Great shop and awesome folks that do good work. I was stuck, transmission went out while moving states. They got me in and truck fixed back on the road. Fair priced and honest people. Recommend them to anyone.

I was fit in very quickly and my problems addressed. Noe also showed me how to maintain areas in my engine area to avoid further issues. Clean and inviting waiting area with fantastic customer service. Will definitely be passing along their information!

It's hard to find great and honest mechanic shops now days. I purchased a used truck from a dealer I knew needed a rebuilt transmission. This shop was the only that would give me price over the phone while I was at the dealership. They stood by their quote and rebuilt my transmission. And 2 weeks later when I had another problem unrelated they repaired that as well for no additional fee. I highly recommend you use these guys for their honesty and their quality of work.Service: Transmission

I have been so impresses with this shop. I had my transmission repaired, and after initial repairs I was still having minor issues. The owner continued to work through the issues. For the first time ever, a mechanic actually listened to my concerns and my general assessment and took me serously. I am pleased to say the transmission is working flawlessly. They were willing to do whatever it took to get it perfect. I even got a followup call weeks later to check up.Service: Transmission

I Highly recommend Transmission Specialists! They are affordable and very honest. The Owner called me before he worked on my transmission he was very knowledgeable and explained clearly what he was going to do. I appreciated the front desk young ladies help in taking me to Allen's ceramics shop while I waited for my jeep to be repaired. Excellent customer service and very professional. I took my mini van in to them, because I thought I was having shifting issues. However Noe checked it all out with road test and found no issues! Thank you very much! I really appreciate the honesty and respect he showed me. If I ever do have (real) transmission issues, I'll be back!

I had a Mazda Protege for a few years and each time I had an issue I would go to this shop for help. The owner is very honest with his work and does not charge so much like other places do and thanks to him my car kept going for a long time. I have a Mazda6 now and it began getting some issues so Ive taken it to him recently and my car has been running like a champ! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking.

Bad place they lied to me. They said free diagnostic, and I they charge $400. I understand they took time to look into it but $400 is too much for just said your transmission is no longer working.Then when they asked me if I give them permission to look at it, never informed that the will charge those $400.

I went in to GCR (formerly TDS) inquiring about various issues with my car. The front desk manager said it sounded like transmissions issues & REFERRED ME to Noe @ Transmission Specialists just down the street.I first called to see if I needed an appt. The woman answering their phone was polite & professional.As I drove looking for this business, I was a bit put off by the outer appearance. However, after entering the business my opinion quickly changed.The waiting room, the sofa, the chairs, and the walls are clean. The front desk managers are nicely dressed with good customer service skills.Noe (I later learned he is the owner) asked me if he could look at my car. He didn't see any reason for my problems and so he asked if he could drive my car. He came back about 5 mins later, and said he couldn't hear anything & wanted to put it in the shop to look at it.He returned with (good) news that there is nothing wrong with my transmission.He easily could have lied and sold me things I did not need. BUT HE DIDN'T.Even better for me, is that he did not charge me even a penny for time, nor diagnostic testing!!(I am NOT an attractive woman. So DON'T even think he did all of this as a way to hit on me!He is just an honest business owner that did NOT try to be dishonest and make a quick dollar.)I will definitely refer this stellar man's business to others and will use him for any of my future transmission needs!!Thank you Noe!

Such an awesome place the check out my car so fast and weren't trying to screw me over very polite didn't even charge me when they figured out what the problem was such nice people Noah the mechanic and his other employees (not sure if he's the boss but certainly an honest man) were so nice and helpful 12/10 would go back and recommend to family and others

Honest man. Doesn't do electrical, and doesn't just throw parts at problems. Might not be able to help you, but he'll tell you up front and won't rob or cheat you.
