members don't seem to communicate with each other. They don't cover well for sick employees and let their tasks fall through. Gave me three different quotes on replacing my cam shaft, etc. Started at $1800, then ended up at $5000? No new information was given.

On Feb 8th, I took my wife's 2021 palisade In to get a driverside wiper looked at. It broke the day before from heavy snow. I had to drive it home with no wipers in that snow. Anyways I took it in, and they diagnosed it and came back and told me it was the wiper transmission and told me it would cost around 700 with the diagnosis of the part and labor. I told them no. I'll order the part through you and install it myself. I ordered a wiper arm through eBay since I knew I could find that for cheaper. Both parts came in 6 days later. I went to Young hyundai to pick up the part from the parts guys. They came back a wiper arm. They knew it wasnt the transmission and checked on it. Told me it was on back order until 25th of February. One of the parts guys also told me the arms are designed to fail first, so it got me thinking. I went home and tested the new arm on my wife's car. It worked like it was supposed to, and I didn't even have the nut on it. I went back and told them to cancel that part and refund me my money. Do your own DD on your vehicles before you make a decision with them. They were wither trying to scam me or their mechanics are really that incompetent. Thankfully I was able to fix it before the storms hit again. I will NOT return to this place.

Young Hyundai Ogden was an excellent experience. I went there to by a car for my wife and then was shown the best palisade on the lot. I couldn t refuse the amazing price offer. So I bought a Santa Fe and a Palisade. Thanks to Austin and Ayser for their professionalism and hard work!

I purchased a new Hyundai at another dealership. They ignored me and were rude the very next day! Fine! I was ready to purchase another new car one month later. They lost my business.This is why Young got it; I told their salesman Wilson that I wanted him to make me feel stupid for going to the other dealer. LOL HE DID!!! I was prepared with what I wanted and needed and he made it all happen. These days new cars come slow so I was waiting for 10 months. He called regularly with updates and, no joke, we became friends through the sale!!Everybody needs to make a profit to stay in business. The price arranged was VERY fair and he even made some adjustments to make sure I was happy! Do not do what I did and purchase somewhere else. Let Young Hyundai in Ogden make you feel silly for considering it. Call and ask for Wilson! You will be glad you did!!!10 stars if I could.

Had a good visit this time, the service advisor mazee was great and kept me informed with my vehicle status. The reason I had to take it back in on the other hand, not so great. Lube techs and maintenance mechanics failed on their end, lied on their video feed they send to your phone, and I drove off thinking all was well, Bad mistake on my part. Word to the wise... Double check everything you had serviced before you lose a perfectly good vehicle because of a maintenance workers laziness...Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change
