Quick read: This business will charge your insurance and not repair it fully.If possible, I would give them 0 stars after the way they have treated us for over 2 months. Our vehicle was in an accident in which the other driver was at fault. The rear lift gate and rear bumper was damaged and needed to be repaired. The insurance agreed to have this business to fix it. Once they told us it was fixed we took it to get washed. After the wash we noticed these scratches were not fixed.They have told us for over a month that they would fix once they had a rental. They keep repeating the same story about not having a rental. They were paid by the insurance to fix the scratches and have yet to do anything about it.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Paul Youngberg, the general manager, kept us updated throughout the entire repair process. He went above and beyond to make sure our car was repaired quickly and expertly. We highly recommend!

Long story short we ended up just having to trade for new car for a newer car because of all the issues we encountered at this shop. I'm amazed really.Everyone knows parts delivery is slow no matter what now a days but month after month of waiting and asking we find said parts had arrived but no one was working on the vehicle for who knows how long. The vehicle was left out in the elements for weeks with no windshield or rear glass installed. Roof was welded on with no protection for the interior so damage to the seats caused the need for new seat upholstery. Which sat in the backseat for a very long time. Welding debris in the upper vents and allover the dash. Paint had debris everywhere in it. Sat with no tire on the wheel for who knows how long.Brought all this up to management multiple times but every time we'd go check up on the vehicle no progress was ever made.Almost positive this vehicle was with them for over 6 months before we gave up on the idea of getting it back.Management needs to get ahold of their crew cause being told your vehicle will be finished tomorrow and you find nothing has been repaired is embarrassing.Haven't seen someone completely trash a year old vehicle in record time like this before.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Welding

My bumper kept detaching from the fender. Fixed it a couple times with zip ties and clips. Went to a couple Dealerships, one said I needed a new bumper the other was booked out for over a month and sent me to Young Service & Collision on Wilson Ln in Ogden. Holly had it fixed in less than 10 minutes after asking if it was ok to glue it in place. I'm overjoyed having it fixed that quick and easy after tinkering with it and not being willing to pay for a different bumper. Thank You!

Truthfully, the repairs look great! And the mechanic went out of his way to polish our headlights. But the major problem with this shop is the lack of communication. I was told they d have the car for 4-5 days, possibly a little longer. The car was in the shop for a month. I got one update from them at about day 4, then no more unless I called, to which return calls were never made back to me. I had spoke with Hailey multiple times about some less visual issues caused by the accident. When I went to pick up the car those issues were not taken care of. The car had to go back 3 separate times after it had been there for a month. And by the last time I was super frustrated, but still tried to remain kind. The window washer fluid tank was broken, they replaced it, but didn t fill or even test to make sure it worked. We filled it, it didn t work. The other issues not taken care of that were discussed at the initial estimate as well as multiple times over the phone with Hailey was a tire issue as well as a broken horn. The bumper and lights look great, I just really feel as if communication and follow through are a major issue.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

I worked with Jim and Hailey during the repair of my car. They were honest, reassuring, and kept me informed on the progress of the major repair. They worked well with my insurance and Enterprise car rentals. Thanks for making a miserable situation a little easier to handle

I had my vehicle repaired here at young collision center and they did an amazing job! I especially enjoyed the appraiser . He was thorough,efficient,and easy on the eyes!!! Took my car in to have it inspected after I was rear-ended. The people were fast and efficient and they got all the insurance information and submitted it in for me. Which was extremely helpful it was less work that I had to worry about or deal with trying to get my car taken care of

I recently had to take my Impreza in due to an accident. After the repair and getting the care back, I noticed a strange noise when braking. I spoke with Kenneth and he was great at helping me get another rental, and my car back to the Young Subaru dealership for testing. Kenneth promised me he would personally test the car before I picked it up. After the repairs were completed, I picked my car up yesterday and it drives beautifully. I am grateful for their professional service and not quitting until the problem solved.

The Young Service & Collision crew is amazing. They re reasonable, professional, so friendly, and do amazing work. They did body work and paint on my 2020 Subaru Outback and it looks like I bought it new all over again. Brent Stephen's took amazing care of me and my car after a horrible experience with Abra. John was knowledgeable, honest and kind. He answered any questions I had abs made sure my car was safe and better than before for me and my young family. Thet were fast and witty my repairs and helped me get my tie rod replaced after the tow company bent it. The Gal at the front desk was great to work with as well. She was upfront with me about everything and made sure to return my calls timely and made me feel like I was a priority. She had me advice on my nightmare claim and made sure my car was looked at before everyone left for the holiday. I will be referring everyone I know here.

I was impressed by how friendly they were. They were very patient with me. I understand the pressure they are under to get parts in in a world where we can't seem to get anything, and they did the best they could under this situation. I had a minor accident in my car and needed to shop to take my car to. My insurance gave me three body shops to take my car to. I picked this one because it had a 4.8 star review here on google. I thought this shop would be a safe one to take it to. Man, was I wrong. There was several issues with the shop. The first thing was, the shop took longer than they promised and the communication was very poor. I was the one calling them instead of them calling me. The second thing was they didn t fix it properly. My bumper needed to be replaced and when they replaced it, it wasn t lining up correctly. Long story short, I wasn t satisfied with the quality of the repair and had to leave it another two days for them to take it all apart and redo it again. In the process of them doing that, they found another part that had been damaged from the accident that they did not notice or replace and this is what was causing the problem of the bumper not lining up. With the quality of the repair, and having to leave it another two days for them to take it all apart and redo it again I ve been very disappointed in this shop. The other couple things were a fog light was replaced and it wasn t working because it wasn t plugged in. They also left some pliers in the engine and the brand new bumper that they had put on had noticeable marks on it from something they had not done correctly. So when I came to pick it up the manager John went to personally buff out the imperfections that they left behind. I appreciate his efforts, but with the lack of communication, quality of repair, and the several days later of my car finally being returned to me. I would never ever go here again or recommend them to any of my friends.

I took my car in for an estimate on damages. They said they could get it done that day. It's been 4 business days and they never got back to me. I called twice and they said they would give me a call and they never did.

Had an accident, my fault, and my insurance was only willing to raise my rates not really pay for the repairs. I was told to come here and I was so pleased. My car looks like new! They even detailed it before returning it. They were great to work with.

If anything could be great about an auto accident, it's definitely Brent Stephen's Autobody! Best customer service experience I have had. Everyone there is super helpful and pleasant to work with. Their works is awesome, they really do a great job all the way around. Hope I never need a bodyshop again. But if I do I am definitely going to to have them as my #1 choice. Would definitely recommend them again and again.!

I have known John Pearson for almost 10 years, he truly is an honest and respectable gentleman. Although I have not yet been in the unfortunate situation of needing his services at Brent Stephens Auto Body, there is no doubt in my mind that he would deliver the best service and product possible. Go see him for even the little repairs, he will treat everyone like a friend!!

Seemed to do a decent job on our minivan. There was some extra parts that were broken off during the repair process and after we brought it to their attention, after we had already picked it up, they made it right and ordered the parts in and replaced them with no extra charge to us.
