I bought a 2021 KIA Forte my salesman John Kramer was not only very helpful, but very knowledgeable of available stock on hand and options on the vehicles. He went above and beyond in conjunction with the finance dept to get me a loan, and monthly payment that fit my needs. Wasatch KIA has earned my business. Do not deal with this dealership. I feel they are shady. We test drove several cars and found one that we liked. The salesman was pretty pushy on trying to make me sign something before leaving, but I told him I don t make snap decisions. I went home for an hour to think about it and reached out to them to give them a counter offer, after taxes. I specified a price, plus taxes, and a total. They accepted the counter offer over the phone and told me to come back at 5 to sign and pick it up. We drove 30 minutes to get to the dealership, walked in and the salesman said that he hadn t cleared the price with the financial manager, but that it s easier to get approval with the customer present. He disappeared and came back and said they could do my total plus taxes. I said that we had an agreement and that if we didn t hit the agreement I was leaving. He said they told him to have me come down anyway. The manager came to talk with me and let me know they couldn t meet the agreed upon price. Everybody just kept making up stories as to why I was told they agreed to my price and then backpedaled. So I left.

They were quick and explained everything great. They have never pressured me into those miscellaneous fixes that mechanics seem to always find.Tyler was great and had A+ customer service--with me and all the other people I saw come and go while I waited!Highly recommend.

Second car purchased from this dealership, third car I ve dealt with them with. First experience was great, second was alright however make sure you cancel car payments immediately on trade ins or face a substantially longer than told wait for your refund. Also- don t call, or face a rude receptionist who cuts you off mid sentence to only interrupt and try to direct you towards a department that you didn t ask about. With the lack of customer service from Kia s (unrelated) Financial institute and the flighty, inconsistent customer care from Wasatch Front (good luck getting your car in for service), unless your dead set on a car they have there- recommend seeking a different dealership. Salesman Cole is always happy to help and nice to work with but unfortunately all other related departments are lagging.

I would just like to comment on the service that I received at Wasatch front Kia. Blake Stevens is the salesman that I usually talk to when I go there. He is very nice and professional. I recently purchased a vehicle from Wasatch Front Kia. I am typically not a fan of dealing with car salesmen but Bradon completely changed my opinion. He went above and beyond for me and made the transaction as seamless as possible. Javier in the finance office was also extremely helpful and very thorough. I would recommend Wasatch Front Kia to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I left cordially after a failed car sale. I wasnt upset until after I went home a crunched the numbers.What happened?I was working with a person and got passed the intial back and forth proposals and settled ondeal. So I took my wife to dinner and then I came back to finish the purchase. Upon coming back the Gent and had me sign a psuedo agreement of my terms. (Frankly, i thought it was interesting because it was a beautiful deal on my end.) 10000 down, 72 months $400 month on a car listed at 32000. He then walks the deal back to the finance and comes back with a 84 month at 419. To give you an idea thats more than $6000 the intial agreed to price. Also please note thats an everything financing, dealer dealer addons, and govt fees of 45,000!!! This end up being more excessive than the original first proposal of 10k down, 72 months at 488 per month.Dear dealer, dont have your guys have people sign agreements if you cant keep your end of the bargain, even if its in the customers favor.

Complete incompetence! ABSOLUTE NO UP FRONT AND FAIR PRICING! We too were told we had to purchase the pulse brake because it was already on the car. Thankfully it was. I only truly purchased this car so that I could help my son establish credit. What a fiasco that was! They wanted to argue with me on sales tax amount. (I'm out of state and not first vehicle purchase in Utah, I know how it works.) They were real shady on final price of the vehicle and I'm still certain I got screwed out of some money. They couldn't get their system to process a loan for us, so they let us take the car as a cash purchase in promise that we'd get a loan with our institution. We found out later that since Kia had already processed the paperwork for a loan, my bank couldn't. (Legality issues I'm assuming.) Then began the long, drawn out process of them scrambling to "fix" their mistake. It only took 6 weeks. They kept requesting that we sign new paperwork, more paperwork, more information on my son, more or better documentation of insurance (which they already had and conveniently lost/misplaced) etc. and that we needed to come to the dealership to get it done, knowing full well we live out of state and our son was in a different state all together. We kept being treated as though we were at fault and that it was a great inconvenience to them that the paperwork wasn't done at time of purchase. And that we'd just get the paperwork when they could fit into their schedule. No rush on their part to fix their mistake or get paid apparently. Thankfully it didn't turn into a fine for me. I got my car registered the same day the temp tag expired. You'd think a business would compensate you somehow for their mistake but not Wasatch Front Kia. Not even a gas card sent, free oil change, something. Nope, it sure seemed like they kept a pointed finger of blame towards us. The only silver lining is that we overpaid tax so much that our county processed it toward registration and my vehicle is registered for 2 years and I still got $7.37. Stay away from these guys.

