I was driving in my neighborhood going the posted 25mph, when a Victors Tire Van zoomed past me. I am not sure what tire emergency they just had to get to. Speeding like that in a neighborhood where my children play and have our animals is not safe. Shame on you for putting others in danger , and poorly representing your business. Saving a min getting to your destination isn t worth hurting other people. Off my soap box with PSA delivered.

Hello everyone I'm giving you a fair warning do not I repeat DO NOT!! GO HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS OR TIRE NEEDS.. I took my car in perfect condition to get two front tires replaced(THAT'S ALL) and after they put the tires on, and it came time to pay. They came and told me that the valve stem was broke on 1 of my wheels & my TPMS ("TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SENSOR") is bad/Broken and it needs to be replaced.. My car was perfectly fine when I brought it there and they could have told me about the problems before changing the tires.. So what they did while trying to change the tires is, they broke my valve stem and messed up my TPMS! After all that- they want me to pay an extra $95 to get the valve stem replaced and turn the sensor light off. They were trying to take me for a ride and when I said NO and told them they are responsible for the Damages and messing up my vehicle, while it was in their possession... They totally changed everything around treated me like garbage, would not listen to me or try to resolve the problem.. They put my old tires back on my car and said sorry about that and did not try to help me resolve ANYTHING OR FIX IT AT ALL!! THAT'S WHY THEY HAVE INSURANCE FOR SITUATIONS LIKE THIS WHEN THEY DAMAGED A CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE AND DON'T WANT TO TAKE CARE OF THAT CUSTOMER!! SO IF YOU WANT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT EVEN PROPERLY CERTIFIED TO WORK ON VEHICLES AND DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEN GO HERE AND TOTALLY GET SCREWED.. I'M GOING BACK WITH MY ATTORNEY! THEY ARE LIABLE AFTER I HANDED THEM MY KEYS AND THEY TAKE MY CAR UP ON THE RAMP TO FIX IT! WHICH THEY MADE IT WORSE AND DIDN'T FIX THE ISSUE!!

I like the guys that work here. They are honest and down to earth! I even went back twice in 1 day!! Highly recommend!! Especially the guy there named Kevin, I think? All of them are super cool, he's just my favorite!

Been coming to Victor's for over 10years and have had great guys being honest and affordable each time! Got 4 brand new tires with warranty and free repair and rotation for under $400. Quick and friendly but the parking lot is hectic lol

Victor's tires was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule when I had a flat tire and needed it fixed quickly. I was in and out within 20 minutes and able to carry on with my day. They were kind and great to work with. I highly recommend them and had a great experience working with them.

I have used these guys in the past and they were good. This time they were terrible. Aside from needing to take the car back twice because they didn't balance the tires they left greesy foot prints on my light colored carpet and literally greasy hand prints, a new dent and scratches on my fender. What a mess. Going to them took more work and time than driving to Idaho and having it done there.

Excellent quick service. Knowledgeable staff. Noel is awesome. Snap financing is been very helpful option multiple times. This is a great affordable and time managing alternative to the big name tire service shops without sacrificing quality.

Do not come here. Got 4 new tires a month ago, they put one on incorrectly causing it to go flat. I came in to get it pumped up and repaired, they told me I needed to buy a brand new tire and it was my fault they put it on wrong. Never doing business with them again.

This store is amazing they are fast fare and honest and didnt try and over charge me like the 13th st store. 48 dollars for mounting 2 tires balance and disposal of 2 tires. The other store said 80 dollars just to mount t the tires. I think. Some employees are skimming off the top bad business real bad...

Best pricing and fast! If you are tired of dealers taking advantage of you for any minor fix... stop wasting your $$$ I've had them take care of my brand new vehicles since the day the car leaves the dealership. They have taken care of my new Audi and 2 2016 Mini coopers. I've saved thousands with these guys(Literally) They have my vote of confidence.

These guys are my lifesavers today. Going back to California and notice some steal belt showing on a tire. Called a couple places going down the line on my phone. So glad I kept going even after I got a decent price. Not only did I get 3 tires at Victor's, but my husband and his brother are getting theirs here too. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 stars in my book.

I literally cannot express my gratitude with this place. I love their customer service so much! I always come in scared because I have not one clue about cars. They help me understand what they re doing and how much I ll be paying. They even helped me stick my bumper back on when I came in after a small accident. I will always come to these people first for all of my tire needs!

I have been going to Victor's for a few years. They always have great prices for used or new tires. They are willing to do what it takes to keep customers happy and I've always found their service to be fast and fairly priced. They recently worked on a Ford Focus I have that had bad wheel bearings. The guys at Victor's diagnosed it and let me know while they were putting on some new tires. I fixed the wheel bearings on my own, but Victor's cared enough to let me know. 100% would recommend.

Great service, fast ,clean and professional. They helped me out with a slightly unique request for old school spoked rims, tubes and tires, and did an excellent job. The only reason I didn't give 5 was we had some trouble communicating.

Went here looking for some used tires. I was treated awful I believe because I didn't speak Spanish. He also tried to charge me 115 for used tires that had 50% where I went to discount tire for 118 for new. Very very dishonest. BUYER BEWARE!!

Needed a tire replaced. Was low on money. These guys found me a great used full size pick up truck tire! Tire Mount and balance 40 bucks! In under 20 minutes Thank you so much guys I will definitely be referring everyone to you!

A week ago I bought a used tire that was almost the price of a new. Later that night I noticed the tire was low. Just now I took it in to have it checked and he told me there was a small nail in it. $19.90. And it was either in there when I got it or I got it leaving the shop.now I've paid new tire price and they didn't even balance it when they put it back on. I won't be going back.

Went to buy wheels and tires for my old Ford. Asked specifically for the old Ford 8 lug pattern 8x6.5, reiterated several times I needed the old lug pattern. Guy sold me 8x170mm wheels. You would think they would be familiar with wheels at a custom wheel shop. Bringing a measuring tape next time I return, which is never.

Need tires? Victors is really good, the gentleman I worked with didn't try to sell me more than I was asking for. They had me in & done in about 45 minutes from start to finish.