BUYER BEWARE. Be wary of doing business here. They sold my 83 year old father a 2022 Telluride and charged him $1,000 for a LoJack and $899 for fabric and paint spray (it's leather) which are two of the most common used car dealer scams known to exist. It was predatory behavior against a vunerable part of our society -- the elderly. I spoke with the salesman twice, the finance person, and the general manager of the dealer to try and give them the opportunity to "DO THE RIGHT THING" and refund these items. My father still has no idea what a LoJack is and the fabric/paint spray was a complete scam sold as an add on in finance. Reprehensible behavior. Too bad they lost the business on the next car my Dad bought and have lost the business of our family and probably anyone in our network who hears our story.

Customer Service personnel have always been: extremely knowledgeable, kept me up to date on the work on my car in a timely fashion, can call or text to ask additional questions about the work being done, and are kind, courteous, and thoughtful!I am always asked if I want the car washed, a free courtesy. Even after a free trip check, I received a courtesy car wash! The service was exceptional!Thank you, KIA! They truly offer outstanding service!

I had a great experience with Gill the driver. When my car was finished being serviced he came to pick me up. Gill was on time and remembered me from a previous time he had given me a ride home. He was friendly and kind. He skillfully avoided an accident when someone turned left in front of us. We had the right of way yet the other driver turned left in front of us. Gill saw the other driver and was able to slam on his brakes, avoiding an accident. I am so grateful to Gill for keeping us both safe.

5 star service from Wasatch Front Kia. Quick and easy to schedule an appointment, accommodated a last minute request for additional work (change out tires and balance) and work was completed on time. Explanations for advised actions were provided in easy to understand language.

Bradon was awesome. He definitely won us over compared to every other major dealership we went to. He is a trustworthy, prepared, and transparent great guy! Javier in financing was super sweet as well. All around easiest time in my life of purchasing a car. The new tellurides are amazing. Definitely recommend to give them a visit!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Wasatch Front Kia. Blake was very nice and the only positive experience I had with this dealership. We were told we had to purchase a Pulse brake light system for $399 and an anti-theft system for $999. I refused both. After bickering back and forth, the anti-theft system was dropped, but the Pulse brake light wasn t since it was already installed in the vehicle. After a week, my husband and I kept testing the brake light to see how it worked. It wasn t. Blake told me to bring the car down to their service department, which I did. After I sat for an hour and a half for a simple brake light check, my car was done. I spoke to one of service desk gentlemen as he walked me to my car and I asked the light was never installed was it? He hung his head and shook his head no. I was furious. I called to speak with the service manager who verified the light was installed AFTER the purchase of my vehicle and on the day I brought it in to have the light looked at. I requested a refund as I never wanted the light in the first place and there was zero communication with me as I sat in their waiting area for an hour and a half. I would have declined this installation. I called and spoke with the service manager as he said it s a sales department issue as they sold the brake light to me, they just install them as told. I called and spoke with Brandon Wilde who gave me nothing but excuses. I requested a refund several times and explained to him why I was upset and he said he understood but refused a refund because they require the brake light to be installed. It was never there in the first place when I already paid for it and wouldn t have been had I not checked or called them! After a heated conversation, Brandon promised me he d call me back on Monday after he spoke to his people. That was on a Friday. Fast forward 10 days later, I had to call him back. He said he just never got around to calling me back. We had another heated conversation as I told him he never intended to call me back and said I was not going to be given a refund. I told him I wanted to speak with his manager but he said he was the manager of himself and the owners don t work. What?! I can t handle talking to him anymore as I get angrier with each conversation because of the excuses he has. This Pulse brake light is not legally required on the road but they can sure sell them but not install them before them being sold. Then ignore the customers after because they already made their money. I will NEVER step foot in this dealership again or recommend them. Save yourself and go somewhere that s actually cares about their customers.

The absolute best experience with purchasing a new car. Marlos was the best to work with and knew the ins and outs of all the vehicles we looked at. If you need a new vehicle and don't want to deal with high pressure sales agents, go to Wasatch Kia. It was well worth the drive from SLC to Ogden to avoid dealing with awful sales staff and hidden pricing.

These people are the worst.Bradon was the worst sales person. Very unprofessional. Would never buy from them. Oh yeah, women should not go without a man to this place they try to take advantage of you. They treat you like you know nothing and add charges to things you didn't ask for. You also don't need to to buy the blinking light that for some reason they say you do. It does not come with all cars.They take forever to fix things and threatened not to fix them if they don't get paid first. Even under warranty. For your peace of mind go somewhere else. The "lot lizards" here are terrible.

put too much pressure on you. will not work with you on your budget. wont check your credit or income before throwing numbers. was thrown in front of multiple salesman the two times i was there. Wasatch Front Kia was amazing at helping me. I went in with the idea of purchasing a new Kia and they made it happened. I like that they didn't try and push me into something I didn't want. They really listened to me. I would definitely refer my friends and family. I walked out with a Kia Seltos. Exactly what I wanted. Thank you Bradon and staff.
